I came in on a Saturday because my phone started acting up, they were busy but incredibly efficient with the check in & made sure everyone was acknowledged! I worked with Peter and he was AWESOME! These people had no clue at all what they where doing my sister was updating her phone from IOS 14.7 to IOS 15 and it Bricked the phones OS and they said with-out a doubt it was un-salvageable and tricked my mother into buying a brand new phone for no reason. Thankfully she kept the phone. When she came home I plugged it into my PC and flashed a version of IOS 14.7 (the last working version) and it worked just fine first try. Not to mention their was 5 groups ahead of us and 3/5 employees where on their personal phones. In conclusion, the staff had no clue what they where doing theyll trick you into getting a phone when you dont need to. I would give 0 stars if I could this is ridiculous.

My recent experience with Verizon was horrible, Im a new customer and Im already dissatisfied with this store. Then customer service was disgusting, the dudes there werent willing to help or release my phone but was really quick to cancel the order and redo the order without validation of who I was and who my sister is but THEY COULDNT RELEASE MY PHONE WITHOUT MY SISTER DEBIT CARD!!!!!! theyre money hungry and only in it for the commission. Once the dude and the manger realized I wasnt gonna cancel and replace the order they both including the manager walked away rudely and was talking about us. Which I clearly heard... This is no way to build a rapport with your customer...

My roommate & I have had accounts/contracts with Verizon for over 5 years, always up to date & paid in full on time. I have had to replace my phone on several occasions & have not had any problems or complaints in doing so.However, my roommates phone shattered this morning & he went to this location to get a new phone & was told they could not help him because he didnt know the pin. Weve never had to utilize the pin in the past so naturally, we have no idea what it is. The other option she offered was to send a verifying text to his phone but his screen was shattered so, again, not an option!How is it that you can actively have an account with a company, be in very good standing and they decline to assist you because they cannot access your account when you are standing right in front of them, ID available (which is all weve needed in the past), ready to make another significant purchase & pay whatever is !?As of right now, he does not have a phone because they refused to help him when he is the primary on the account! I would love to know what exactly he has to do to acquire customer service & to replace his phone as we are now paying for service we cannot utilize??

Came in this place two time. First time they didnt have the phones we wanted. The second time I had a problem with my brand new service and I came in here and the guy argued with me, over and over, trying to convince me that what was on paper on my bill was fine...it wasnt. 5 minutes on the phone with customer service and they agreed with me and fixed the problem. To be fair, the other two people here were nice, but the one guy needs to find new employment.

I showed up to this location and asked DONICA GARRETT, store manager (General Manager) to assist me with paying an outstanding $1000.00 bill. Furthermore I was trying to BUY a 1500.00 dollar phone and start a new plan. DONICA told me I was “wasting her time.” We began arguing, wherein I asked her repeatedly to simply “look up my name, and let’s go from there.” Donica replied with a hard NO. “You are wasting my time, sir.” I was appalled. SO...I went to a DIFFERENT Verizon location (4411 east 10th street) and not only did the rep there help me, I waited over an hour (because of COVID) and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had buying/setting up a phone. The reps name is ABE. He was top notch. I advise everyone to go to the 10th street location (near the new Walmart) instead of this location (305 Greenville blvd se).UPDATE: I returned the next day to get DONICA GARRETT’s info...(I didn’t have it one incident 1) and when I walked in, Iasked her if the info on her business card was correct, to which she replied “IS THAT WHAT IT SAYS!?”” After this..she informed me I had no further business with them, which was false. This store is the closest store to my home. I have done business here for years. I was INFACT trying to apologize if I was aggravated, and purchase a case for my new iPhone 12 pro max AND inquire about wireless charging options. DONICA threatened to call the cops on me, without giving me any chance to say what my further business was. I gave this location a second chance and it failed. And a gentleman with a Cane assured me DONICA would not EVER get fired. AVOID THIS STORE. Try another store first, or go with a different carrier.

Awful experience. The staff is not only visibly angry but they also have no idea what they are doing. I walked in ready to change providers and buy a phone but ended up leaving after 10 confusing minutes. The woman working the door borders on abusive. The woman attempting to help me needs extensive training. I think someone from corporate needs to pop in on these people before they lose customers.

Originally I posted a 5 star review. However, I went in there this evening because my screen protector needs to be replaced. As I walk up to the door, a rather large man with a cane stopped me from coming in, so I scheduled an appointment. I told him I needed warranty information, in order to get my screen protector replaced through zagg.. so he goes behind the counter, and he asks the other employees working there.. Since when does zagg require warranty information? He was very condescending. I have spent well over $5,000 in that store, and all I needed was a screen protector, which I was told could be replaced in store if anything happened to it. I walked out because the customer service in that place has seriously gone down. I wound up having to order a new screen protector through Amazon, because for some reason nobody can give me information about my original screen protector as to when it was purchased. From now on I will find other Verizon stores to go to or I will specifically order something online.

Let’s just be honest. The best customer services is not with this company. They really don’t even have the best cellular service. I thought so like everyone else. I’ll just be honest. My money would be best spent with AT&T. I was with them first and wanted to shake it up, make the move to Verizon. The absolute worse decision ever made. My experience for the past 1.5 years is horrible. I will pay off each phone once I reach 2 years. I will pay for a phone for another 2 years or BYOD back to AT&T as soon as I can. If I didn’t care about my credit, I’d drop them right freaking now. They had my mother, who is fighting cancer, running place to place to get her phone fixed and issue is covered under manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer (Samsung) passing get back and forth between them and Verizon. You don’t give a care about your customers for real. Like any other company it’s about the money... and you’ll make more money being a reliable and moral company. This business is going down the same road as Sprint and the other dying cellular companies. U.S Cellular isn’t even all over the country and they’re better and more caring than this place. I’m appalled and the only reason the review is here is because unfortunately, your representatives can hang up the phone when you call customer service. Which by the way, they didn’t even answer. You could hear them pressing buttons as I waited on hold, listening to elevator music trying to get help or at least answers for my mother. This is garbage that you people get to get away with it. That girl, in this store, saw my mother hooked up to her chemo pump and still had her go place to place, just to end up going back to this location. Garbage, like I said.

We stopped in this location not really expecting to find what we were looking but we actually did find something even better, fantastic service. The young gentleman that helped us saved us $60 in just a few short minutes with some great customer service. We didnt even have to wait like we usually do if we go to one of our other local locations like Rocky Mount and sometimes even in Tarboro. One of the best stores weve ever visited.

Staff member pulled a bait and switch. Tried to sell me on one deal then when I was about to sign, informed me that the deal was not valid on what we chose together for my new phone and plan then tried to sell me on a phone that was on a deal, that I did not want. We followed up with cooperate. They did offer us a waived activation fee to try and correct the situation. Decided not to go with Verizon in the end.

I was having a great experience with Mr. Dre learning about Verizon as I am an AT&T customer that came in with a friend. Mr. Dre did a wonderful job up selling product to me and my friend from a new $800ish iPhone 11 252g to a $100 starter bundle. As he went along I decided to look at an IPhone XR because he was impressing me and I wanted him to have more 1on1 with my buddy who was about to drop $1000 in product. The manager came over and ignored me with her lack of help and storage knowledge of the XR. Saying Mr. Dre had to help me even when he was busy with my friend(which I pointed out to her). She said it didn’t matter because I was with Dre and she walked off without helping me. The worst part is how rude she was when we came up to buy about $1000 in product. To the point where she called me a solicitor for telling our salesman how good he was and that a place down the road would be lucky to have him as they’re hiring right now. She went on to immaturely argue with us in front of all of the other customers. My friend couldn’t handle how she was treating us and we ended up leaving with nothing but the knowledge to take our $1000in business elsewhere. Which we did(we went to AT&T down the road).

To all SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 10+ USERS. Even though you pay insurance for 17$ extra a month TOTAL protection. Verizon advertises cracked screens fixed for 29$, under that package. WHICH IT FALSE ADVERTISING. what they dont tell you is that the insurance does not pay for cracked sceens for the note 10 plus if you crack your screen on that phone model you will have to pay 250$ for a refurbished phone.

I have to say, most of the issues with this location have to do completely with the runaround Verizon as a whole gives you. I was frustrated because the employee wasnt understanding what I needed and couldnt answer me why the Corporate office couldnt provide me with the documentation I needed but 24 hrs before I could print it from my account. I tried explaining I wasnt frustrated with that employee himself but the whole situation. Mind you my voice didnt get elevated and I wasnt angry. My voice did crack because I was upset. Another employee came over and explained the same thing and printed out the same thing the first had already given me. Neither of them listened to what I was saying. They directed me to customer support but wouldnt take into account that customer service told me to go to them.Some employees there do need some training with customer assistance. The day I went in to pay my last bill at the kiosk there was an elderly gentleman with his face nearly laying on the screen. He had glazed over eyes like he had cateracts. Two employees who were just talking didnt come over and ask if he needed help at all. I stood there and the older gentleman turned to me and asked for my help because he couldnt see the screen. Was really disappointed in the young men behind the counter who didnt bother to pay him any mind. That was my breaking point and made me leave Verizon for good.

The manager is horrible and her friends who she hired is a reflection on that. I avoid this store as much as possible. Ive always had good experiences at this store. The employees working there are always patient and courteous with me, even when I read my bill wrong and come in to complain about it. The waits can long if you come in between 5 and 6 when everybodys getting off work, but otherwise Im seen almost immediately.

I gave it 3 stars because I had returned a charger that I had bou g ht the day before but it wasnt the one I needed so I returned it but the money was never credited back to my card. So if returning an item or buying an accessory make sure you keep your receipt and you check your account to be sure you get your money back.

If you go to this store, go but avoid Eric Hazelton. Hell be all nice and answer all questions to get you to buy a phone. But as soon as cross the threshold going out. He dont know you anymore. Hes been actively avoiding my husband for the last week and we finally pinned him down and all he could say was call customer support!!!! Why bother giving out your card if you are not going to help with questions? I swear if we hadnt just started this service, wed switch to someone else. Never again.

Horrible customer Service bought a Galaxy S9 From here They do not take the time to show you the features on the phone My Internet would not work They told me to go to a place that had Wi-Fi to log on and And the phone with download What it needed. I called corporate and they wont me through steps on my phone to turn the Internet on day just did not want to help me at the store Plus they sold me the wrong screen protector that was for a S8 Galaxy When I got home I pick my phone up in it cracked thats what I found out they sold me the wrong screen protector when I looked at the Box in the Bag I called them up they said they could not replace it So I had to call corporate again to get it straight Everything got worked out in the end But deftly no thanks to the store They are always so busy with so many customers they tried to move you along as fast as possible without giving you that personal touch To me a simple fix to this problem would be higher more staff That actually care.

The worst. My husband went in because his phone did a factory reset and wouldnt charge or turn on. They told him he would have to pay $150-200 for a new phone. I called customer service and since we have insurance, which they should have seen at the store while looking at our account, my husband will have a new phone in 2 days. Booooooooooo!! After two hours. Was asked to turn in 3 paid for devices in excellent condition for a ripoff deal-- then wanted us to pay $30.00 per new device... ($90.00 total) Calling it an activation fee... even though I had been a faithful paying customer for almost 20 years. No matter how you spin it... That is throwing away $90.00... I cant afford to do that!) We left and went next door to US Cellular. Seemed like my only recors. Now have 3 new devices for half the price...more data... No activation fee... With US Cellular. I took my iPhone 8 plus here to get the screen repaired. Whoever installed the replacement did a terrible job, as it cracked in two places from not being installed correctly which therefore continued to crack and rendered my phone useless again until I can get it repaired. At least provide a warranty to replace what you mess up!
