Helpful Service with airing my tires... nail(tiny) was found... they double check it, tested it & I didnt even need a patch. which would have been free anyway but They did ensure it was good & everyone was really helpful and friendly!

Incredibly terrible experience. We have used Discount Tire in Lubbock for probably 20 yrs. Had to have a tire worked on in Grapevine. Took it in - guy used his special tread “measuring” app and told us we were SUPER close to needing new tires. Tried to really push that point, then checked our account and saw that we had bought new ones about a year ago and said, “Oh, you guys should be fine for a while.” 🤨 They didn’t tell us what time they closed, so we assumed 6. They called at 5:15 and VERY rudely informed us that they had closed at 5 and were waiting on us to pick up our car because they were ready to go home. My husband walked up to the door...guy cracked it open and dropped the keys in my husband’s hand. No words, no eye contact. Crazy rude. If we didn’t love our guys in Lubbock, we would NEVER use Discount Tire again.

Couldnt mount a certain sized tire and decided to wait until I came to pick them up to tell me about the issue. Instead of figuring out a solution they wasted my time..

This team was very helpful! We had a flat in the morning, they fixed our flat and rotated our tires free of charge and got us out within 45min. Thank you’ll so much!

I need to give a big shout out to the team at Grapevine Discount Tire. Last week they swapped tires on brand new rims for me. Once I returned home, I saw they scratched two of the rims. Frustrated I returned to show them the damage. Robert, the manager tracked down and ordered two new rims (I had not purchased these rims from them originally). Today they swapped them around and even gave me the rims that had been scratched at no charge!Customer service above and beyond. I have always been a fan of Discount Tire but this has bought my loyalty and praise to whoever will listen.Thank you for showing you care as much as I do!

Definitely recommend coming to see these guys for your tires. Came in to see about a possible repair on a tire that had a screw in it. unfortunately due to the position of the screw, needed to buy a new tire. With the tire costs and labor costs it was under $75 and they had me back on the road within an hour. Joseph helped me, was professional and has outstanding customer service. Thank you

I popped a tire on an uneven road at the airport. . . so glad I have the road hazard warranty. . . they replaced my tire and had me on the way within about an hour and a half without an appointment. The even put my spare back where it belonged in the trunk. I appreciate that.

Outstanding customer service! We have been buying tires at Discount Tire, and recently just bought new four tires at this location. Robert McCullough, the manager and staff are friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous. Robert is an honest man and kind. He went above and beyond to help me figure out the problem with my car. He took his time to test drive my car with me and to listen for the noise that I experienced. He found the problem and helped to correct it. He didnt try to sell me any extra service and told me he was happy to help. This is truly an honorable man who doesnt try to take advantage of the situation. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location.

Kudos to Discount Tire for fixing my tire, everyone was so friendly; however, KUDOS to Nate Lawson, Senior Assistant Manager whom assisted me with Excellent Customer Service. After a bad long day and poorly dealing with other tire shops, he made mine and my daughters day and we left there with a new tire, plus insurance on all 4 of my tires for an absolutely wonderful price. Always good to deal with these guys - at least, at the Arlington/Nathan Lowe Rd location. In and out with a tire inflation question in less than 5 minutes. I had stopped at the Grapevine location earlier in the day, on an errand, and they wouldnt even look at it (a *tire inflation issue*) for 45 minutes. Ill stick with my local boys from now on.

Excellent Customer Service, Nathan one of the employee their service you with a smile and full of knowledge on what you need, he went beyond to get what I needed. Everyone there that day that I interacted with was very nice. But Nathan I shared with him I was traveling to Arkansas he gave suggestions ordered my tires and made sure best he could that I would have a safe trip. I thought I could travel with the tires I had. He was honest and said, he didnt recommend that with my front tires. Bought two new front but my back tires was great. Didnt try to over sale me.🤗

I had appointments for tire replacement I took while to select my tire, I was helped by store manager Robert, he did help me to choose right tire did not rush me and helped me to setup Apple payement too as I had forgotten my card home. He went to third party website and choose the tire based on usage and all other index and get right tire. I was feeling sorry I probbaly took hell lot of time but yet he did understand that and did not rush me.

Got 4 new tires. Next day tire pressures way off. They put 3 tires under pressure and one tire over pressure by 2 pounds. They did not reset the TPS so got to take to a different Discount Tire to fix issue of incompetent techs working. The valve caps were all very loose so would of came off as well. Customer service was not great either. They did not have 4 tires of our brand so sold us an off shoot. Employees should have worked checked by supervisor before turning a customers car back saying everything is good when its not. You lost a 2 decade customer for i will never use Discount tires again.

Good service, I rated them 4 stars because we had to wait for a long time and no one told us about the progress of our car, especially when they broke the light sensor and had to replace it. Would like to know these kind of situations as soon as they realized what happened so Im not sitting here wondering why did took over 1 hour to fix a tire that is leaking air. Overall, everyone that we came in contact with was really nice.

Great service, had a slow leak which they patched at no charge.Only thing was I was told an hour and it actually took two hours, other than that, all was great.Thanks again.

Terrible service. When I arrived to have a nail removed, I was told that it would take about an hour. I was there three hours. I also told them up front what pressure the tires needed to be to not trip the sensors. They said they’d take care of it. They didn’t and I had to wait some more as they did what I told them to do in the first place. This location has also forgotten to replace my valve caps in the past. Poor attention to detail and bad expectations set.

TMS was irritating me, thought that I should get air checked. Free service. Tech that took care of my tires was pretty / seemed knowledgable. The young man got a $5 tip for his efforts and knowledge as well as overall good attitude despite problem car in front of me. Didnt catch your name, but great job! Learned my circa 2008 wheel sensors are 6 years out of their ideal lifetime, and are / were reading erroneously. Was also advised that 2 sensors have disappeared. Sons car, so no telling what THAT story is.

When I went in, the didnt have the tires that I needed, but were able to order them from another store in the area and get them same day! All the employees I talked to were super friendly and worked to get what I needed done quickly. A great place to go!

Great curbside experience! I thought I had a nail in my tire, turned out to be a piece of sheet metal! They couldnt patch it and would not get my size tire in for a couple days so they put on a temp tire til I could get back Monday. Warranty covered it minus $16! Great service, never had to leave my car! They were all wearing COVID masks and keeping their distance which we appreciated!

I love this store, they are always on top of things. Ive been to others and often felt like I was imposing on them. If your in the area I highly recommend this location.

The staff were great and they have the best prices. Not giving 5 stars because I asked for one tire to be kept in my car so I would have a spare and after waiting for almost four hours because it was a busy weekend the tire was not left in my car. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars they were really great.

I waited in line for 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was there. Other people started coming in and same deal with them. Im not sure how much longer I would have had to wait because I walked out. I swear I started to wonder if I had became invisible for a second. One representative was being pretty rude to a costumer over the phone as well. It was rather unpleasant to witness.

I went there for flat tire repair. I was told they dont charge for flat repair, but they wanted to me change the tire itself as the threads were out. Irony is that the tire which was flat was having good threads. When I said I cant have new tire as of now & can come next month, the store guy said that in that case he cant even repair the flat tire. I would never even go to this store.

One of the best locations I have ever been too. Awesomeness at its finest! Zach was super helpful and even offered to replace one of my Audis wheel caps that anothet location broke so 5 stars!

Good customer service and Prices. The problem was that they put my rear wheels which are wider in the front and my front wheels in the back. I noticed my car was driving abnormally so I headed home to see what the problem was and saw what was wrong and had to swap the front and back wheels.

I went in because I was concerned I had a bent rim. The customer service representative immediately started showing me options for new rims and tires. I asked them to check if any rims were bent before I was going to spend the money. They told me two of them were bent, but wouldnt tell me which two or how bad. They wanted $1200 for new rims and tires. When I asked about just getting tires, they said it was going to be $820. This was a lot more than what was advertised on the website and he wouldnt give me an explanation of the price difference.I had two other places check my rims after this, and both confirmed that they were not bent. I also ended up buying the tires from a different Discount Tire and they only cost me almost $200 less. I love Discount Tire, but I think this one is just trying to get money out of people.

These guys have done a wonderful job of making sure you feel safe during the pandemic. The setup outside is great and as always the service is fantastic.

Discount Tire at Grapevine Mills Mall is one of the best Ive been to. Good service and they operate as quickly as they can. Highly recommend to come to Discount Tires early in the morning when they first open because they do get busy.

Just got back to the airport from Seattle to find out we had a flat. Had to have AAA tow us and the guy (Jesse) recommended this location. There was a 5 inch screw in our tire. What a great experience. From the time Colt answered the phone all the way through to Dylan bringing the car around it was fantastic. Very clean facility. All the employees seemed really nice. You could see the technicians in the bays taking great care with everyone’s car and working very efficiently. Extremely satisfied! I had an out of the ordinary request and Discount was able to fulfill at a very competitive price. I was there Tuesday afternoon and had about an hour wait, worth the extra time for the job getting done right.

This was my first time at this location, and I have to say they didnt disappoint! I purchased a brand new Ford Fiesta ST and it had vibration at highway speeds. I took it to the dealership and they took my car for 5 days, only to tell me I had a dent in my passenger front wheel, and they wouldnt be able to balance my wheels, and the vibration was likely from the low profile tires. I called Discount Tire and the guy was super friendly and recommended I take it in and see if they could fix the wheel and balance it. Much to my surprise ALL 4 TIRES were half an ounce off balance and the fronts were counter balanced! And they werent able to find any damage to the wheel! Car drives perfect now!

Theyre friendly, funny, and worked hard to make sure my visit was a good one.The waiting area is clean and quiet. New Tesla Model 3. Pouring rain in traffic. I just picked up a nail on the way to an important event while I was already cutting a bit close on time. I figured id have to cancel but within 10 mins AUSTIN got things stated, explained the plug process, they knew how to safely lift my type of car and even rotated the tires for me all no charge and we game planned the cost/process when it’s time for new tires. I always get the best possible tires after years of close calls with poor quality tires it’s not something I skimp on but I feel like I can get the best tires on my Tesla at a fair price here which is nice. Best tires + rain-x makes driving much easier. I’m only 1 customer but I hope Austin gets recognized for creating an exceptional customer experience.

Just had the best experience at the Grapevine Mills Discount Tire location. Of course the day after thanksgiving they were packed but I took my chances & got there at 815am. I was greeted my 2 different workers within 30 seconds! Service was FAST! They always tell me straight just how my tires are doing. They never push a sale and Ive been trusting my tires to them for 5 years. I was in and out with a couple new tires, balance, rotation, all by 906am. They have fantastic customer service.

This is not my normal Discount tire location. I had a minor emergency today and needed a new tire quickly and wasnt able to get to my usual service manager. This store manager was very attentive to my needs in dealing with my car and the specifics on how I wanted my cars settings handled. I left with a perfect experience...and they doubled checked to make sure! Thank you!

This is by far the worst experience I ever recieved to make matters worse my tire wasnt properly balanced and I ended up having to take my vehicle back to a different Discount tire and I hope it gets fixed. For a brand that I have been loyal to for over 10year.Hire the right staff and stop being so cheap

Forgot getting tires anywhere else. Discount tire is the place to go. They stayed late to make sure I was taken care off, cared enough to take care of my needs when I had a bad spare tire, and really helped me when I was in a crunch. Spencer and Drew are awesome. They will have me as a client for life.

I had a flat on my way to work so I pulled in and waited until they opened. The manager came out a few minutes before opening to help me. He showed me my best tire option and didnt try to peddle me the most expensive tires. The staff was very friendly and had me on my way to work within 10 minutes.

I have 6 vehicles, all with tires from this Discount Tire location. Usually have great service from these guys, but not this last time. I had a tire start leaking after being on one of the vehicles for some time. The leak was at a very small location on the bead and the wheel. But because the tire had some wear on the inside (due the standard rear wheel camber for the vehicle), they would not breakdown the tire and investigate further. However, they were willing to sell me another tire. I ended up taking it to other tire shop (NTB) where it was discovered that a there was a small sticker/label on the bead in that location which was not removed when originally installed by these guys. Sticker has now been removed and small leak resolved thanks to other tire shop.

We stopped in after discovering a screw in our tire. We had just gotten on the road to head home after vacation. They helped us right away and the wait wasnt long at all despite them being busy. They fixed our tire free of charge. ..put air in all our other tires and sent us on our way. They were quick and efficient. Those employees there are some of the hardest workers Ive ever seen. Thank you so much discount tire guys! ! You got this family back on the road safely and quickly.
