This place tried to rip me off. Went in and asked for new front brakes. (Rear changed recently) Came back after over an hour to them telling me I need new rotors and my brakes were fine but needed to be changed cause of the rotors. Estimate was for $1,400+. I walked out without doing the repairs they suggested. Took my truck to the dealer, who put in the front brake pads I needed. Rotors were good. Only paid $268.

Can you say, Free Air!?My tired old tires leak into the common atmosphere and Draculas paws always fixes me up with just the correct amount of pressure in my extremely expensive BMW tires. All four of them. way to go, Dracula! I hope you work here forever and give away free air to all who are in need.

The customer service and car services at this NTB were great. Daniella was very helpful and pleasant. The service man answered our questions and showed us the tire’s problems when we asked. We will be back to this location again.

This NTB location did a great job replacing my tire on the spot. The labor was done very quickly. The lady (Daniella) working at the front desk was very nice and acknowledged me and told me she would be right with me. I will come certainly to this NTB again.

NTB over tightened wheel locks on my car, and then they used a impact wrench to remove the wheel locks, stripping the wheel lock. Manager said they take no responsibility for this. End result had to spend $400 at Sewell to have them removed. Be aware they take no responsibility for their work. Never going there again!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. They charged me $48 to patch my tire and made me wait over an hour even though there was nobody else in there. They tried to charge a lady $68 to put her spare tire on her car. This place is dirty and the employees are all unfriendly and the bottom of the barrel. Go to Discount Tire!! They do not charge anything to patch a tire and are done in 20 minutes tops.

Last night, my car happened to die right by the NTB store. I went in and even though they had been closed for more than ten minutes, they still checked my battery, jumped my car, and offered to store my car in their garage overnight. The next day, they promptly called me and let me know that I needed a new alternator and battery. They fixed this within a few hours, for a reasonable price. In particular, Danielle (front desk) and Tiernan (mechanic) went completely out of their way to help me. Tiernan even waited in his vehicle until my husband arrived just to make sure that I was safe. SERIOUSLY!!!! Chivalry is NOT dead.Yall are awesome. I especially appreciated that gesture from Tiernan. Thanks guys!

This is the most dysfunctional place ever to get tires. Those people lie to you and tell you one thing and one price then you make it there its another one. They need the managers and owner to step in and change that place, youre going to continue to lose business, cause you lost mine.

Im from out of town I lost my lug nut keys to my tires and Juan Sanchez Jr did everything in his power to get us up running and safely back on the road quick service as well I walked into this place so upset and left with a happy heart and safely

Came in to get tires mounted. Desk guy couldnt even be bothered to acknowledge my presence. Didnt look up from his computer once and was vague, rude, and quoted an hour and a half to mount 2 tires when they had no vehicles being worked on.

Juan was great! He was able to accommodate my service inspite of me not having a scheduled appointment and got me out of there very quickly. It was really appreciated. I have been a long term customer and it is because of people like him.

Called ahead of time to make sure they werent busy and said they were not busy one bit, I then I got a quote for 4 new tires, I asked what the cheapest were and was told 84/tire. I get to the store, no customers there. I then asked if they had the same brand as my wife had put on before and he sighed and looked it up on the computer and begrudgingly said yeah we have those so I asked for 4 of them, he then took 5 minutes or so to pull up an invoice, the invoice had a 153 dollar tire protection on there and equaled the same invoice as the 84 dollar tires. I asked why they didnt have the tire protection plan on the more expensive tires to which he replied I dont know, someone else mustve given that quote I asked him to take it off as we will only have this car for 6 months or so. Also, discount tire patches tires for free regardless of where you buy them. He seemed annoyed that I didnt want expensive tires on an old car. Then proceeded to take about 30-40 minutes before ever even pulling my car into an empty bay. Overpriced, poorly ran facility that will never get our business again. Also, tried to get an inspection and his inspection guy wasnt in today. 3 managers were though, none of them can do inspections? This place is a joke. P.S. didnt give me any deals they have online, or any rebate options. Just terrible business, Ill always go back to discount tire. Great customer service and looks out for the customers well being and wallet. Total time for four new tires in an empty bay 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Yes they replaced my belt and battery but tried to tell me my air filter was very dirty n needed to be replaced trying to add 100 bucks on i js took it to kwik and the guy said its clean and nothing wrong. These ppl are rip offs they will try anything for extra money

I usually don’t like to visit don’t like yo visit chain stores because I always end up feeling like just another customer. Not this time. Juan took the time to explain the differences in tires and helped me pick the right ones for my wife’s sienna. He also showed me a couple of items that needed to be taken care of right away ( my disgusting cabin filter) and a couple of other thing that could wait. Juan has just gained himself a loyal customer!

No no no, don’t do it, don’t go here. I went here to get four tires mounted and balanced, these bums couldn’t even balance my rear tires so now I have to have them rebalanced by someone who is actually a legitimate merchant.Also, it took the service tech over two hours to install four tires and balance two of them, there were no other customers in the shop or cars in the bay.Find someone local, please save yourself the time, the money and the frustration. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, there are others shops in the area, don’t go here. You will regret it.

Got 4 new tires shipped from Tire rack for Installation at this facility. They finished up the job in an hour and delivered the vehicle. When i pulled out of the shop I noticed some bad vibration and sounds coming from the right rear end. I turned back and came back to the shop and informed them of this issue. Just out of curiosity I checked the bolts on my right rear tire and I found 3 nuts were loose. When the technician drove the car back into the garage I could see the wheel badly wobbling as though it was about to come off. They tightened the bolts and the issue got resolved.I am just shocked at the fact that they would install new tires and deliver the vehicle without tightening the bolts. I feel I was lucky that I did not end up in a accident due to this negligence. I would not consider returning back to NTB for any other future repairs.

Absolutely love this location! The staff is so friendly and informative & have been the only ones to work on my car since I purchased it a few years ago. Which is saying a lot considering I live in San Antonio! Sajmira especially is such a ray of light and makes the process so much more enjoyable! I came to NTB because my tire was flat and I knew I had a nail in it somewhere. An office worker took my concerns into consideration and went outside to check my tire, came back within 5 minutes and already had a diagnosis. Nail in my passenger side wheel, okay great. He said it isnt patchable because the tire was already balding, understandable. But he was quick to offer me their cheapest tire which was $154. He failed to offer me a different solution, but I had to bring up that there was a spare tire they could put on.Once this was said it took them almost TWO HOURS to put my spare tire, that I already had, on my car. This could all easily be done within 30 minutes anywhere else.ALSO, a mechanic came out to me and told me he could not find my tire lock, I had to go inside the shop WITHOUT PROPER EYE CARE and find it myself. When I went to my car my trunk was ransacked without my permission, all they had to do was ask me for it! When I check out, they also failed to let me know that they did a battery check & an alignment check, something that was not asked for, although I appreciate free service.Through this process I was not made aware that this process would take more than 20 minutes. The worst part is that there was only one other fellow getting his car worked on when I pulled up. So I couldnt even give them the benefit of the doubt that it was busy. This experience was definitely not what I expected from NTB.I couldve gave them NO STARS but again, I appreciate a little free service even if it wasnt asked for.

Had an issue with one of my tires. Tre was courteous and prompt. Unfortunately, my tire was not fixable. So, I had to replace it. Tre got me a great deal on two front tires and showed me that my alignment was out, causing further wear to those tires. Altogether, my experience was easy and not too stressful. Will be bringing my business back to this NTB!

They did a good job, but I dont understand why they have to adjust my seat like if a 3-ft tall person was driving it. All they did was pull it in and out of a bay to change the oil.

I am not one to leave negative reviews, especially with so little interaction with a business, but I feel compelled to in this case. I recently bought a truck from a previous owner that kept detailed records. He purchased the trucks tires from an NTB, and the tires had both the hazard warranty and flat repair paid for, and are also well within manufacturer warranty still. He gave me the paperwork with proof of purchase and all info. Shortly after purchasing the truck, I wound up with two nails in one of the tires. I called this NTB to ask if they could honor the hazard and perhaps patch the nail holes for me if at all possible. I was told by the person on the phone to call back the next day and ask a manager, as they didnt know. Okay... no problem. I call the next day, ask the same question, and was pretty rudely told No. Warranty only covers the owner, not the tires. Okay I said.. I understand. In this case its only two small nails, what would this cost and could you still patch them for me? It would cost about 40 bucks per hole. And no, we cant patch two holes in the same tire anyway. ...40 bucks to patch? Cant do two holes? Not even willing to take a look at the damage and ask me to come in, much less offer to patch them for free given I have all the paperwork showing they were bought at NTB? This kind of customer service left a terrible taste in my mouth. I have been a life-long Discount Tire customer, but was willing to switch to NTB and give them a shot to win me over. The customer service at this location did the exact opposite. So, I call Discount... Sure, bring it on in and well do whatever we can for you says the guy on the phone. I bring it in, they are looking at the tire with me within 2 minutes of arrival, they offer to pull the nails right there on the spot and see if theyre causing a leak, they confirm they can patch two nails no problem as long as theyre far enough apart, and even offer to do it for FREE even though the tires were bought at NTB. THAT is customer service. THAT is how you treat people, and increase your bottom line. THAT is why NTB lost the chance to turn a customer today, and why Im leaving this review. I believe poor customer service, even if brief and over-the-phone, deserves to be shared. And I hope sharing the polar-opposite excellent customer service I received from a competitor helps put things in perspective. Cant honor the warranty transfer? Fine. At least be kind. Cant patch two nails close together? Fine. At least offer to see them and make a decision. 40 bucks to patch a tire? Fine. Maybe offer even a slight deal when you know the tires were bought from you in the first place and will take 10 minutes of your time to repair. Cant do any of that? FIne. I will continue to go to the guys down the road who will do all of it, and do it quickly, kindly and humbly. And based on my personal experience, Id suggest that anyone reading this do the same.

I had several issues with NTB.1) told them there was a leak coming from car and they dismissed what I said and told m everything looked fine. Two other mechanics saw the issue quickly2) They never reset my oil gauge on my cars PC... This is just lazyGo somewhere where they care and know what they are doing. I am done with NTB.Firestone was much more attentive and professional.UpdateThe new mechanic I have said that NTB did not even rotate my tires which I paid for.PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. Went to another shop and got a list of items that needed to be done, over $2500 worth of work.. I felt a bit sketched out they said it needed to be done ASAP.. so I knew I needed tires and I was hoping for a second opinion. So I went to this NTB to quote out the tires which ended up being waaay cheaper than what I was finding locally. Not only that Juan and his team went over the car with a fine tooth comb and throughly explained everything in detail, showed me the issues, and they setup a “treatment” plan for my car. so I could get the most important safety related things fixed and still not go broke. Juan and his team saved my day and because of them I’m driving a safe reliable car. Thanks NTB!

I went to NTB with an old car and unusual tires. While they couldnt replace my tires as they were not in stock, they did me a solid and balanced my tires. I appreciated their willingness to help me out as I had a trip from DFW to Houston the next day and other stores refused to work on my car.

Just had my Honda Serviced today. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. These guys are nice and very helpful. I will be a repeat customer you should be as well.

Not sure where all the good guys went that is mentioned before this, but this place is a joke. They are yes man company until you are face to face with them. I called to check to see if they fixed tires. I was told yes and even took my name and number down for a quick service. I was told that it will take 45 minutes to 1 hour to get to me. I said qreat I will go get something to eat and return. Only when I return the staff acted like we never talked. Gave the some information and was told again it will take another 45 minutes tp hour. I was traveling through this town and didnt have time for this place. You want my opinion go see the guys at family tire services. They took me in even at closing time. The worst customer service experience ever, rude clerk at the counter (SAJMIRA PERONA) even worst treatment from the store manager (JUAN SANCHEZ ) .Decided to visit the store for a rotation and balance on my vehicle and took them 2 hours and 45 minutes with an empty shop . Damage my passenger side seat .After I pointed to the clerk SAJMIRA what she did she claimed she didn’t do it but the rubber lift points were set by her on the passenger seat after I asked her to please set them in the truck where the bag was .They just walked away and said to go somewhere else .I have never had such a horrible experience from a tire shop .I hope nobody goes thru this almost 3 hours lost, disrespected by the manager JUAN SANCHEZ and walked away with a damage/stained seat .DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACELUIS UNAMUNO
