After getting quotes from several body shops in the area and reading various reviews, Towne and Country Auto Body seemed like the best bang for my buck. Well they definitely were! They replaced my front bumper and matched the paint for a fraction of the cost of most other body shops I received quotes from. Excellent quality too!Their customer service was great too. When giving me the initial quote, they offered to cut off a piece that was dragging on the road from my bumper for free. They allowed me to drop my car off the day before my appointment. It was fixed and ready to be picked up one day after my appointment and they were true to their quote. Very pleased with this service.

I was very impressed with the service I received. I was able to get my vehicle to them a day earlier than planned. And they did the work a day earlier too. Plus they vaccuumed out my car. If I ever have another body issue, I will go to them.

I’ve been here twice in less than a year. Once for paint, then a windshield. I came here alone the first time, the second time I did not, each time I was treated with respect and as an equal. Everyone was friendly and personable.They are top notch, they came highly recommended from several local businesses. (Whom I noticed also use their services...that says something in itself) and that’s why I came here and I was not disappointed. Well worth my 31 mile drive to get here.They do excellent work, they blended the paint flawlessly on my 10 year old Rover. And the turnaround time more than acceptable. They offer loaner cars from a rental agency or shuttle service if same day. Which I took advantage of, Their prices are better than most and their work is better than most!! .... 👍🏼👍🏼

They did an excellent job of pinstriping my car. Im thinking about having the whole car painted. I wish I had thought about that before I had the pinstriping.

I must say I am very disappointed with the work. They were nice on the phone and communicated well but they didn’t fix the paint transition where the new rear bumper touches the back side panel. Large chips of paint missing from the accident and a horrible looking transition. This was all damaged when the car was rear ended but they said that because there was prior paint work done at some point in the vehicles life that they didn’t fix that. I’d be embarrassed if I were a shop and presented that vehicle to a customer.

Town an Country took great care of my truck. From past body shop experiences my expectations were low for how the body work would turn out. I am an automotive technician. I see a lot of poor quality body work everyday come into my service bays. Town and Country’s attention to detail has exceeded my expectations greatly. The paint work I believe looks better than the factory painted parts. They adjust and aligned parts perfectly too. Even people I work with that knew I was having the work done. Made comments about how great my truck looked after the repairs were done. Town and County also stayed in contact with me over the course of the repairs via text or phone call. Town and County are truly professionals!

Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place. My husband and his family have been going to them for years and I had my first personal experience with them this week!They replaced and painted my bumper, fixed a couple of dents on my left rear quarter panel and, as a lovely surprise, vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car!On top of all that, they were incredibly quick and professional, handled everything with ease and speed. The entire job was completed and the car ready for pickup the day after we dropped it off. Will be going back to get my husband’s hood repainted in the spring!

I would like to share my thoughts about my extremely positive experience I had with Towne and County Auto Body. I was greeted professionally and courteously during my initial phone conversation. The estimate took less than 15 minutes. when I dropped off my vehicle, they had a rental car warmed up and ready for me and I was in and out of there in a short period of time. The work was completed to my satisfaction in two days and when I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out. I would recommend Towne and Country Auto Body to anyone in need of auto body repair.

Nothing but good things they called hertz and had my rental waiting on me when I drop my car off they did an awesome job on my car it look brand new again the receptionist was very nice

Excellent service and a very friendly staff! I had my car in the shop for a minor repair, when I picked it up it had been washed and the inside was cleaned too! Everything was handled very quickly and Im beyond satisfied with the work, I would recommend this place to anybody.

Second mini of ours in for body damage within a two year period. The first time we had a hit and run and had to put a claim against our insurance, they did great work and provided a rental for us to use. The second time a co worker hit my mini and the insurance was posted through hers, they provided a loaner and got the work done in less than 4 days. Very pleased with the work done to both minis!

Great staff and professional work! I took my car in with some paint damage. I had it back in two days and it looks great. I would recommend to any friend or family member.

Unfortunately I have had to take my car to them twice in about 6 months time due to being hit. But they are awesome people. Very friendly and kind, helped me out a lot. My car color is a difficult one to match, but they do a great job with it and you cant tell its been hit or repainted. My car looked amazing when I picked it up from them (both times!) Thanks guys! ☺

Super Happy! Brought my vehicle in for a relatively small repair and they still cleaned & vacuumed it! Ive only heard great things about this place.

I recently put a review on here about how I felt town and country mistreated me as a potential customer and human being. About a week later I was sent a certified letter threatening to sue me for defamation from town and country’s attorney if I did not immediately retract the review by deleting it in its entirety. I have deleted my original review but I still will not ever recommend this company to anybody who wants to be treated with dignity and respect.

Very pleased! Towne & Country did excellent work on my Jaguar! They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well!

Their service is unmatched. I have a Mercedes that is a few years old and got rear ended, they matched the paint perfectly and detailed the entire car top to bottom.

Experienced great service for the repair of my vehicle. Very pleased with the quality of the results and the ease of the process.

They replaced a bumper on my cadillac but glued the emblem on and I can see all the yellowish glue on my fender. I should have went somewhere else. I see why it was so cheap

4 days for a fix that should have taken 2... not to mention the fact my car was perfectly drivable but waited there for a part to come in, one that i found at a NAPA the day after they said they couldnt get it in town
