Sales was friendly and knowledgeable. Store was empty of customers, but full of merchandise, clean and bright. It was a simple payment and purchase of a charger. My only suggestion would be to install a side walk on the side of the store that customers dont have to walk around in the grass

Its just ok because l applied for a plan at a certain price, but the service didnt last till the end of the month. I paid for extra time cause l needed it and then it plus my original plan price became my new plan price and the service still doesnt last a month. I am researching other companies. Planning to change company.

I wouldnt give a three or four star but this is a poor phone service company you cant really pick up that that many areas with a good decent connection and they dont have that many cell phone towers in many areas overall I just didnt like the phone service with them

I buy a line that did not work with my S4 phone. The internet 4G LTE never working because my phone does not allows it (just 3g). They did not say that to me. Now I just lost my $40 and I have to buy another line with another phone dealer! I tried to talk back with them and they did not give good solution, they just said that is my risk when I buy the line with them. I WILL NEVER USE METROPCS AGAIN. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!
