GREAT experience! Wow, I didn’t expect this service to turn out so incredible! In the past I’ve used private auto body service companies because I didn’t trust larger businesses. That’s not the case with this location of Service King. The people were so nice, so down to earth so helpful - on time - very professional! Danny who explained everything to me - when I picked my car up was amazing he acted like it was his own vehicle he went into every detail of the repair and how to care for the new body work. Any questions I had he answered them fully it’s just amazing!!! I thought it was too good to be true. But it’s not! Needless to say, I highly recommend them!

Repairs were made to my vehicle back in December. When I picked up my vehicle, I was assured that the repairs were covered by warranty. I later learned I received a defective part, that no longer snaps secure where it’s supposed to. I’ve made several phone calls and a visit to this location to get the issue resolved to no avail. Not sure what else to do at this point. Warranty who?

I recently stopped in after bending my pickups front bumper into the tire while on vacation. We were 700 miles from home. Amber put us in touch with Matt and he took it straight into the shop. 10 minutes later we were on our way. They wouldn’t take a dime. I can’t thank them enough and it’s refreshing to see there are genuinely nice people in the world!

These guys are amazing. Delivered the car in record speed time. I was in constant touch with them through phone and email. They responded promptly to all my queries and concerns. Every step of the way Service King was very communicative with me. I received text message updates and could call them any time with questions. Their work was very detailed and I feel comfortable it was done correctly. The process was as about as easy as it can get when turning in your vehicle to have repairs done. Booked appointment 9/22 for 9/27 @ 9am for collision repair. Confirmed and ready. I get a call on my way to Service King at 8:54am, 6 minutes prior to the scheduled repair, with them cancelling my appointment and then dumping me into a phone tree for Service King to reschedule it (at a much later date) elsewhere.

After being the target of a driver who wasn’t paying attention, my passenger side was trashed. Service king did a great job of putting Humpty Dumpty back together again in the right amount of time that they told me and I’m very pleased with the results. It was easy to work with them from a service standpoint and also because they were partnered with my insurance company, so that just made it simple. I would definitely recommend working with this collision shop. I hope I don’t have to again, but if I find myself in a situation I would definitely go back.

Service King in Grapevine did an excellent job on my Ford F-150 after I was side swiped on the highway by an uninsured motorist. They completed my truck in a timely manner and were easy to work with. My car was in an accident in September, it took a month to repair. And it is now March 2020, and I am hearing excuses why the corrections have not been made. The insurance paid over $11k for the repairs. This is poor customer service, I am very disappointed . They were so highly recommend by the insurance company.

Ive heard good things about Service King in the past and this was my first experience working with them. My service advisor Ricky Huey paid great detail to my service needs and was very professional. I was notified in a timely manner and was always invited to come check on the progress in person. Ricky paid great attention to the quality of the return of my vehicle. Needless to say they returned it in better shape than before I had the accident. Bottom line is I would recommend the Grapevine Service King to everyone because of the quality of their work and the exceptional customer service.

So far I am still working to complete the repairs done thru this Service King location. The manager is assisting this process from now on. I am hopeful about the completion of this repair!The repair was completed in April 2020 as I worked with the Nation Wide Insurance group to get all the vehicle injuries documented and Service Kings manager Micheal had his facility repair my vehicle properly to his knowledge. 0 stars. If it were possible for me to give them negative stars, I would. I went to them because it was the recommended place on my insurance. They took two months to fix my car the first time. However, they did not fix it at all. I had to bring it back 10 more times. This is documented by my insurance. The whole process ended up taking around 4 months to which I finally brought my car somewhere else that fixed it perfectly in two days. It turns out that Service King Grapevine put damaged parts in my car, and parts that did not even belong in my car. It was a truly awful experience dealing with Service King Grapevine. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT IT FIXED.

I was forced to take my car there by the grapevine pd. It wasnt my choice. Thankfully my insurance company took my car to the right place for repair. But in any regard. I dont like being strong armed to a business and will never give my business to a company that basically uses the cops to hijack a repair from another company.

John from Service King helped answer questions when we didnt know our options between ours and the other insurance company. He helped out with the process questions and steps we needed to take. Above and beyond his role as the car repair guy. The next day Clay from Geico was fantastic at explaining the issues concerning the police report after the hit & run we experienced. And Will from Enterprise was great in helping us out of a few difficult days. Did I forget to mention the repair to front end was perfect? Thanks John. After nearly 3 weeks, my car is still in the shop for a very small amount of damage to the side panel. Every few days they extend my projected date further and further, this time for over a week and a half while my vehicle is in paint.This is a common thread among most of the people reviewing, but BEWARE even if you are taking your car in because another driver hit you. I am currently in a rental that is being paid for, however I still have to pay for the insurance on the vehicle each day. Im now at a point that Im going to be paying more in insurance for this vehicle than I would for 2 MONTHS of insurance for my regular one (which of course I cant even drive).

I was in an accident and was quickly able to get an inspection and estimate through Geico and Service King. I was nervous about the whole process as this was my 1st accident but they were very friendly and handled everything for me, which was a relief. With an Enterprise rental car in the same complex, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They repaired my car on time and throughout the process provided updates via on the status of the repair. Upon pick-up my car was in great shape and was as good as new. They replaced my hood and after the repair, my wind shield wiper fluid was not working so I brought it in and they fixed it right away, free of charge. In general, this Service King will treat you like a king, make the process easy and simple, and most importantly, they do a great job.

THIS IS A CHOP SHOP do not bring your vehicle here unless you never want it back again!I brought my Car here for an estimate and they broke several pieces causing exponentially more damage then there was when I brought it in. I am sick to my stomach I ever head to deal with this place and wish I could give less then one star.On top of poor quality mechanics the customer service from Amanda was rude and unreceptive she said “we’re not in the business of fixing broken cars.” When I drove it there with nothing but a scratch down the side. And came back to a list of broken parts that operated perfectly fine before I came to Service King.this is a terrible location and company and has put me through a lot of undue stress as well as cost me way more money than it should have never been more dissatisfied.

Amazing. Service King was booked crazy due to hail but since I was willing to drive to a farther location they got me in and got me out as quickly as possible. Always stayed in contact via text (per my request) on updates of car status etc. Go to Service King in Irving. They are all nice, but I personally worked with Terry who is just awesome.

Dont waste your time with Service King. My vehicle went through two Service King Quality Control inspections at this site and I still found multiple deficiencies. Their work is sloppy and their customer service is poor.Actual responses from the Assistant Manager after I pointed out some deficiencies.-About the trash in the paint on the hood, Im sure I can walk over to the dealer and find more trash in the paint of their cars-After I pointed out the root cause of a loose panel, Just take it to the dealer and if its a fancy screw we will pay for it-About scratches on the vehicle Its just cosmetic-Took the car to the dealer and found that Service King had installed a part incorrectly, Theres no way you can install that part incorrectlyTheir guarantee on service is a laughable. The last time I dealt with them, I called on a Monday and left a message with the receptionist (since the manager and assistant manager were at lunch) and asked her to pass it on as urgent and to call me immediately as soon as they got the message to schedule an appointment and let them know what was going on. After 5 business days of waiting, I ended up taking my vehicle to the dealer. A week later the Assistant Manager calls me with excuses as to why my call wasnt returned. I wasnt in last week is not a valid excuse. The manager could have easily picked up the phone and called me. This experience goes to show that Service King does not take their customers business seriously.I gave Service King a second chance to fix my vehicle and do things correctly, after the 1st shop messed up. Based on my experiences with both shops, I can say without a doubt that Service King is full of excuses and is not a company you want to take your business to.Save yourself a huge headache and a lot of frustration and take your vehicle elsewhere. Youll end up paying more in time if you take your vehicle to Service King. I began dealing with Service King in March, it is now October and there are still deficiencies with my vehicle.

Think twice before selecting this location. I have multiple confirmations in writing from them that my car was to be ready for pickup yesterday by 5pm. Two of them are from yesterday. When no one called me, I called them and was assured that at the latest, it would be today. No one called me, so at 5:15 (they claim they are open until 6), I call and ask to speak to someone who could tell me when it will be ready. The young man who answered the phone 1) said that ALL 3 managers had already left for the day and are unreachable, 2) there is “no one in charge, they all just do their own thing,” and told me that there was no one there who could give me any information about the status, and 3) he refused to tell me the names of his managers, saying first that he “didn’t know how to spell them”, also insisting that “it doesn’t say their names anywhere on the premises”, and that “I should just go look it up online.” Which I will now, along with filing a few complaints about their customer service. How ironic given the business name.

Worst experience EVER I got into an accident on April 19 and they still have me car. The first guy who had my case didnt order the parts needed for almost a MONTH!!! Now every time I call I get one story or told that it would be ready within a day or two and then I get told they are still waiting on parts. Well now it wont align because the techs didnt put my car back together correctly and instead of rushing it to get it done its just sitting in their lot. I will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone.

Had some issues with two repairs done by Service King in Grapevine. In the recent one they did not do two things that cost me over $200 out of pocket a year later.Here is what they did not do properly: (a) My brand new SUV was rear ended and they did not check alignment after repair. Eventually the tires got badly worn and I took it to have alignment checked. All wheels were out of alignment. Cost me $90 plus I will have to replace one tire earlier (say extra $80 expense). (b) They did not install a part of the bumper trim correctly. It is supposed to be held by two push pins, but they just clicked it in. Eventually the part fell off and I had to buy a replacement one for $50. The push pins were still in the bumper. Someone was too lazy to take them out and use to properly attach the part.Back in 2013 I brought my F150 Ecoboost to the to be repaired after an accident. It had front passenger corner damage. I think the total repair cost was $5k+ and was covered by my metlife insurance. I picked up the truck from repair one day late after work. It looked fine. The next day when driving it I noticed lack of power and whistling from under the hood. I brought the truck back to Service King to explain the issue. They had some dude drive it and he came back and said that he can see nothing wrong with the truck. I protested, but they told me just to take it to Ford. And here I made a mistake and took it to Ford, I should have told them to take the truck to Ford themselves.Ford did not want to work on the truck without insurance authorization. Took me 2 hours to get hold of Metlife agent assigned to the claim. She told me that the truck was already fixed, and they need to send someone to look at the truck an authorize the repair. I spend another 2 hours trying to get someone authorized by Metlife to come look at the truck. Finally, after wasting an entire day, I had Ford look at the truck. They said that the Service King guys did not plug the harness back in correctly. After an easy fix the truck was back normal.Lesson learned. Never accept a car from collision repair without a test drive.Lesson number two, Service King does not care about anything once they have money in their pocket.Lesson number three, they have no idea as to what a normal F150 Ecoboost drives and sounds like. Take your Ford to be repaired at Ford dealership.

Lack of customer service and knowledge of painting. Front bumper and drivers side fender was resprayed after an accident. Not only was I not greeted properly when I was picking up my vehicle 1+ week late than promised but vehicle was very dirty inside and out. Before Service King touched my vehicle it averaged 30 mpg, afterwards it dropped to 23 mpg. Definitely was taken for a joyride. After meticulously cleaning it, I discovered scratches all along the lower front black plastic bumper. There was overspray on hood and grill. Not only did they not bother to remove the front bumper when painting but didnt bother to tape off the black trim or at least open the hood.

In order to fix a paint issue by back window, they spent six weeks to fix it. When I picked truck up, they basically messed up every corner of the bed. When they removed bed, they chipped the factory paint in at least 6 places and messed up spray in bedliner. They also left a hand print on side of cab.Not only did they leave the truck in worse shape, left left bed loose and fuel filler neck loose.Another 6 weeks now and Im going to get my truck, but still unhappy

I had to go back five times to have problems fixed and the clearcoat still has swirl marks in it. I eventually just gave up. Now a piece of trim they installed has come loose. I have worked with many different body shops over the years and this is by far the absolute worst experience Ive ever had.
