New in town and like to support local business but start small to see what theyre about. Took my custom painted rims in to have new tires mounted. GP thought theyd be ready same day, but I said take all the time needed just dont damage them. Dave assured me they could be trusted and that he had a specific tech in mind to do it. They never called me so 2 days later I headed in to pick up the wheels and there were 4 significant chips in the back rim. Not the end of the world but if everybody made 4 chips every tire change, then Id have dozens on there by now. Anyway, they waived the fee and Dave told me hed be contacting a paint shop on my behalf to see what could be done and then hed let me know but I never heard back from them. This is all I needed to know about their level of care before recommending any larger venture with their service dept.

Bought my KTM from here. Everyone is very polite and professional. Buying here was very relaxing and not a stressful experience. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was getting swindled. Everyone I talked to up there was very knowledgeable. Anyone can sale you a bike but knowing what you’re selling is a different thing entirely. Parts and service are very good as well. All around this place is a great place to buy a bike. Have it fixed or serviced.. Honest people, knowledgeable about what they have, and customer friendly…

I drove from Austin to Grapevine to have my motorcycle repaired from a wreck. When I received my bike as you can see the front end was still heavily damaged. It literally rode in a diagonal. Also the bike had broke parts that were paid to be replaced that were not. They also damaged new fairings and tried to return the bike with then damaged. The oil was over full and staff was very rude. Its sad because my life could been easily lost if I had not seen the obvious damageTwo months later and another 2000 dollars in repairs to finish and complete my wreck repairs. This was after grapevine powersports declared my bike 100% repaired and safe to get back out on the road again . If you are in the same situation and value your life at all take your bike somewhere else.In response to your comment that is the truck I rented to pick it up, and the pictures I took at gas station half way home when I realized that parts were not replaced I paid for. I can provide you the receipts from where I had to take it to a suspension specialist because your incompetence could not figure out after multiple requests to check front end since I had a head on collison. Your dealership is the most dishonest I have ever encounter in my 22 years of riding and racingAlso adding pictures of text sent to David you employee

Make sure you ask for Payton! Payton was awesome, and got an unbelievable deal for me. LOVE my brand new 2017 Z900. Ive visited several dealerships in the DFW area, and they are by far the friendliest and will go out of their way to make a deal happen. I wish I could say that about the first dealership I bought my bike from who seemed to be very unwilling to work with me. I also visited another dealer in the DFW area, and they didnt even walk up to me. Was kind of shocked, cash in hand ready to buy a bike (no finance). I did not get that feeling from Grapevine. Your genuine devotion to helping make our community even better shows every week to help our programs. Our great group of volunteer dads, affectionally called the “Cat Daddies” are responsible for not only getting all the football equipment to the field for the coaches, but also before the games, but also for erecting the giant Panther tunnel for the team to run through before the game and at halftime. Its a ton of work…Since Grapevine Powersports has been delivering the mules to us, we see many more happy volunteers as it has cut down set up time by almost half thanks to you all. It’s nice to see them smiling and motivated to come back week over week. Most recently, Grapevine Colleyville Independent School District requested 6-8 mules for another dedicated group. GCISD had the privilege of honoring the Medal of Honor Recipients at Mustang Panther Stadium and the mules were used to parade them around the field for this special honor. It was an incredibly moving ceremony and when GCISD called on you, you were there to help immediately! So kind and so impressive. DO NOT TRUST! Would give 0 stars if I could. Ryan Completely mislead my purchase for a bike, that I thought was an 883 sportster and it was actually a 1200. IT WAS NEVER EVER TOLD TO ME THE BIKE WAS A 1200. I spent a lot of time sitting on different bikes and wanted to be educated about the differences. I sat on & was schooled in everything from a ninja 300 to a 1000 and then the Harley. Of course the 1000 was too big as the salesman Ryan pointed out & said it was a lot of power!..but this beautiful Harley that was sitting there which I asked is that an 883? Which he replied yes! I fell in love and brought cash. $7450 later I discover after it was delivered (late) when I was purchasing insurance that it was a 1200. The thing that upsets me the most is the dishonest misleading salesman that was only concerned of his sale. Obviously not the fact that I specifically stated I can ride but haven’t been on the road in years and I wanted something that I can be comfortable with while I’m getting familiar with everything again. Ryan also knew as I was there with my son that I did not want anything too powerful because I am a widow and want to come home to my kids. I am beyond upset and when I called Ryan to let him know that I found out it was a 1200, he had nothing to say except he was sorry. ?? Really. I would NEVER give my business to these people. My bike is beautiful, however IF I WAS TOLD IT WAS A 1200 I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT IT. Ryan KNEW THIS AND COULD CARE LESS TO POINT IT OUT, BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY HARLEY THERE I WAS INTERESTED IN & HE WOULD HAVE LOST THE SALE. Unbelievable, and pathetic to take advantage of a widowed mother of 4, or anyone for that matter. if they’ll do it to me, there will be another one. BUYER BEWARE.

Apparently, the alternator has to ship from Polaris and it takes 5 or 6 days to come in. Doesnt make a lot of sense since (1) It is a GM product, and (2) There are multiple Dealers in the area. Wouldnt be that big of deal if they hadnt waited 5 or 6 days to order it. I was really hoping for a more (Lets see what we can do to get this fixed) attitude. Buying a bike from here was mostly painless and they gave me a pretty good deal on the bike but do not expect anything out of the service department. Called to schedule my 600 mile inspection and the service manager just told me that they dont do appointments Even when I told him that I dont have anyway to drop off my bike for their first come, first serve service department, he didnt try to help me out. He said, if my guys are wrenching, then they arent making money and complained about how they have had people cancel appointments and show up an hour late and that they cant just have his mechanics sitting there. When you are in the process of buying the bike they walk you back to the service department so you can meet them and of course they say they are going to do whatever to keep you happy blah blah blah. And definitely dont purchase the service package through them when you buy your bike unless you want to drop your bike off and go with whatever is good for them. What happened to the days of the customer being right? Not like I was asking for much. Just a process that every other service department anywhere does. They even have a schedule service page on their website. That obviously doesnt work. Place is a joke. Will be taking my bike up to Freedom Powersports where they easily set me up with an appointment and I will be riding my bike to the shop tomorrow, getting the work done and then riding my bike home.

They damaged the sleeve and now want me to pay $939.50 for the repairs. They claimed it was already damaged that’s a darn lie. If so, why are there red markings on the columns and the rubber cover is missing. If it was which I know it wasn’t why would they touch it. I wish I could post the picture for others to view. Don’t take your Slingshot to this place. They are not skilled to work on Slingshots and will damaged your Slingshot, and lie and say it was like that when you brought it there,. The bikes are not maintained well, and the sales staff is inexperienced to put it mildly. We took a 2016 victory hammer out, but the motor died continuously and they claimed it was a bad vaccum line. The sales rep then tried to take us to the cleaners for 10,500. The bikes hold back price or market value is 6,500 roughly (assuming the bike actually worked). The dealership is asking for 5k profit up front and then they screw you on the financing and increase the rate to make their money on the back end as well. Do not go to this dealership expecting to speak knowledgeably to a staff member.... They will not comprehend anything you say. They will quote you sticker price and add tax title and license onto that. This is bad practice for dealerships as well for used bikes. The price you post should be out the door and most importantly the bikes should work. Do not ask me to trust you that its the vaccum line and proceed to as 5k over market value. Anyone reading this, I would highly advise dfw honda, or American motorcycle trading Co. in Bedford. The staff is much more knowledgeable and they will speak to legitimate points regarding hold back price compared to their current asking price. Avoid this dealership at all cost, they are trying to pay for that new building they moved to by ripping people off.- Cheers all

I have purchased 3 units from Grapevine. a 2017 Polaris Sportsman 450, a 2018 KLX110L, and later a 2019 Kawasaki Brute. ths only reason i purchased even these here is because in 2017 when I was shopping for my rzr they opened a $16,000 line of credit in my name even though i had never stepped into their store. Every time I have to look at my paper work i find more charges they snuck in. $1000 service contract on a $1500 mini bike for instance. When i traded in the Sportsman for the Brute we were told and shown paper work that we were trading in for $2000 credit towards the Brute and then $2000 off of the price on the brute. that definitely didnt happen. and of course walking in I said that we already had the finances in order, they ran my credit TWICE that day to try to raise my limit to include a BS service contract on that as well. And to top things off, my title for my over priced Brute is completely MIA. I will never spend another dime here and will 100% be taking all of my future business to Antlers Motorsports.

Took my slingshot in for service on 9/30 for recall about the seat frame and for the steering wheel being off center after they had performed a recall about a steering bearing previously . It sat for 2 month out side in the weather, they told me it would be in a warehouse during the repair, but was left out side in the sun and rain . When I pick up on 11/12/19 the seats were all worn out due to being outside during the one month wait. Their fix was to only replace the seat bottoms, not seat backs, which were also worn out . Owner told me they cant do anything about it . Left the dealer unhappy with their service, they told me they are not like a car dealer ship . After pick up, found the steering wheel to still be off center. Went back and was told that there is nothing they could do about it even though it was centered before they performed the steering bearing recall .The steering shaft recall was supposed to come with an alignment after repairs . Never received any paper work of repairs that they did .

Ive personally purchased 2 bikes here, and have referred a few others. However, I can no longer do so.So many errors. Gave the wrong bike to my friend. Misrepresented advertisements. Lost my title. Got my title application rejected by the state of Arkansas due to clerical errors. The owner trying to save face below just comes across completely tone deaf to me. Focusing on one issue out of many is short sighted. Especially when ensuring I receive my title is part of the $150 I pay you in document service fees. As a dealership thats your job. To deal vehicles. A big part of that is title work. Something the State authorizes you to manage. And in my opinion, something they shouldnt let you do.The State of Arkansas caught another error and rejected my title application. The bill of sale indicates an amount to pay/finance...Thankfully there didnt seem to be ill intent behind the error, but it was an error that resulted in frustration and lost time on my part.Additionally, because of the lengthy amount of time it took to get the title, my application for registering the vehicle at the DMV required I pay a late fee. Luckily the clerk was feeling generous that day and allowed me to explain the problems I was facing.I’ve edited this review due to recent developments with a friend of mine. A clerical error had him walk out the door paying for a motorcycle with ABS, when it did not in fact have ABS. ABS is a life saving feature. Im incredibly glad the mistake was discovered before he actually needed it.While they have made things right on both accounts, I won’t shop here anymore. A clerical error is forgivable, once. Things happen. But twice? And both times in the sum of $1,000 or more? In my case the paperwork claimed I still owed $5,500 on a bike I paid them in cash! The $200-400 I have saved on their prices just isn’t worth the hassle of dealing with them.My advice? Avoid this place. Ask yourself if $200 is worth months of hassle when you could be out enjoying your ride.

Staff are always ready to Ans Qs and be helpful. Its pretty normal to have sales people descend when entering any auto showroom, the important consideration is how good the after sales service is; I cannot comment yet 😎

First of all I want everyone to take note that the NEGATIVE reviews about this store that are still on Google reviews are all during the previous ownership and in no way reflects on the new and MUCH IMPROVED Grapevine Kawasaki and its new staff.Since this place has turned over to new ownership it has become one if not the BEST motorcycle dealership/service center I have ever visited and done business with. The owner will personally want to thank you for stopping by and will always shake your hand with a smile. The main reason I would have to rate this dealer a 5 star, and wish I could rate it higher, is because of Mark and all the guys in service. I mean the sales staff are all extremely nice and have an good spirited personality with a lot of knowledge but Mark and his service staff are phenomenal. I took my bike in with major damages and having insurance pay to replace everything including the frame. Mark told me his top guy will be gone on vacation by the time the parts get in and would be a month for me to get it back. It was my fault for making him wait too long before I knew what color and parts I wanted on it but the point is that I was willing to wait a longer time to get my bike back because of the quality and customer service he provides. I could of taken it to a couple other places and had it back already but Id rather wait for it to be done with 100% satisfaction and quality that Grapevine Kawasaki and Mark provide. Ill never take my bike to anyone else for now on. Thank you Mark and the whole crew at Grapevine Kawasaki for taking this dealership over and turning a -5 star dealership/service shop into a +5 star place to get all my parts, service, gear, and eventually more fast toys!!!!

Nice new facility, and a bit easier to get to, at least for me. Lots of helpful staff. Full lines of ATVs, sport bikes, dirt bikes, adventure, and Enduro. Also have Stihl yard equipment. I liked the new digs.

I just moved to Dallas from Virginia because I was discharged from the navy. I was out on a ride on my Suzuki boulevard and had a tire blow. I called probably 5-6 places and someone recommended this store. Everywhere I called wanted at least 85$ to bring it into the shop. I was stranded an hour from home. And it would be more than an hour wait. When I called them I got Shawn on the phone and he told me he could come get me free of charge and within 15-20 minutes the owner Aaron showed up with a trailer and got me to the shop very quickly. Immediately mark had my bike in the shop and started working on it. They were extremely friendly and Aaron (the owner) told me that they do pickups not because of the business but because they want to help people who are stranded. Everyone was super friendly and I will never go anywhere else to get work done on my bike. I am so thankful for them and recomend that anyone who needs work done come to them. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars. And the prices are very low. Bravo Zulu

Professional grade service. I picked up a replacement battery for my bike from here and the guys were knowledgeable and supportive. I also received quick service on having my bike inspected. Give them a shout for your two wheel (and four) needs.

I would not only NOT recommend this place to anyone, but I also warn anyone from considering going, NOT TO! The owner is just as clueless as the employee . And heaven forbid they know how to do anything more than try and sell you a bunch of things you dont want or need.

My husband and I have been customers of Grapevine Kawasaki for nearly 4 years and have always received the best service. Bonnie and Dennis are like family to us. My husband hadnt ridden a motorcycle in 20 years - until Dennis encouraged him to give it a try. Mind you, my husband loves his toys, and Dennis gave us a great deal on a 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan 900. We maintained the bike and eventually sold it back and got a 2011 Kawaski Vulcan 900. They have always been honest and upfront about everything needed to maintain both motorcycles. My husband now has a 2011 Kawasaki Vulcan Vaquero 1700. He hasnt enjoyed life as much as being on his motorcycle. Whenever weve needed anything - from parts, to service, to advice about a sound we might have heard, or a new helmet or gloves - the entire team at Grapevine Kawasaki has always been there to help us and give us the best dealer and information they can. Their knowledge, expertise and helpfulness keeps us coming back. We dont buy or do anything at any other motorcycle shop or dealer except Grapevine Kawasaki. They are one of the few business who are there for their customers not the money. They stay late and come in early if needed to make sure their customers are taken care of. If you ever need a motorcycle, service for your motorcycle or just a pair of goggles, go to Grapevine Kawasaki - theyll treat you right - with class!Karen F

I really loved the way Payton as the salesperson handled everything for me. Also Dustin at the finance desk was also very helpful . Overall, great experience buying my new Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic Touring model from this dealership. Will certainly recommend them over Kawasaki city in Irving where Adrian was not up tot the mark in the way he was talking to me . Almost felt that Adrian at Kawasaki city was doing a great favor selling me the bike. But these guys at Grapevine Payton, Dustin are sweet guys!

Great service! These guys are very trustworthy and will take care of you. A great experience every time I stop by. I love their Bike Nights too! They actually have games, prizes and giveaways at the Bike Nights. Unlike other Bike Nights in the area. My favorite is the slow bike race :) This is a place I definitely recommend for riders!
