Called service center at least 5 time in the last week. Always get forwarded to a service advisor. Always leave cordial message, never returned. Once had administrator tell me she saw advisor on floor and would hand deliver message, never returned. Problem on Corvette reoccurring over a couple of years, misdiagnosed by Classic several times. I found technical bulletin on the exact problem, never implemented by Classic. Would seriously reconsider purchasing another vette from Classic based on unsatisfactory service alone.

I spoke with Jacob about a transmission and a radiator problem that my truck had, which is under warranty. He told me that he will take about a week or two, to fix the problem but in reality they took 5 weeks. When I was finally able to pick my truck. I started my truck to warm up after 5 minutes there was a coolant and a transmission fluid leaking. I didnt even leave the shop and I could already tell it was already a bad job. I told Jacob about it and the mechanic took a look into it that same day and they both tried to push the blame into me. Basically saying that it was my fault that coolant is leaking because I used Radiator seal before I brought it in. For the transmission fluid they said it was perfectly normal that some of it leaks after being rebuilding it. However they did fix the coolant problem, a hose was not properly tightened. Again how can I be responsible for their work to blamed on is beyond me. The next day my tuck overheated because there was no coolant in the radiator and the transmission fluid was way lower than the minimum requirement. Afterwards I talked with Diane (Supervisor) and she told me that they will check on the transmission 6 months later and I will get my truck back that same day while I am there waiting. However I have a problem now that the truck shakes when I change gears and I took it back to them and they wanted to keep it there for more than a week to just see whats wrong with it. I know they messed up from the beginning.

Casey Barnes was by far the best service advisor I have seen for my trucks maintenance at a Chevy service center. Especially being a female...Ive experienced my fair share of condescending experiences, so I really appreciated Caseys respectful and professional demeanor. I went for a full service oil change and a fuel induction. Waited at the service center and got in and out in an hour and a half. Ill be making this my regular service center. Give this place a shot. 😊

It was a commendable experience. It seems to me that the Dealership Management had put a lot of thought into enhancing the positive in the customer experience while being at the shop. The service loaner was almost a brand new Chevrolet Malibu. I was very happy driving that vehicle and never felt remorse for having my Impala in for service. Kudos goes for Asst Service Mgr. Shawn Anderson. He was very courteous and professional during our interactions and bend over backwards to accommodate to my needs.

Classic Chevy at grapevine takes great care of its customers. I replaced the suspension about an year ago and am now involved in a minor accident. They repaired the loose suspension parts and rubber bushings for free. They did a great job at that too!

I bought a slightly used 2019 Silverado 2500 at another dealer to pull a 5th wheel. But i quickly learned we were over on the GVWR. I found a 2020 Silverado 3500 in Classics inventory on-line that would be perfect to pull our 5th wheel but feared I’d be to far upside down on my 2500. But Classic really did me right on the trade in offer, and we got the deal done shortly after.

The customer service was awesome. There was difficulty communicating with a third party regarding covering the replacement of the transmission. That took a number of weeks during which the dealership was generous with the use of a loaner.Ultimately the coverage was granted and the transmission was replaced. I would definitely use this service department again.

I had them as set per the door placard on arrival; 60psi front and 75psi rear but after the oil change, now they are all set to 65psi. This is my 3rd oil change since I bought the truck new from Classic and each time I bring the truck in with the tires serviced according to the door placard but after every service they are pressured incorrectly. After the first, all were set to 60psi, after the second they were all set to 70psi and today they were all 65psi. Do your service personnel know that the recommended pressures are in the manual as well as the door placard.Thanks

The only Chevrolet/GM service center that could verify syncing trailer TPMS Sensors to my 2020 Silverado HD by using the Trailer Presence Simulator Tester. This tester enables syncing of the GM tire pressure sensors before installation into the trailer tires. I consider this extremely useful for large trailers (e.g. 40 ft trailer is difficult to bring in to a Chevrolet/GM service center).

Oil change was less expensive than any independent shops. Needed a software flash for an emissions recall on my diesel Colorado, and it actually performs better. All done in a day.
