Aweful experience. They held onto my car for about 7 months. When I got it back with a hefty bill, they had not fixed 3 of the things I initially brought it there for. The gas gauge still did not work and neither did the speedometer. They charged me full price and pointed me to better mechanics for the things they lacked the experience and expertise, but did not bother to help me find the better shops. They hinted my car’s body work was also probably too expensive the way they do it.

I purchased a Range Rover from Mancuso mid February. Being from Florida flying to Chicago was a little bit complicated, but at the time I thought it was worth it. Prior to putting the deposit on the car, I carefully looked at the photos on the website. I discovered there was a dent on the passenger side door. At that moment I should have kept looking as THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG that they were going to sell this as is since it was NOT disclosed. After telling John about the dent, I had to convince him to cover the fix ($300-$400).I also wanted to make sure I did everything I could to protect myself from any mechanical issues on the truck so I went ahead and got a PPI inspection from Land Rover done. The tires did not pass inspection because they were completely worn and Mancuso was “kind” enough to supply the car with 80$ tires. The car was also due for all of its maintenance including oil change and filter, cabin and engine filters.I fly up to Chicago with my girlfriend and get to Mancuso and the car is parked in a dim lit parking garage. Given the weather in Chicago was also snowy and cloudy, we did our best to do a physical inspection ourselves of the body and paint.Jake the sales associate took us around for a drive and the truck itself drove fine. After finalizing the paperwork, we were on our way to drive to Florida. Now of course after arriving in Florida the car on the outside was very dirty (ice, dirt, salt, the works) and only after getting home and hand washing the car myself did I start to notice some serious flaws on the passenger side of the truck. There was very bad overspray and distortion in the paint work. Also, on the inside of the front passenger door a significant crack that ran down the door.The Carfax was clear and none of this was ever disclosed by Mancuso. Faults of this magnitude could not have been missed by the dealer.Before learning all of this mind you, I had already taken the truck to a Land Rover service shop due to the PPI inspection stating it was time for the regular maintenance.I was obviously disappointed so I tried to first see if 2 of the best detailers in town could do something to help out with the paint but both stated that the paint was far beyond something they could do to make it look good. So my next stop was to go to a body shop here in Orlando (Samuel’s Auto Body) whom are the best in Central Florida and I had used them before. They gave me the news which I had already figured which was that the truck was indeed in an accident and previously T-boned and that for the dealer not to have noticed is just pure nonsense. (the back passenger door didn’t even close correctly and was not flush with the truck).John was quite hostile and decided to not only play the ignorant card but tried to put the blame on myself. After going back and forth with him he said he would give me a refund on the truck, but ONLY FOR ME TO RETURN THE CAR - PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, AND LOSE THE $1,200 in parts and labor that I had already invested for maintenance vs. me to now pay $1,000 more to both repair and repaint the damage to the passenger side doors.Getting my title for the truck was another situation. The weren’t organized or quick with it whatsoever. I waited for over a month, and if I had not inquired about it I would not have received it until even later than that.Honestly, there are bad reviews for this business for a reason. Mancuso reminded me, “if you leave a bad review, it affects our sales and money we bring home.” I didn’t appreciate that comment as if it were supposed to prevent me from writing an honest review.I assumed good nature of the dealership since their were no accidents on the carfax but when you see any good lighting on the truck, the flaws show.They knew what they were selling, and I DO NOT recommend Mancuso Motorsports to anyone.

Great experience. Car arrived exactly as described, and they had no trouble allowing my friend in Chicago to look it over and test drive it for me before purchase. The dealings were fair on price both of the car and my trade, and we arranged a 4 year comprehensive warranty as part of the deal. My car arrived in Minnesota on an enclosed trailer and was spotless as described. The same trailer took my AMG back on trade. I love my new(to me) Panamera Turbo!

Any questions or concerns I had were promptly responded to, which is important for an out-of-state buyer. I was driving the car just 3 days after seeing it with no issues. Service and shop were also impeccable upon arrival. Would definitely come back again.

The number of times Ive emailed and called the manager (Jonathan) with no response is outrageous. They did not properly file for title and taxes so we had to do it ourselves when registering the car, then we had to fight for them to give us the refund for what we paid when we bought our car. Took about a month. We purchased the warranty knowing we could cancel it later for a partial refund. Took a few weeks to even get a response to our several emails and calls. We got the paperwork filled out within hours of it being sent only to find out a month later that it was never sent to the warranty company. This is so unprofessional and uncalled for. We will never purchase another car from them and will be going elsewhere for any service needed. For the market they are in, I would have expected customer service to be a priority and its not.

Top notch - Couldnt have asked for a better experience. I was shopping between a pre-owned Aston Martin and Jaguar F-Type, and Mancuso had the most beautiful and pristine example of the latter. The entire experience with Caleb was informative, no pressure, and enabled me to make the right decision for what I was after. 2014 Porsche 911: I had a very pleasant experience with my purchase from Jake in March of this year. Jake was very professional and he was able to answer all my questions in regards to the condition of the car before the test drive. Upon arriving at the dealership for the test drive, the car was clean and ready. Jonathan made the purchasing/financing experience very pleasant. My experience with Mancuso Motorsports was horrific. I purchased a Porsche 911. Every picture displayed in the ad hid the reality of this nightmare. One of the pictures clearly showed the Porsche factory radio which had been replaced with a junk radio once the car arrived. The interior was a dirty disgusting mess and it took almost six weeks for Mancuso to supply me with a registration and plates. So there my car sat with no ability to drive it or fix it. Worse I had to call every day multiple times to determine if there was any progress...I would rather walk than purchase a car from Mancuso.

I am a Iraq Disabled Veteran who believes in America and honor. I foolishly purchased a 2009 Buick Enclave from here. When I arrived I was told the vehicle was on it way and not on site. That was the first warning. That fact I Didnt now until I received my Title this week was I was purchasing a vehicle from a private owner through this dealership. Less than thirty days and two thousand miles later the traction control is out, the auto start has quit working, the sun roof is out or never worked, the vehicle has someone personal items in the glove box and trunk. Very disappointed . Plus the price went up $1000 once I secured my own financing instead of using theirs. I was verbally told I had a 4 year/4000 mile warranty, but my paperwork in the purchase says as is. I was clearly out of my league. Everything is legal Im sure, but buyer beware.

MOST POSITIVE car buying experience of my life. Ive owned or leased eight cars over the past 20 years, I usually dread the process. Not anymore. No hard sell, no pressure, no games. From start to finish- I was assisted in finding the car that I was looking for by Frank, always considerate of both my needs and budget, and John walked me through the process of financing through a much simplified system compared to dealers that are tied to say Ford or GM that have no other options.Everyone there was great and friendly, even the dachshund, Frank Jr The Closer, made me feel at ease. Sold me the highest priced X5 suv in the entire country that wasnt close to worth the asking price. Fault memory was a mile long and had a blown front diff. Either they dont care about inspecting the vehicles they pick up from auction or they know and scam buyers. Upon further detail I found food, pop, and garbage in the seats as if it was only polished up for the sale. (Most niche dealerships buy junk from auction and sell it at a premium). Staff was friendly and professional but I would have more than one shop inspect before you are stuck with a lemon they will make you sign a waiver signing away your rights to a lawyer for a lemon upon purchase so be careful!

Walked in they have beautiful luxurious cars. We were looking for a 07 BMW X5. They had one with low miles so we bought it. Weve owned it for 6 months its an amazing truck however weve had no but problems with it. Rear suspension got replace cost us 1200 w warranty. Had a oil leak gaskets and covers got replace took it in two different times to get it fixed another 800 w warranty. now we have anothe oil leak BMW said its the alternator braket or something to do with the alternator. Im expecting to have to pay another few hundred. Also when I turn or go backwards u can hear a big sound like metal clapping. Regret buying the truck from them. Funny thing is it only had 40k but like a said its a lemon with nothing but problems. Dont waste your time or money.

Sold me a range rover the engine was ticking as soon it it was delivered to me in michigan. I i called immediately due to the fact half the front bumper was missing. Around the gear shift was cracked in several areas. Door locks didnt work. Dont trust their pictures. They talk really nice at the beginning. They did refund my $1000. Down payment. However, i had to put over $2000. In the vehicle immediately. The engine has since blown. Stuck with a car i cannot drive. No one cared the owner never contacted me after multiple calls as well. Their all on the same page. Buyer beware.

I bought a 2005 acura TL the saleman told me that the engine an transmission were in excellent condition six months later only put 3500 miles on the transmission.Now I need a new transmission going to cost me damn near 3000 dollars the mechanic said the transmission had to be going bad when i bought it so if I was you be were of BS salemen from this dealership.
