My wife and I came to Bredemann Ford to purchase a Ford Expedition Max. My wife initially stopped in to test drive an XLT. She met with Steve Roth, ultimately our sales person. He was knowledgeable, professional, and went out of his way to help us get everything on our wish list for this car, including a sunroof installation. He even encouraged her to test drive the Expedition to our home to make sure we could fit it in our garage. We can not say enough about our experience at Bredemann Ford and working with Steve.
This was the most terrible car buying experience I’ve ever had. Save your money and stay away from this place. After calling and asking if the vehicle was available I was told it was, I gave them all the information to run a credit application. While I was waiting for a “financial advisor” to get to my application, the sales manager said the car price went up. I asked them to give me the same price I saw when I first called in. They refused. I agreed to still buy the car, after waiting all day for them to process my credit application they said sorry we can’t do it has to be Monday. So I called another sales associate and asked if the car was still available, he told me it was, so I did a credit app online and was approved. When telling him I would like to buy the car since I have been approved he said sorry the car sold. So after waiting 2 days, the price of the car magically increasing, telling me that the credit app will run on Monday, they car ended up selling to someone else.Stay away from this place at all costs. I have never been treated this way when trying to spend $50k on a car, and being told sorry we’re too busy right now while I waited the entire day.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDI contacted Bredemann Ford to schedule a test drive of the new Maverick. Additionally, I was attempting to move my existing Maverick order to Bredemann as the dealer I was working with would not communicate. I contacted and had a great phone call with the internet sales person (Angela) regarding the appointment and was able to schedule the test drive. I was later contacted by one of their sales consultants Steve that I was forbidden from test driving the vehicle as that was only reserved for those who ordered/purchased from them. Wouldnt me transferring my order satisfy this requirement? I made it abundantly clear that I would be transferring my order to them during this process but that apparently wasnt good enough. According to Steve, this came from management. I feel management might benefit from some sales training exercises and how to earn the customers business. These dealerships have become unruly monsters that expect the customer will bend to their demands.Needless to say, I went a bit further north and placed a new order for a fully loaded Maverick with Napleton Ford and had a wonderful experience. I would strongly recommend venturing a bit north and avoid this dealership at all costs.

I worked with Danny Sakolsky and his manager on my purchase of my Mustang Mach-E First Edition and the trade-in of my 2017 Explorer. Truly the smoothest car purchase experience I have ever had and probably the most beautiful car Ive ever had. Ford has a winner on its hands with this amazing electric vehicle. Maybe part of the reason it went so smoothly was that I had already ordered my vehicle directly from Ford and was leveraging X-Plan, but I never felt any pressure to buy anything I did not want/need and the experience with my trade-in appraisal was fair. Overall, the experience with Bredemann Ford was great and made me happy to have chosen them over some of the dealerships closer to where I live.

Of course when you buy the vehicle, everything is great. As soon as something is wrong with the vehicle - good luck! Horrible service. Brand new vehicle has several issues, they cant seem to ever fix anything correctly or in a timely manner. And they no longer offer loaner vehicles. Go elsewhere.

We recently purchased our 2021 Mustang Mach-E Select from Daniel Sakolsky @Bredemann Ford. The whole experience exceed our expectations. Buying our first electric vehicle, we felt it was important to work with a trusted local business. We have had our two other vehicles serviced @Bredemann for the past five years and been very happy with Steve, Chris and everyone in the service department. Our electric car journey began when we called for Mach-E test drive. Danny Sakolsky, our sales advisor, was a pro from the start, taking time to share his deep Ford product knowledge and order just the right vehicle. Danny called in May to tell us to expect a June delivery. Right on time in early June, Danny called to arrange our delivery visit. The whole process took a little more than ninety (90) minutes. Both Danny and Kevin Ellis, the finance manager, were great -- with no pressure tactics or last-minute surprises. Kevin was very helpful in explaining the warranty options and worked with us to find the right solution. They also located a promotional Ford Motor Credit offer that only sweetened the deal. 2021 Ford Transit Cargo van - My company bought many of these vans but it is the first time from Bredemann Ford. I really like my salesman, Edgar Rodriguez. That guy worked so hard to get me the best the price possible. Right before siging the docs, he came to me and said, I just found you another rebate and took another $1250 off the price. Finance manager was cool too. He gave me the best rate possible and some good options. I plan to buy another one over the summer and I plan to go back to Edgar. You can go any where but I like the people from Bredemann. I actually paid less than they quoted me. That never happens. Good job Bredemann!!
Pretty disappointed in this place. I thought all was good until two months later. Sales guy Dave was real nice and even sent me a request on Facebook to be friends, offered first free oil change, and car wash whenever I was in town. After two weeks I tried reaching out to the sales guy Dave and totally has been ignoring me because who doesn’t want a free oil change? He said he would put it in writing and never did! The car I got is rusted and took it back to get checked because the steering wheel was shaking when I’d go above 80 mph. They took it in and I was charged $74? I have the warranty they offered and I still had to pay money to get it checked out for 20 minutes? Not sure why they didn’t replace the rotors when they got this vehicle, because they brag so much about their inspection! But they did the bare minimum with this car and not sure if they do the bare minimum with others. They could’ve at least gave me a car wash like Dave G said he would when I bring it in again. All of it was a lie, most definitely would not be coming back here again, especially not even try to get a “free oil change”
Steve took great care of me on a 2018 Taurus Limited. The car was exactly as described. We drove 5 hours one way to get this car. This was a rare find with low miles and showroom condition which did not disappoint. He even followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied. Needed a replacement antenna base, had the part numbers ready, didn’t need installment- just the parts. Filled out a parts request form on their website which states you will get a confirmation email. Never received one. Live chat receptionist said she’ll have someone call me. They give me a call and I give them the part numbers and ask if they can be shipped directly to me since I don’t need them to install the parts. The guy says he will call me back when the parts come in and let me know pricing. Never received a call back. A few days later I receive an email saying my parts are ready and that I should schedule an appointment to get them installed. I made it clear already that I didn’t want them installed. I also never gave my email address aside from the parts request form which I had assumed they’d never gotten. Anyway, I email her back as well as call her direct line. No response. Call the main number letting them know I received an email that my parts are ready, when can I come pick them up? Apparently they can’t tell me. Someone from parts needs to call me back. Never get called back. Call yet again the next day, explaining the situation and how I really need to just pick up the parts. “A manager will call you back.” Still nothing so far. Extremely frustrated with this slow process which seems to have been made a lot more complicated than it needs to be. Why is nobody able to look up my order and let me come in?
Edgar did a great job today. He made the trade in process seamless and quicker than most dealership transactions Ive had in the past. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Edgar as a salesman, he isnt pushy like some Ive met in the past. Keep up the good work!

I worked with John Lee over at Bredemann and am so happy I met him. He was the first straight forward salesman Id spoken to for weeks and I was almost ready to give up because in this market, theres so few cars on the lot thats theres no reason for most salesman to care about individual customers needs. I honestly kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it never did. There were no hidden fees or surprise price changes at the end, and we didnt bother haggling. Now let me tell you, this guy is BUSY but he still prioritizes his customers. So if youre trying to actually buy a car, and want to cut through all the BS, ask for John Lee.
My partner and I went in to look at a new (used) Acura MDX Tech Package and ended up falling in love with it. It was my partners first big purchase and John helped him every single step of the way. Would not suggest buying from this dealer as I found them highly unprofessional. Saw a vehicle they had available on the internet. Called the dealer and agreed on a price and said I would be there within the hour. Arrived 40 minutes after I spoke to them on the phone and when I got there they said the couple in the office was buying the car I was there to sign for. They then proceeded to offer me a more expensive version of the vehicle that they supposedly had on order. Most likely they never had the car to begin with and they were just trying to get me in there to buy something else. Plenty of other Ford dealers I would recommend using any of them.

Very impressed with this dealership and Edgar the salesman. They were the only ones who had the SUV I was looking for in the exterior and interior color I wanted within 200 miles. They worked with me on a good price and there was not a lot of hoopla or high pressure to buy extra warranties and add-ons. It was offered but not pushed like other places have done to the point that is aggravating and ruins the experience.Salesman Edgar was very efficient and tried to get things done fast for me.Plus they have fresh coffee, cold pop and water while you shop! Beware! They’re not %100 honest with their listing descriptions. They’re saying that:“Every buyer qualifies for our lowest advertised price. Beware, other dealers prices may include offers and incentives that not all buyers will qualify for”But unfortunately that’s a false statement. The advirtised price still includes all available rebates (military + student + first responders + cash paying) so basically you will not qualify for the advertised price in ay chance. I’ve just spent 1 hour to learn their trick. a classic dealer ...Please do not fool people and change your listing description.

Great purchase experience! I found the 2009 Ford Escape on line they had just taken in on trade, it was just what we were looking for for our daughters first car. I called and talked to a sales person (Danny) he told me the car had just came in and had not been through the service department yet, I asked for photos and the information on the car and he sent them right to me. He was very friendly and helpful from the start great communication. I was calling from a 100 miles away so I was counting on him. Chester Gilbert and crew were awesome. I came in on a Saturday right as they were closing to look at a Bronco Sport. I knew i wanted one, but wanted to just look at it first without the classic dealership pitch. Chester unlocked the car from the dealership window and let me look around.At this point the dealership was closing but he let my wife/I go on a test drive and everything. He wrote down exactly what it would cost with no funny business or what are you hoping your monthly payments would be badgering.It was seriously so painless that I was sold on the car and the experience right there.The staff stayed an hour after close to help get my wife and I ready to go with our new car.
