I called and asked how much it would cost me to purchase two moldings for my 2015 Malibu. I was told to come so that they can look at my vehicle and make an educated decision. When I got there, I was greeted by an employee and was immediately told that I needed both moldings. I then was told that everything including painting and labor would be $350. I told the individual that took my payment that I wanted to pay for the parts, which entailed painting, I paid $175. I go to pick up my parts today, and I’m told that I still owe a balance of $93. I asked him to explain the difference, and they immediately said it’s for painting. I guess I was just supposed to be all right with paying the extra $93 after paying $175 for two little moldings. The moral of the story is this, I will never go back to Berger. Because I feel as if I’ve gotten ripped off. I am the type of person that if you are transparent with me, then I am transparent with you, and I feel as if they did not take place.

I think they changed their employees!!!This dealership collusion was more than a five star before their last service!!!I wish I knew!!! I have sacrificed and spent more money than I was to spend!!! But Alass!!!Never ever ever again to repeat the same mistake!!!Things aren’t always look what they look like!!!

If your car is ever in need of collision repair, I highly recommend Berger Collision! My insurance company set me up with them after failures with 2 previous repair shops and I’m glad they did. It took 3 weeks to repair my car and in that time, Berger supplied me with a loaner vehicle. Upon pickup, my car looked brand new after repairs and they even detailed the interior, gave it a car wash and even shined the wheels! That was a pleasant surprise to pick up a clean and repaired car!

I was recommended Berger collision through Progressive insurance who was handling my claim, and Im so glad they did. I took my Subaru Forrester there, and when it was finished it looked better than it did before the accident. They took care of all the damaged parts from the accident, and also a bit more. My side view mirror was a bit wonky, and I noticed they tightened it up and fixed it. They cleaned my car inside and out. I have a dog that often travels in the car with me, so you can imagine the dog hair on the carpet and the nose prints on the back windows - all clean. I think they may have even steam cleaned my floor mats - its been years since they looked so clean.When I first spoke to them regarding the repairs, they gave me a date when they would start, and when they would finish, and I was shocked when they stuck to that. The car was finished when they said it would be. The repair bill was paid through the insurance company, and when I arrived to pick up there were no hidden fees, no surprises, no extra money to be paid out for one reason or another.These days its rare to work with a repair business who wont hedge or outright lie to you, or follow up when they say they will, or return calls.I hope my car never gets smashed into again, but if it does there is no doubt that Berger is where I would go.

Was in an accident with my vehicle, took it to Berger Collision Center. Carrie kept me updated every step of the way, very pleasant and didnt keep me waiting and wondering what was going on with my car like other shops have done in the past to me. Considering my car ended up getting totaled it was the best experience Ive had dealing with collision center/ auto shop.

Good repair, took an extra week than originally estimated, and when I got the car back my left turning signal was not working.

During the ice storm we got in Grand Rapids during the first week of February, a tree fell and hit my veh and smashed up my hood, my A pillar, my windshield was shattered and even my wipers. I called numerous other shops that were booked 4 weeks to a month out. They got me in right away and provided me a loaner. No headaches and the repair was done in about a week. They went above and beyond just repairing my car I had a coffee spill on one of my floor mats that they cleaned they vacuumed my car they clean my windows I was more than impressed the work they did repairing my car was perfect absolutely will go back there again!

Amateur low life body shop. Terrible awful work. They did not wet sand, looks like they painted over dirt. Doors dont line up correctly. And now my inside plastic pieces are popping off. Because they broke the clips. Just stay away.

Had a major deer hit on a 2013 Honda CRV, heard Berger had excellent service and was not let down. Great group of people to work with that made the process easy from start to finish.

Dropped my truck off yesterday and out of there with a loaner in 20 minutes.
