Top of the line facility and comfortable wait room for customers. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with any auto body shop!! 5 stars!!!

Everyone was really helpful determining whether my issue was worthy of submitting an insurance claim. They were very thorough. This is the place my mechanic recommended highly and I can see why! I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Terrible communication at this place. Estimate was misleading by stating that Total Customer Responsibility was a negative number......I relied on this estimate and was lead to believe that this number was being deducted from what I would owe out-of-pocket upon pick-up. On top of this, we were talked into purchasing 3 additional tires so that a proper alignment could be completed. We were quoted a price by Brandon which he stated included tax and mounting....That price suddenly went up $30 upon pick-up and of course, Brandon wasnt around that day to speak with about the price difference. We ended up paying an additional $80 unexpectedly because of their poor communication, badly written estimates, and shady tactics. Even after discussing the issues we had they refused to honor the prices we were given. I will avoid this place in the future and will definitely not be recommending.*****In response: We were given an amount by Brandon that was to be our responsibility which we accepted and were totally prepared to pay. We were then given a higher amount when we came to pick up our vehicle and of course Brandon wasnt around. These are the facts. Typical scam.....give the customer an amount over the phone $$ then charge more when its time for them to pick up $$$$ blame customer for not understanding, imply the customer is lying, have the tech disappear that day, use all the above if necessary.

I stopped in to get an estimate on some minor dent repairs and the staff was attentive and professional! I asked about some paint marker on one of my headlights (that was left after installation of a new assemblage by the Fiat dealership... Unprofessional) and they removed it AND buffed my headlights at no charge! I wasnt even having any work done, just the walk-in estimate... Stellar customer service and kindness!

I have used this CARSTAR for years and do not plan to bring my vehicles elsewhere. The knowledge of the work being done, industry standards/regulations, insurance relationships, and quality are unmatched in my experience. We’ve had multiple visits over the years and Steve and his crew impress each time.

They evaluated my car after an accident. While my car was deemed a total loss, every person I spoke with was very professional and helpful through the process. While I hope I dont need body work any time soon, I would definitely be a return customer.

I had someone pull out in front of me and damage my car. Carstar has been a huge help. They are a trusted body shop so they are linked with my insurance. The office is clean, and everyone there is professional and just nice. They were honestly concerned about how I was after the accident and did their best to get me a rental right away. It is just nice to have someone be concerned about you and want to get the car fixed. It was nice and I appreciated it. They made what is a difficult process as simple as possible.

I stopped in to see about a quote to have a scratch repaired. I planned on having to make an appointment to come back and have it repaired. I was amazed that they pulled it right in and was able to buff out a fairly large scratch in about 15 min while I waited. Great Experience. I hit a piece of metal on the highway. They fixed my whole right front bumper, the leaking windshield fluid tank, and cleaned the whole inside and outside of the car without even asking. Cindy was an absolute dream to work with. She was so communicative throughout the entire repair process and even coordinated with two other companies to replace the graphics that were damaged in the vehicle accident so that I didnt have to lift a finger. They were thorough, transparent, helpful and my car looked newer than before the accident. They were amazing! Since I’m a “qualifying essential worker,” my insurance company expedited the whole repair process on my car, but CarStar still went above and beyond! They came to my work to pick up my vehicle, they corresponded with Enterprise to get my rental to me, they communicated with me continuously via text messages, and they were so fast!! They had estimated a week for the repair, and it was done in TWO DAYS! Not only did they put a brand new door on my car (rather than a used one), they also vacuumed my car and made it look great! I never leave reviews, but I can’t say enough good things about Steve and his team!

Brandon and his crew did an amazing job on my 2015 Ford Escape. The car had been stolen and had some interior and exterior damage. They called me in to review the damage, and gave me a time frame that was more than acceptable. I recieved a call later that week from my insurance company saying my car would be ready earlier than expected.The car is perfect. Clean, looks great, work was perfectly done!Thanks everyone!

I had a small issue with my car and decided to pull into Carstar Impact of Cascade. It was very busy which shows a great reputation for excellent work, but it also means a long wait. Im definitely willing to wait for an expert opinion and car care. To their credit, they pulled Brandon from the back to help with the customers in front. I explained the situation to him and he was AWESOME!!! By that time Steve (the manager) was available to look at my issue. Even though he couldve ( any I think most shops wouldve) had me make an appointment to bring it in for the work to be done, he instead said wait a minute and came back out with a polishing cloth and fixed it right there on the spot. And how much did he charge me? NOTHING!!! I will never take me vehicles anywhere else!!!

Had an issue with my bumper. Brought it in expecting it to take and entire day but it was done in a couple of hours. Best of all, the cost was significantly lower that other repair shops. 5 Stars from me!

Wow! I just cant say enough good things about CARSTAR impact of Cascade! First, I worked with Ted and he was nothing short of amazing! My drivers side mirror was clipped and needed to be replaced. Impact suggested that I look to salvage yards for a replacement and they would paint and install it to save a little money. After finding the replacement they painted it and installed it. Unfortunately the mirror cracked while being installed. They explained to me that many older mirrors that automatically tint would be already tinted unless I bought a brand new ($600+)mirror. After the cracked mirror incident, they looked and eventually found a used mirror that was very clear. They painted and installed it without charging me extra. Initially I wasnt happy about the cracked mirror after I hunted one down. But not only were they able to find a replacement for their error, it was in better shape than the mirror that I brought in. In the end I was very happy with the professionalism and turning a mistake into a positive experience. Theyre great guys to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

Brought my car here for an insurance claim due to tons of stone damage from a gravel truck. Steve and team were professional, prompt, and did outstanding work. When I picked up the car it was entirely detailed and looked like brand new. They even took care of a couple small defects that were not part of the work for me. Ive been to Carstar Impact Collision more times than I care to admit. I am always pleased with the service I receive and the end result of the completed work. Always completed on time or ahead of schedule.

Outrageous pricing. Negative attitude from salesman. Get competitive quotes - youll likely find the same!Pricing: I generally get three quotes (at least) before moving forward with any service. This was the case with a recent body shop need. I indicated I didnt feel the repair should be expensive enough to need to make an insurance claim. Their quote came back at $997 (Im guessing they assumed I had a $1K deductible) and an estimated four days in the shop. The two other quotes I received came in at $300 and $330 with a single day in and out.Attitude: The general attitude from the salesman was I dont want your business. He actually told me We have a lot of business and a lot of customers, which pretty clearly says I dont want yours.I was not surprised that the price came in so high - clearly their business model is to only accept business if they can gouge their customer and / or their insurance company.

This place is amazing - on time, within estimate, quality parts, labor and incredible people.

Impact Collision Repair is great! I was in an accident and went to Impact to have it fixed. They set me up with a rental car on the house and did a great job fixing my car. They went above and beyond to make my accident as easy a process as possible. If I am ever in an accident again I will be back. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs work done.

Got a quote for a repair on our work vehicle. With the high winds that we have been having - the wind snapped the door open causing the door to dent from the hinge and miss align the door. I was getting an estimate at the dealership for my car and a woman waiting to pick up her new car recommended I get an estimate at Impact Collision. She said she wont go anywhere else for repairs. I wish I had gotten her name to thank her! They did a great job and even noticed bubbled paint on my car that they told me they could fix as well. Something that the dealership didnt see nor did another collision place. It was a no brainer! They are really nice and easy to deal with, and the price I paid was reasonable.

I had minor damage to my bumper and associates Derek, Brendan, and Scott were very accommodating. This was my first visit to Impact Collision and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. My bumper now looks as though the dent was never there, thanks to Brendan. I will definitely utilize their services in the future if necessary.

Impact Collision used to be an awesome place and THE place to take all my cars if they needed bodywork done. Then something happened a few years ago and the quality of service went sharply downhill. The issues started when one of my cars that has been to that shop several times before went in to get a few door-dings repaired. The car came back painted an off color. Took it back in as I couldn’t stand seeing it everyday like that. They said that it was factory paint, but the other parts of the car they worked on in the past were somehow darker. After a bit of fuss, they agreed to correct the issue and paint the other areas the “factory” color. Car came back with ocerspray where they taped things off around the trim, in addition to swirl marks from polishing. I decided not to complain about the overspray, but the swirl marks looked horrible. They informed me that they started using a new product, which is the reason for the issue. “How is that my problem?” - I asked them. They agreed to correct it, did a semi decent job, not 100% right, but good enough.Now very recently I took my truck in for a door ding. A week later I go to pick it up. The truck smells so much like paint inside, that I have to drive it with windows open to air things out. Also, while there, they must have spilled paint thinner or something else on my windshield, because it left a permanent etch mark on my glass. I may not have noticed it if it was in a descrete location, but it’s right in from of the drivers view. If that was not enough, it came back with a new door ding, a small one, but it’s there.What can I say? This is the last time I take my cars there. What used to be a wonderful shop that took pride in doing quality work, turned into a chop shop. How sad!

Their actual work looks good. Some unprofessional mistakes were made but, to be fair, the owner made up for his employees mistakes and Im satisfied. Plus, they informed me and my insurance about some previous work that apparently wasnt up to industry standards.
