The service at the store is great. The internet is absolutely terrible. Admittedly I live in the country just north of Greenville airport. But the internet works fine EVERYWHERE EXCEPT BY THE GROUP OF HOUSES WHERE PEOPLE ACTUALLY LIVE!!!! for Petes sake its like yall are trying to screw everyone over

Very helpful customer service. Wait times vary. Decent prices. Better phone service than other cell phone providers in the area. I say this last part because when we had a severe storm recently there were many people at work that had no service whatsoever but my phone never skipped a beat. They were using my phone to try to contact their rides.. unfortunately, the people they were trying to reach also had the same sketchy cell phone provider and all they got was a busy tone. I was still able to make and receive calls though. Good to know your phone is working when theres nasty weather.

😂 my grandma bought a new phone because she said hers wouldnt charge, and when we got there the lady said the port was damaged, so she spent about an hour trying to transfer phone numbers and pictures but, I got her phone and I put it on my charger and the phone charged and was working fine so she just bought a new phone for no reason. And plenty of time wasted

They could take the phone back I paid 6 payments on and the Galaxy S8 I paid 15 payments on together so I could trade both up for one Note 9 but they wont do it. Money grubbing corporation, not the sales person who tried to help me
