The staff person who rang us up was nice but she didnt help much in giving us help in selecting our phones

Staff at both Greenville locations are helpful. The one near Ninas nails is the most efficient at transferring your data from one phone to the next.

Pay 60 a month never get service nobody in the stores seems to want to help on top of that this particular store their own sales rep erica has texted me out of the blue after getting a new phone and getting everything switched over she also typed her name and number in contacts which i didnt give approval to do i will be switching service very soon to someone who actually gives what you pay for also all yall ever do is apologize how about instead hire people that know what their doing and get rid of the ones with poor customer service all i ever see them do when i go in is sit in a chair all day staring at their phone including when customers are in their

I had never actually come into a cricket store until today the service was slow they were rude and didn’t act like they wanted to help me at all a young lady was attempting to get something ahead of me I heard the owner call her a rude name in Spanish for no reason at all these people are nasty with people this is the reason I decided to go with Verizon yes my bill is more but the customer service is so much better. These people need to be trained to treat people better if you hate your job stay home!!!!

This particle cricket store was a bit disappointing. The person that helped us had no knowledge of the phones she is charged with selling. Cricket when you hire personal at least attempt to train them on the phones you carry. If you arent going to train them then have a binder in hand that has info on the phones you carry so customers can look at it.

They have good service for this area and the Northeast and Southeastern US from Mobile to NYC. The phone service has always been clear and good. I have the ZTE X smaller phone. Reception in the mountains of WV on the Appalachian trail is bad for everybody. I have not been out west yet but Cricket is very consistent.Also, this Cricket locale is bilingual so any questions or concerns can be answered in your preferred language.
