I wanna just say how extremely grateful I am to have connected with Pfeiffer Collision & with Jeff. This was a first time experience in auto repair for me & this guy made me feel 100% confident through the whole process.I had gotten side-swiped on the highway. This caused a lot of damage to every side of the vehicle as I spun out & hit both sides of the median. With that being said, the vehicle was returned looking even BETTER than when I had bought it.INTEGRITY, is a the best word I can give this staff as I feel they were always keeping me updated. They stayed true to their word & cared about every little detail. I would recommend this place to any friend and/or family member!!

I have (unfortunately) had several weird accidents in my car over the past few years, and have always taken it to Pfeiffer for repairs. The estimates for the work are prompt and accurate, the people are professional and communicate the status of the work, and they are friendly and helpful, even taking me back to my house when I dropped the car off, and washing the car before I picked it up! Best of all, my car still looks like new even after 3-4 weird fender benders.

They did an amazing job on repairing our car. They went above and beyond by looking at all aspects of the repair and even giving the car back in better condition beyond the repair. They were also proud about the work they performed which was evident when they showed me the completed work. Nice to find a place that takes pride in their work!

Pfeifer Collision did and excellent job on my 2015 F150, even though aluminium bodys are more difficult to work on then steel, they made my truck look like it was brand new from the factory. They were polite, professional, and worked with my insurance company to make sure that my needs were met and that I was taken care of fully. I would highly recommend them for their master craftsman expertise and their genuinely caring and friendly staff. I will be returning to them for any future bodywork needs for me and my family. My father took out a Coyote with his late model Explorer. Moderate front end damage occurred. When I visited the parents in December, I stopped by the facility to see how the repairs were progressing. Upon seeing other work being performed in the shop and the cleanliness of the facility and professionalism of the staff, I knew my fathers Explorer was at the right shop. The work was completed on time. The fit and finish as well as the color match is spot on the money, and every accessory functions as intended. Vehicle delivered clean as a pin. Great body shops with an old school craftsman approach are few and far between. Thanks a million. Give Mike VanHoudt a call, you will be glad you did.

I want to give them 5 stars and have waited to post a review, but its about time I post. I dropped my car off for a repair last fall when I got into an accident. They were helpful when talking about how long the process would take and when I could expect my car back. They received (ordered?) a wrong part for part of my repair so I was in a rental longer than I anticipated. That really wasnt a big deal, I understand things come up. When my car was ready to be picked up, I got my keys, dropped off my rental and got dropped back off at Pffeifer. When I got into my car (which had been cleaned/detailed) I noticed a piece missing from my console. I called the office and left a message letting them know. It has been almost 6 months and they still have not replaced the missing part in my car. Ive had to follow up multiple times with Mike asking about the status of finding the replacement and I still dont have it. I will change my review once this is cleared up, but I would have rather had my car as it was when I dropped it off than cleaned and a part missing when I picked it up.

They were amazing! Gave me an honest estimate, let me leave my car there for 5 days and helped me get prices from different salvage lots and even a private buyer. They did all the work and charged me nothing!

My new teen driver put some dents and almost took off my bumper on a Friday night. Saturday morning I was able to use Facebook messenger to message Pfeiffer Collision and got a response right away. I was able to set up my appointment and my car was fixed in a few days. The service was fast and friendly. They stayed in my budget and washed my car. I am very happy with Pfeiffer and highly recommend them.

The only disappointing thing was that I was lead to believe that the loaner car was to be as a courtesy but I ended up pay $279 for it. I do appreciate the way my car looms after the work was done.
