Our salesman Adam Malec was so patient and helpful. We put a deposit down on a car and it arrived earlier than stated which was a nice surprise! Adam has been very helpful after the purchase which talks to their customer service - its not just about a sale and the next customer.

I bought a new G70 from Adam. Excellent purchase experience. Hes professional and answered all my questions. I had already knew the vehicle I wanted going to the dealership and Adam walked me through purchase process efficiently. It was about as quick as it couldve been, which I appreciated. Im an out of state buyer and the dealership took care of paperwork and mailed me title and such so I could get the car registered in timely manner. I would be a customer again.

Additionally he kept me updated on the delivery of my vehicle and even took picture of it for me. Totally smooth experience from initial contact via Genesis Concierge through purchase and driving the car (2022 G70 Launch Edition) home! The staff at Napleton and professionals across the board and were very pleasant to work with.

This is the worst dealership i had ever visited. I went in to trade in my genesis to a newer model they welcomed me good. After the deal is done and the manager agreed to the price. After 10min he printed me with a higher price and says if you are not ok then dont buy the car. I asked him why came up higher, all he says is dont buy the car. Finally i agreed to the price then he says i have few others coming tomorrow to see the car if they dont buy i will call you. I never met a dealer with such a behaviour. I never go here even for my servicing. No ethics at all.

Purchased a Genesis GV80 and absolutely LOVE the vehicle and all its features it has to offer. However, was extremely disappointed by the service I received from Jim Sudol (Sales Consultant) as his level of communication and lack of follow-up is a disservice to this dealership. I initially visited Genesis of Racine however, they did not have my vehicle which is why I went to Glenview. However, when I got there an error had been made and the vehicle was unavailable. At that point, I then special ordered mine which again I love. In the end however, I did not receive the price they promised me and there was a scratch on my brand new vehicle. I have attempted to contact the Sales Consultant along with copying the Sales Manager with no luck what so ever. There are many Genesis dealerships available and for the price of the vehicle I would highly suggest utilizing an alternative facility.

We had an amazing experience with Genesis of Glenview! My wife and I came in to learn about the GV80. Our sales rep, Marc Gibrick, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the suv, and was a pleasure to work with.We also has the pleasure of working with Jimmie Page, one of the two general managers. Jimmie was a great guy and fun to work with. It’s really clear that everyone that works there loves working together and everyone we met was fantastic.We would highly recommend buying a car from this dealership. You will really enjoy the experience.
