I have bought vehicles from Kool for many years, and they do all the service work for the vehicles. This time, I couldnt make an appointment for an oil change, so I did a walk-in to have the work done. The waiting room was comfortable, and I had work to do, so the hour went by quickly. The service work was done well, as usual. Highly recommended.

Ive had my vehicles serviced with Kool Chevrolet for over 30 years. Always a good experience! This visit was for regularly scheduled maintenance (oil change) and it was discovered that my tires were wearing much faster than normal. This was handled very quickly and easily; four new tires and my car was serviced and out the door in a matter of hours. The service director is very conscientious and is a tremendous asset to the dealership.

Got turned away 15 minutes before closing time for a oil change. I work a tight schedule.

It works great! Fixed the breaks! We couldn’t be happier!! And the fee wasn’t bad either! Thank you for taking care of us! 😁

The quality of work done to my car was acceptable. Although I am still very disappointed. I respectfully asked the service manager derick to have a detailed list of what was wrong, what was happening, and what needed to be fixed and why. (I ask this as I am interested in my vehicle and enjoy working on it myself if it’s not to serious) and I was promised a full write up. After receiving my car back the first thing I noticed was large grease handprints on my front dash where they replaced a recalled airbag, along with grease spots Continuing down my dashboard. But besides that I got a write up on my vehicle that was about a total of 4 small sentences that didn’t give me much information at all. I am very disappointed as to the lack of care from the service mechanics at Koop Chevy. You expect your car to come back at least as clean as when you took it in.... correct?

Derek has been the person I would talk to everytime I go in to do repairs. I definitley would suggest him to people looking to get some work on their car done.

Have been taking our 2 Chevys here for a couple years and have been very happy with the courtesy and quality of service. Free friendly shuttle service to and from work with no questions asked. Dont use the online reservation system however...it puts you out 2 weeks and if you call its 2 days... not sure why.

This is the first time in 20 years to purchase a new vehicle and we can’t thank Del Contreras our salesman for the excellent customer service. Very patient with all our questions and concerns never once leaving us feeling pressured was the best experience. He took the time to make sure we understood the vehicle and buttons above and beyond before we left. Also a shout out to the finance team making sure to cover all areas of the our purchase making us feel comfortable with our decision. Kool Chevy made us feel a part of the family and now our full time dealership.
