At&t shut down 3g before January 2022 as advertised. Left my husband without a phone for over a week. The store in Rocky Mount NC was extremely rude and nasty. however your store in Greeville NC was especially nice and accommodating. Though ii is a 45 minute drive. Greenville is now my go to store.

So, the store in Greenville, NC was fantastic. The one in New Bern needs more training. The info they give out isnt always accurate. Its wrong about half the time, in my own experience, but I cant always get out of town, so I deal.

Online order glitch. Inventory not updated and miscommunication between the location and the AT&T Wireless online support. Made multiple trips and called a few times but the issue was not resolved. Many confusions. Time is money and they are wasting my time. This was immediately resolved at the nearby Winterville location. Overall a horrible experience.
If you visit this store I highly recommend that you wait to be serviced by William Brewington. Excellent service! He was very patient and informative about all of the options I had to choose from. Last week I spent nearly 2 VERY frustrating hours with customer service. The only thing I wanted to do was activate my phone. I ported my number in from the other carrier, got the confirmation email, checked AT&T website that the process was completed, received SIM card, and put it in the phone.... NOTHING! Soooooo..... I go to this AT&T store (with a small attitude, I admit) and am assigned Itzak Flores. I explain what happened and say all I want to know is if you can make this work. 15 minutes later all was good. He looked at my account and all that was missing was my form of payment! I cant believe the customer service people I spoke with originally missed this.Anyway... big props to Itzak for his patience and diligence! Thanks so much for getting this settled

Been a customer since they got into the business. Been ignored for 5 or more years. Only care about securing new customers. Old customers get none of the offers you always see. Phone quality of service is good, retaining customers is bad.
Not enough employees working, so we walked out. Additionally, I am extremely disappointed in my original visit when we started our plans through AT&T for only putting insurance on the primary line, its common sense that we would want it on all 3 brand new phones............

I had one of the best experiences at a phone place I have EVER had in my life at this location with Itzak Flores. First off, the managers both greeted me nicely and spoke with me about my options. Then, the real reason for my outstanding experience and the tipping point of getting me to write a review was the highest level of professionalism I received from Itzak. He went above and beyond to find every incentive and discount he could possibly find to gain my business. As I am a cheap skate, a hard sale, and extremely inquisitive. Great store but the agent that welcome me needs to be retrain in customer service and technology. I went in for help and ended up helping myself out. The store was empty and still I felt like they rush me out after buying 2, $1,300 Galaxy phones.

I went to the ATT store to purchase my wife an Apple Watch for Christmas. I knew exactly what I was looking for which made things easy. The female sales associate greeted me quickly and made sure that the purchase was extremely smooth. I did think it was funny that the assumption is that everything will be put on payments - as opposed to simply purchasing it outright. But everything was explained to me extremely well and I was very satisfied with the service! Especially given that it was December 23rd and they were extremely busy!

Went there to get a no contract connection for my phone. Had to wait a small while before the store manager Kevin came up and got the procedure started for us by checking if my phone was compatible with their carrier. After that we had to wait for 5 more minutes and Richard helped us out. He was very patient, and amiable and got everything done and sorted extremely competently. All in all, the staff was extremely polite, helpful, efficient and really really nice. Had a great experience at this at&t store, Im very pleased with their service! Would recommend to everyone!

I love the payment machine and the fact that this service is available for DirecTv customer. In addition, a sales Consultant name Elba Gomez is a very graceful, helpful retail sale person. When my hands were overfilled she walks right over and helped me with my transaction with the payment machine and never walked away until my transactions were completed. Additionally, she shared options to save even more money option up to fifteen percent off the services with AT&T. When my contract is completed with my present cellular company I plan on looking up Elba to walk me through the process of benefiting from this fifteen percent discount plan. Very nice building and it always seem to be in order and very clean when I visit monthly.

Terrible, went to activate a new iPhone X bought from Best Buy and the lady took around 30 mins and about 3 weeks later we noticed there was a new phone line added to our account we investigated and they said that they bought some kind of tablet using our information and the person who bought it was the same lady who activated the phone besides buying the tablet they bought more accessories for the tablet and the workers won’t do anything about it after going twice to the store and calling eight times. Don’t recommend at all.
It was awful. I bought a phone prepaid in May that was supposed to allow me international calling, according to the representative. Never telling me that there was a different way to get it. Lost business leads, and money as a result. Also now losing the number since I had no service out of the country I felt I should not have to pay for service I was not receiving. I went in the branch I got it from only to be summarily dismissed telling me theres nothing they could do. No redress for their incompetence... Not acceptable!
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this store that I have ever had. Richard is the representative that helped me, or if you could even call that helping. I’ve noticed he has been reported before, they really need to do something about how he interacts with customers. I came in because I was shipped the wrong phone and was told to come to the store and exchange it for the correct phone. Only to be told once I got to this store that they would not except the unopened phone or exchange it even though I payed for a different phone. They said they had rules against this but I called corporate and there was no rule, they had lied because they didn’t want to deal with it. I highly do not recommend this store.
We went into AT&T to add another line to our service. A young man named Semaji waited on us. He was friendly, knowledgeable of AT&T services and great sales person. I hope AT&T realizes what a great employee they have!!
Went in to replace a cellphone. Technician showed me a great line of cells from my description of my want and looking up the difference between them.
Went into this location to set up a phone for my dad. We were approached by the salesman semanji who started talking to us about cable and we explained that we already had cable and wouldn’t need this service. He gave a snide laugh and then said this was his job to talk to us about cable. He started questioning our service provider we told him that we didn’t need cable we just needed to set up this phone. He said this was his job again, and we said you did your job you asked us about cable and we gave you our answer let’s move on and set up the phone. He called us condescending and said we should leave. Unbelievable the way we were treated, being force fed something we didn’t want yet repeatedly made to sit there and take it. And then for him to take it personally, he’s in the wrong business as a salesman. We will never be back and highly recommend avoiding this establishment!!

I hate coming here. First of all they have to check me in like Im at a doctors office. I purchased a phone online and decided on in store pickup to save myself shipping costs. I went in at 1:30pm on a Friday... The place was dead. Almost no one there. The one lady in the place told me shed check me in but it would be a 30-40 minute wait. I just turned around and walked out and decided to come back later because I was on my lunch break. I went back at 4pm and once again got checked in. This time the place was way more crowded but there was a few more people working. Finally this girl comes over.... checks me in, Gets my online order, Brings it to the front and puts the box right in front of me. Im grateful Im finally about to get outta there after 15 minutes. Then she says... Im just checking people in. I cant give it to you. So I go and stand around for yet another 20 minutes just waiting for one of these people to just hand me my box. I mean... Its sitting right there on the counter. I can see it. I debate just grabbing it and leaving. But... Ya know... Im a law abiding citizen and all. Anyway after waiting for a total of 34 minutes I finally got my named called. Then I have to go over and let another guy type in SIM numbers, etc. Etc. Etc. Its now 4:35.... And dude wearing his tablet toolbox didnt know how to activate a brand new line. So he goes and gets the girl who checked me in.... Im still here by the way... Live reviewing this place... Its now 4:39. Were once again putting in numbers and trying to assign a new phone number. I ask him if I had of just had the phone shipped to me how could I have activated it? He says there would have been a number to call. That seems so much better then this right now. Almost done.... But now he needs an override from the girl who checked me in . Its now 4:42 but I think were nearing an end here. Ok.... I got a receipt and its 4:43. Took me 43 minutes to get my new phone. I should have had it shipped to home. I wont come in here again.
6/25/18 I had the most awful experience at this location. Mr. Richard was the representative who was totally insensitive to my parents who have cellular phone accounts here. I was not given the opportunity to see the Manager who Mr. Richard stated was in the back. How does a Manager not come out to see about a consumers issue. I did write a missive to The CEO and I wait a response. The other Staff there was a very nice professional young lady who was working with the tyrant Richard and she was very helpful. However, Richard continued to override her comments which were in favor of what we were requesting.

Stopped at store to request help with unknown scam. The employee was able to clear the phone. Have been in numerous times, have had no issues with employees, always courtesy first.

Went to their store after calling for two hours to get help with service. When we got to the store the wait was an hour. I did notice that they reps had turned all the ringers on the phones off so they wouldnt be bothered by they. Either they are under staffed or just dont care about their customers. I will probably never go back to this location. Also I reached out to the corporate headquarters with my concerns and the never responded.

Terrible customer service! I recently was stupid enough to re-sign with AT&T but in a way was smart enough to go with the NEXT plan so, I can just turn the phones in and be done.. Anyway, this store does NOT answer the phone, does NOT acknowledge you when you walk in and nothing is personable. I returned my iPad mini & iPad Pro I was talked into adding within the 14 day time period to avoid the restocking fee over a month ago, the store manager told me a full refund would be issued to my original payment method and still have not seen the refund to my bank account. By the way!!!!! The return policy states a restocking fee will be applied after the 14th day with original receipt not to exceed 10% of the value as long as the item is still factory sealed. Guess what? AT&T, does NOT let you leave with the item unless they open and activate it. How does that one work?? That is a company trying to be slick to try and make sure you get stuck with it. BE AWARE!! Dont let that happen to you...
