My car was serviced quickly (faster than estimated!) and looked great when it was done. It looked brand new! Mike and his staff made me feel like one of the family and helped by calling the rental car agency for me without my asking. They washed my car and cleaned the inside as well. A great place to bring your car after you crash it

Really wanted to give this shop a 5 star but couldnt. smoked a deer, Rob got me in right away/took care of a rental car. worked quickly with insurance company. Daily updates which I loved. called to say car was complete before the original date. Pick the car up and looks great, upon further walk around and checking for flaws I found a few that were unacceptable and the car needed to be returned. Here is the hard part not to give them 5 stars, found a scratch rear right panel near the gas tank that was not there when I brought it in, they said it was and it didnt happen there, plus the flaws adds up to the 3 stars. I almost changed to a 4 when Rob came and got the car from my work and brought it back 95% flawless. SCRATCH I did not do. So I guess if your looking for a shop to fix your ride I would probably give them a try.

Worst customer experience. First they delay the repairs on my Camaro for weeks; Then when i got there to pick it up, I felt like they were just rushing to sign the release paper. Then come to find out that couple bolts beneath the hood werent tighten (I was literal able to screw them with my bare hands), Scott just told me that thats how they were suppose to be. I had to take to another shop.

These guys are 100% LEGIT! I bought a new Infiniti QX70, not even 2 weeks after I got the SUV, a 20 year old college student, and snow...well dont mix. BUT Pfeiffer got me in & repaired (like NEW) within 4 days time. Scott and his staff are A++! Just fantastic throughout the entire process! I honestly could NOT be happier. Im thoroughly impressed. In this industry I see many cars come to my shop because of poorly body shop work. Also other body shops do not have the correct software to perform certain updates and diagnostic, Pfeiffer Collision does!!
