Bought a Grand Cherokee SRT, the advertisement said it had a warranty and I was told it had a warranty. Found out later by Chrysler that it did not, I double checked and triple checked with them. So then I called Glennview dealership to ask about it, after the sale was done no one would return my call. I had to keep calling and when I did get someone, I was told the vehicle should have a warranty, I told them feel free to check, it does not, then their response was they did not know that it did not have a warranty.

Bought a used M4 online. Peter was a huge help and did a great job getting it done. Everyone there was great, especially after the car we drove there (not a trade in) had trouble and my daughter and dog had to spend some time in the showroom and upstairs lounge. I went to Glenview Luxury Imports lot to check out a car I saw on their website. Within just a few moments, Dimitri Babalis came outside to assist me and answer all of the questions I had about the vehicle. Right off the bat, Dimitri was incredibly helpful, kind, and not pushy whatsoever. Would leave no starts if I could. I bought a Porsche Cayenne sight unseen and was told the car was perfect. Devin Bandy, who is their sales manager went so far as to say the car had no paint work and that I would be happy. After receiving the vehicle I immediately noticed many issues and reported the issues to Devin There was a coolant leak in side the engine and the water pump was failing. I was told the car never had any paint work but yet more than half the car was painted. I was reassured numerous times by Devin that he would work with me in sorting out the cost of repairs. I was able to get everything fixed and when I emailed the invoice with supporting photos I was told that there is nothing that could be done because I bough the car in Feb and the warranty period had basically elapsed. I will be contacting the Illinois consumer affairs division. I trusted Devin and unfortunately he decided not to hold up his end of the bargain. Stay away!

I went to buy an Audi A7 from this dealership and the car wasnt described what the condition was, the sales guy (Jack) told me over the phone the condition of the car was clean. So once I drove a couple of hours to look at the car, the car wasnt clean, meaning it was scratched up, paint chips, wheels were scratched, and it had some parts missing/damaged to the car. So, basically the sales guy (Jack) lied to me about the condition of the car, and also he told me that they were going to polish it before I bought it but that never happen, and once I told him about the scratches, he told me that he doesnt care and does have time to sell it, which I bought. This is the worst experience for buying a car, and even I talked to the manager, he didnt even care. Customer service was that great with other people but for the sales guy (Jack and the manager) needs more respect for the customer.

When I did return, they stayed well beyond closing hours and offered me an amazing price for my trade in and worked out an excellent deal with me. This car was not even road worthy, plus other unsatisfactory issues. No quality or value here. It was an awkward test drive as it was bottoming out constantly, all over the road. Not a fun test drive. I was promised the car was in great and exceptional condition. I made a 4 hour trip to buy the car. Very, very disappointed with the car, and of course their honesty, (ouch). It is hard to find a good place to buy a car and this is not a one of them. Expect to be harassed for leaving an honest review.

Took my 2018 Maserati in for its 3 year servicing. Chris in the service department provided excellent customer service. Sales department was also helpful. Cost of maintenance was competitive. Only down side was the after servicing wash. Back seat was not wiped down and back quarter of the vehicle was left dirty. Not the level of detail I experienced from the two dealers that provided my 1 and 2 year servicing.

The GLI is an attractive car with many standard features. It has the power you need and a beautiful leatherette interior, stylish alloy wheels, and touch navigation. But best of all it is fun to drive, making the daily drive to work more pleasurable.

Misleading information and bad customer service.I bought a 2020 new Stelvio from them.Right after all paperwork was done and we were about the leave, we found out the car had a microphone / audio issue when making phone calls. I was told it needed was a software update, but after a few days they informed it needed a module replacement. I understand this can happen, however the customer service after that was just awful.No updates from them, I had to constantly keep calling to find out what was going on, and when the car would be ready.General manager offered to pick up / and drop off the car to fix it for my convenience. This was later on voiced as a favor. He also said they don’t produce the car, but instead just sell them as a way to take their responsibility away.I believe If you choose to represent a brand, you need to back it up and most important, take care of your customer and not act like you were doing favors.2 weeks and 3 loaners later, I was informed my new car was finally ready. GM told me he personally took care of it, making sure that everything was working properly. Nope, it wasn’t. Car play wasn’t working. Back to the shop again!And finally, I just found out recently the car that was sold as AWD, it isnt. The option is there to be switched on, however this was not what we were told. Typically AWD cars don’t require that, and this should have been clarified.Whole excitement about buying a new car was taken away.Very bad experience.TO ADDRESS THE ANSWER FROM THE DEALERSHIP: ALL CALLS TO GET UPDATES WERE MADE BY ME, SO THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE COMMUNICATIONS ON RECORD. I NEVER ASKED MONEY FROM YOU OR THREATENED ANYONE, YOU OFFERED ME $500. AND FINALLY PLEASE INFORM YOURSELF ABOUT THE PRODUCT YOU SELL, SO YOU DONT FRUSTRATE FUTURE CUSTOMERS.
