If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to get the free sims card to upgrade my network as it says to do. Well I go in there and they said it’s $25. I called every other boost mobile and they said it’s supposed to be free.

Pretty expensive to buy a new phone and youre already a boost member I needed to change my phone which was only about three months old and I had to buy a whole new phone which I dont think was right it still should have had some kind of warranty on it even if I didnt have insurance on it and then some areas tells me that the phone is not available if its not there wi-fi whats up with that

Let me start off by saying “THANK YOU KAVEENA” (hope I have the right name and spelled it right?)😊. The woman is absolutely amazing. Very hardworking and dedicated to customer service. She had so much going on at once but did a spectacular job handling herself. Like there were a few of us trying to get new phones on top of ppl constantly coming in to make payments and she never skipped a beat. She’s a master at multitasking. We’re all human and by far not perfect so yes it gets busy and tense but she’s got you! She handled everything professionally. With the new iPhones and the new network coming up, it’s a pain waiting for phones to update the network when you purchase one. Obviously being a phone store you’re not ever going to be able to just run in and right back out. Starting up new phones and transferring and updating, it all takes time so be patient. These ppl have a job on their hands especially during a pandemic. So show them respect and compassion! ❤️Completely satisfied customer here!! I bought the new iPhone SE and it is just like the iPhone 11 without the extra camera feature but who needs that anyway? Call KAVEENA Today and ask her about the new iPhone SE. You’ll get a great deal and an awesome new phone. The iPhone SE and the iPhone 11 have the best processor out of any phone in the world. It is better than any android or iPhone you have or plan to purchase. Google it! Only other difference is the size, it’s just a bit smaller but a perfect fit in your back pocket. Overall I am 100% satisfied with my visit and my purchase. I would sit there for hours just to receive the fantastic service my family got yesterday. Thanks BOOST MOBILE! I called to ask if they had any WiFi hotspots boxes and before i could finish getting my question out the lady was very ruuuudddeeee and cut me off and said no we dont. Very unprofessional

Ive called numerous times to find out how much the iPhone 11 was. They always told me to go up there because Im an existing customer and they cant tell me over the phone. I get up there and they tell me the phone is $749. Why did I have to waste all my gas just for them to tell me that? It was pointless and stupid

Complete rip off accompanied by a neolithicly incompetent staff. No one there knows anything about any product except how to sell you more of it when it breaks knowing the entire time anything they sell is garbage to begin with. They also do not carry what your phone needs as in batteries or other necessities but DO have blingy phone cases and a different assortment of gimmicks to take more of the customers money. The phone insurance offered here is about as bad. When you do use your warranty, they send another broken phone disguised as a new one. This company has definitely cornered the market of legalized riff raff enterprise.

I Just left this store a few Hours ago and they tried to sell me a iPhone 6 FG or 125 lol r they crazy told me it was worth 500$ really and I brought my 8+ for 600$ the from (252) b4 the 10 came out I mean Really
