Ive always had an excellent experience here. Ive bought tires for both of my vehicles, had a tire fixed and had service work done and every time, the service is excellent. The communication about my options is always clear and easy to understand and I never feel like Im being pressured into any additional services. Everyone who works at Blagg has always seemed very happy and upbeat as well. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for any services that they need.

I wish I could give these guys 6 stars!!! My family and I were on vacation at great wolf lodge and left to eat lunch when we were completely locked of our vehicle due to all of the electronic functions shutting down on our vehicle!!! We were stuck in the middle of a parking lot, far away from home with a 5 and 3 year old in the middle of a day in near 100 degree heat...After several phone calls to different places and trying to figure out what to do, the restaurant we ate at (sauces) help us get in touch with these people.A man named Levi Teel showed up and after a tedious process of trying to get into our vehicle and some sweat, we got in popped the hood, and whoever worked on our car last had not properly tightened the battery in place.He got us going, tightened the battery properly, and would not let me compensate him.These people are great people, and a great business!! In a profession where it is hard to trust people unless you know them!! I can Guarantee that these people have your best interest in mind!! He only asked that I pay it forward, and I most certainly will... He doesnt realize that he saved what was going to be a nightmare for my family and possibly cut our vacation short . Wow!! where to begin! Made a call to Blagg and spoke with Curtis. Not only did he and all the men working at the front were awesome but great customer service. I was really scared but Curtis made me feel like family. Not only did he bring me home but also was able to pick me up when my car was ready. I will continue to take my car to Blagg in Grapevine when its time for service. My car is back in service running great. I am a happy customer. :) Thank you all at Blagg in Grapevine!! Why I had to come to these guys sucks - but they took great care of me and seem to be very professional, fast, friendly, and at least reasonably priced. Would describe them as not cheap but a great value nonetheless.

Went in to fix a flat tire, got it fixed for $25, but it took about 45 min to get done. They took 2 customers car problems after they arrived after us and also i dont know if it was the manager or supervisor. But he was complaining about we taking his spot but theyre wasnt no sign for management only. Overall front office was was good but took too long to fix a tire and also didnt like getting pushed back or the comments made about where we parked.

I drive a 2014 F-250 Super Duty, Supercrew, long bed pickup. Ive learned over the past couple of weeks that not just any shop can do a front end alignment on this big of vehicle. I took it to a general service shop a couple of weeks ago (after calling ahead), only to be told that it wouldnt fit on their machine.I had some time today, so I called Blagg in Keller and they recommended me to the Grapevine location, which can accommodate my truck. I spoke to Rusty. He was very nice and knowledgeable (most other shops I called had to ask around to see if they could handle my truck). He told me Give me a couple of hours and well get you fixed up. I headed right over. Everyone there was very nice, and their location is awesome because I walked down the street for lunch and had plenty of options to entertain myself while it was in the shop.They did a great job. No surprises, and at a fair price. Ill definitely be using them again!

Good place when you buy tires, bad place to have your flat fixed. Dropped off my tire, told 30 minutes, came back 2 hours later and now Im off to Discount tire. 🤦‍♂️ Just tell people when you dont have the time to fix it, completely understand being busy.

Came here because they are affiliated with good year which is what our vehicle has and were advised to go there for the warranty. They would be replaced under warranty unless it’s a nail in the tire. After having found a nail in the tire a week later the tire light came on again. Turns out it was the same tire and again had a nail in it. 2 weeks later the lights back on and it’s again the same tire and has a nail in it. Next week, you guessed it, the tire light game on and it was the same tire with yet another nail in it. We don’t live in a construction area and our second vehicle has never had a nail in it. So in three months only one of two vehicles supposedly got a nail in a tire 4 times and every time it’s the same tire. Yeah seems plausible. Clearly there is an actual leak in the tire that they don’t want to replace.

I have always had great experiences at Blagg Tire. They are quick, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. After having a bad experience at a chain tire company I went to Blagg and have been very pleased. I completely trust their analysis and love using a local company that is committed to supporting downtown Grapevine. At my last two visits they have fixed tires for me for under $20 when they likely could have recommended replacements.

Blagg has been a great place for me to have my cars fixed. They are always good at communicating both before they take my vehicle and when its ready to be picked up. They are honest and charge fair prices. They usually have a quick turnaround when they arent swamped and even then they try and get my car back to me ASAP. They have coupons sometimes which is great and they are good about letting me know about manufacturers rebates on tires. When Ive had multiple things that need fixing and Im tight on funds theyve given good reccos on whats needed to keep me safe and stick to my budget. 5 Stars to the gang at Blagg.

Do not by big truck tires from Blagg.Bought a set of 35 x 20 x 12.50 from them. After 3 time of trying to balance these tires they finally stated they couldnt balance them because of the size.They then proceed to send me to another company for the balance.After several days of them trying, it was determined I had a bent rim.Although when I took it to them it didnt.I have used Blagg in the past for other things and they did a good job.I just will never will use them again due to the tire incident!

I was referred to this shop when my car suddenly started giving me issues. As a single female, I deeply fear being taken advantage of by businesses like this. I am incredibly pleased to report that Jenny instilled a sense of comfort and honesty up front. I walked in the door with some intense anxiety. She listened to my situation and quickly moved to take action on the diagnosis. I left my car in their experienced hands, and before I could even get back to work I got the call that my car would be done before the end of business on the same day! Not only was service super efficient, Jenny and her team worked even harder to make sure the rate wasnt astronomical. For this, I am incredibly thankful.

Im a travel nurse tbat woke up to a flat tire so I just googled tire repair near me. Kendall answered at Blagg and I explained my situation being I did not have the ability to leave the hospital and it was my only day off. After a brief hold, I was invited to bring my car in as long as I was willing to wait. The tire needed to be replaced but needed to be ordered. The staff here were informed, accommodative AND all wearing masks which, to me, showed their community support. I know by the amount of people coming and going it was a busy Monday before a Holiday and for the team to accommodate me was above and beyond. I just learned that everything is bigger in Texas including the heart of the people at Blagg.

2 tires mounted and balanced when other shops wouldn’t due to corporate restrictions. Personable, greeted me at my vehicle, and took vehicle right away with like 10 bays. This was my third visit and strongly recommend to others. Nissan Titan this visit. I think price was $10 less than what I paid in Montgomery for the rears.

Recently purchased 4 tires plus alignment for my BMW.The team and Blagg helped me to make my selection and did not try and over sell me. The process was great and tires were installed 24 hrs later since I picked something that was not in stock.Car drives like new. Thanks Blagg.

Came to pick up a part from Toyota Grapevine. These guys put it in for me and went above and beyond. They are so kind and care about their customers. I was able to walk around downtown Grapevine and get a sandwich from across the street while they fixed my car. How amazing is it to find a business that actually exceeds your expectations when the norm is to be disappointed? I ordered 4 tires on the phone, which they immediately ordered and installed upon arrival. They finished installation 30 minutes ahead of schedule. The manufacturer was offering a rebate on the tires. When I arrived at the shop, they had submitted the rebate on my behalf and even printed my confirmation. They probably thought I had a strange disorder as my jaw dropped open, and I stared at them for a while. Who does that these days?Success is determined by the people, and everyone that works there is happy. The staff is friendly, helpful and honest. I truly appreciate this business and will share my experience with all my friends and family (and strangers too).

I recently took one of my tires to have a repair since I noticed it was low and had a nail in it. They were going to fix it on the spot for me so I waited only a few minutes when they came out and showed me that the tire was cut and had a chunk missing. They recommend a new tire under the warranty plan and had it ready the next day . I want to take time to say thanks again.

Needed to have my O2 sensors and plugs replaced on my truck. Spoke with Cameron on Friday afternoon and dropped my truck off Monday morning. Had it back early Monday afternoon. After arriving back to Dallas from a vacation, my check engine light came on. Not being from Dallas, I was very worried I would not be able to get home, and luckily Blagg was located nearby to my cars location. I informed the gentlemen working there that I was not from the area, and that it would be great if they were able able to fix the problem as quickly as possible.The team at Blagg fixed the issue in a few hours, and even took the time to fix the air conditioning and change the oil which were other services I needed. Everything was reasonably priced, and the team there could not have been a nicer set of people. If my car ever breaks down again in Dallas, I know where Ill be going!

Waking up to a flat tire is never any fun, and my spare was already on from a different flat. I called and talked to Kendall who was very friendly and helped me out. When I got in there (same day - on a Saturday, even) we were immediately greeted and I had my three year old with me, she was given crayons to entertain her and everyone was super friendly. The tire change was quick and price was great. Will definitely be back for future car services.

I always know I’m getting the best work at a great price when I bring my Escape in for repairs. They are always so kind and patient in explaining what repairs I need now and what I can budget to do later.

Blagg Tire is an excellent repair facility. They exemplify great customer service and you can see their eagerness to help their customers. I was down the street with a flat and called them to see if they could help with my flat tire. Gentleman said they couldn’t, because “short staff.” When I arrived with my tire they had three staff hanging around. We Had tire assessed and they said it could not be fixed. They tried to sell a tired at a high price. We went for a second opinion and it was fixed for $10. Would not recommend this place.

I have been taking my vehicles to Blagg for many years now, even while living out of state, because I have complete trust in their integrity and abilities. From Fernando diagnosing and repairing an issue that had baffled dealerships and other facilities to my most recent repair, I have always been impressed by their friendly, personable, quality, and trustworthy service.

Blagg changed 4 tires on our SUV. They gave us an excellent price vs. the competition. Also, prior to this Jenn went out of her way to help us with a mirror issue with the same SUV. They were helpful and we will be visiting them again. The mechanic named Price was very sweet, especially when we brought our puppy to the shop. Its nice to find an honest company to work with and one who treats their customers with respect.Update: I recently took two cars to Jenn to have check ups on them. I was very impressed because she said one car was in good shape and didn’t need anything at all. The other just needed an oil change and tire rotation, the price of which was extremely reasonable. It was very nice to deal with a fair and honest mechanic.It’s a company you can trust.

Blagg Goodyear is one of the few shops that I use consistently.I have an eclectic mix of vehicles, and they always take the time to maintain them properly. They are always professional and anything out the ordinary they take time to explain what needs to be done to make it right, and charge a fair price for their time and parts.If you need anything done to your vehicle, this is the place to trust. I dont generally write reviews, but I have been dealing with them for more than a decade, and they have fixed everything that I have brought to them, and it stays reliable.
