I understand that providing loaner cars is a courtesy, however offering one with no preemptive feedback of availability gives the implicit expectation of availability for planning purposes. I wasted 50-60 minutes of my time driving to/from a scheduled appointment only to find out there was no loaner available, after which I was unable to leave my vehicle and get the scheduled service.The individual rep was very courteous, apologetic, and understanding. However, the service manager on duty 14AUG at 0830 would not even discuss other alternatives with me as he was busy changing windshield wipers for another customer. Kudos to him for working alongside his employees, but what this communicated to me, intentionally or unintentionally, was that my business was not worth his time.Recommend using a different service center in the North DFW area.

Their service department agent had roadside pick up my vehicle, for servicing at 1PM on 10/22. At 1:20PM, I called to check on my car and Audi had no record of my car ever being checked in. So, I waited and called back 2 hours later still no car😲, it had been 4 hours @4:46PM and they still could not locate my car!! I called roadside and the driver who took my car and no answer! I am frantic at this point😭. I advised the service department, that I was going to call my local police department to report my car missing if they did not find my car. After reporting my car missing @5:02PM, to the local police department. I then get a text @5:32PM from the roadside guy, showing a picture of part of my car located at the dealership🙄. Go figure! Then the service agent calls me, thereafter!! I don’t know if roadside and someone in service were in cahoots together, trying to steal my car🤷🏾‍♀️ However, they didn’t know I would call the police to report it. After seeing my car in the light, there were scratches on the passenger rim and side bumper 🤦🏽‍♀️💆🏾‍♀️Roadside and Audi service team was careless and negligent.

.. don’t bother to go there if you want to be treated nicely. Waist of time! I was there with my daughter 12 months old and all of a sudden a sales person starts vaping right next to her inside the office!!!!They don’t bother to communicate properly and trying to juice you out. Ridiculous offer. Only one person cared about me sitting there with my baby crying and waiting after sitting down for a while, they where “show boxing” and crowded in one guys office(finance) they do NOT respect your time! She just got up and let us sit there with any explanation what’s going on. Did not really care about the right information to get approved. We earn good money and my credit is fine! But I had to put down 15k??! REALLYl!!! And trust me we have a little experience with buying cars. Go to Toyota of grapevine, top service.

Beware: Dangerous to rely on this location to service your car (additional $6k in damage). My RS5 was taken to this shop for an alignment after an accident. When I picked up my car I immediately noticed it was pulling hard to the right and the steering was heavy. Not 10 minutes after I picked up my car, the tire came apart on the highway and spilt open the CV boot which poured grease all over the wheel/brakes. It could have ended much worse, but no one seems to care or take any sort of responsibility. There was zero communication that the car wasn’t safe to drive. Anyone that would have driven it a block would have noticed something was wrong. Hopefully someone else doesn’t have to pay the price for their shoddy work.

Tried to undercut my trade by over $4K compared to other dealers. Came back with a closer offer only after I told them that they were way off, but my gut feeling was they were never going to offer me anything in my best interest.Do your homework before going there

If youre looking for a speedy oil change, look elsewhere. I came in on a Saturday morning with an appointment and didnt leave until 2.5 hours later. I received zero updates while I waited and no apologies for the wait. I will be taking my vehicle to another Audi dealership for service from now on.

More than 3.5 hrs for a State Inspection! Wow! That’s got to be a record. If I had taken it to Jiffy Lube, they would have got it done in 15 mins. I got an appointment with Audi of Grapevine on a Saturday morning, so I thought they will complete the Emission check on my Audi Q5 and get it done fast . Not only were they so inefficient and lackluster, they were also arrogant and unapologetic. JulieAnne was the advisor and she took for ever to give any updates. I went and enquired to another representative and he was defending the delay. His response: “The appointment only guarantees that you can get to the tech. It doesn’t mean work will start on the vehicle”. No apology, nothing. With 6-7 luxury car dealerships right next to each other, why would I or anyone consider buying from Audi of Grapevine in the future?

Took forever to be talked to. Wasnt very busy either which I thought was odd. 45 minute wait for 2 minutes of talking to someone who didnt have the answer. Had to wait even longer. Im not god. I dont give second chances.

I have had all of the premium German cars and this by far was the worst service experience. Took them 4 hours to tell me what should have taken 2 minutes. No respect for the customers time. No updates. Terrible

Great service fair price!

Did my usual 20K service for my A4. They quoted me around $317 and had me sign that document on the quote. When I went to pick the car, they tried to upcharge me by around $35 and said it is a shop charge. After much arguing, she took it out, but seriously, comon .... What in the world is an extra shop charge beyond the bigger shop charge of $317.
