Took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. Service Advisor was ready at my scheduled time. Car service was completed early. I like the team work exhibited at the dealership.

Have had bad experiences before at this location; with very rude service advisors and work that wasn’t completed. Yesterday was the final nail in the coffin for me, as far as returning for service here at Texas Nissan. Got baited-and-switched on an oil change deal. Just bad business practices all-around.

Dont buy a car from this place. They get you in with one price and then layer on top of their advertised price several thousand more claiming reconditioning fees. Thats not how to sell a car! And I didnt buy one. I went elsewhere and Im glad I did. Bought my dream truck from classic Chevrolet instead

To be honest, it was horrible experience with the Nissan Service Centre - Grapevine. I wont recommend anyone going there. They offer very poor customer service, I got my Nissan SUV from Grapevine Nissan. I will not go again to that location. Very bad Customer service, especially Car detailing center is Pathetic. They do not know how to speak to customers. I am still disappointed, why i went to Grapevine Nissan to buy my Nissan SUV.

Very helpful and Clinton was a wonderful salesman they come highly recommended when I say everyone everyone is so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure youre need are meet.

Had excellent experience previously but this time the service advisor assigned was not great.Lounge area refreshments were empty, fridge smelly.
