SCAM ALERT DONT BUY FROM HERE.I purchase a 750i and after 3 day had a coolant leak. at first the sales personDemetri didnt wanted to return my calls. they finally say they fix it.a month later i am still going thru the same issue. coolant leak.now they dont answer my calls I left a few voice mails and no answer back.at this point. will start a claim with BBB.please beware of this dealer they seems like they scam people.THE CAR STILL UNDER WARRANTY TERMS AND THEY JUST DONT WANT TO TAKE CARE OF IT.

Went to test drive the new vantages and Rich was super friendly, patient, and informative throughout the test drive. Then I got a pretty good offer for my old vantage (not the low ball offers from dozens of other dealerships) so I traded that car in. Very disappointed with the sales experience at Lotus of Glenview and certainly would not recommend. I was looking to purchase a new Lotus with Rich and actively negotiating a buyers order when communication suddenly dropped off completely. I finally had to call myself the following day to discover that the car had been sold without my knowledge without so much as a courtesy message. No personal or profession touches given here, they were clearly only looking for the easiest sale. No further communication from Rich following this and the best the general manager could offer me was that trying to sell me something else. Not in keeping with a high-end dealer at all.
