I came to get a new phone at this location and was helped by Z. He was absolutely amazing and helpful in every way. I really recommend going to Z for any future visits at this location. Quick, easy, and everything was transferred over perfectly.

I came in today to take advantage of the new Iphone 13pro deals. I was approached by Zoilo right away. He made the sale and transition to a new phone easy and stress free.

The technician who helped me to set up my iPhone did an excellent job! There was a problem with getting the account set up but, Zoilo Ventura went the extra mile to make sure I got everything set up and operational.

Went into this Verizon after having the worst day / luck with my phone. Called in beforehand in order to NOT waste my time as I wasnt sure if they would be able to help me. After speaking to the representative on the phone (who assured me they would be able to take a look and help me out) I headed on over immediately. Upon arriving to the store I was greeted by an older man. Definitely not who I spoke to on the phone just a few moments prior, however I explained my dilemma to him. Before even really being able to get out three words the old man was already cutting me off, talking down to me as if I was incompetent, and then refusing to look at my phone. I asked him one more time if he could just look at it for me before completely writing me off to which he replied Im already looking at it in your hand. Ive never been in so much awe. He didnt even TRY to do his job in assisting me. He was blatantly disrespectful and extremely rude. School starts for me tomorrow, and in order to get into my school database, I need my phone. He felt the need and urge to try and mansplain how a phone works as if I dont know how an iPhone works. Definitely NOT a good experience and I will be calling verizon corporate to discuss my terrible experience with this terrible man.

Went there this morning and was having a big problem with my apps crashing.The gentleman Tyrone took my phone and after 20 minutes had it up and running. He didnt try to sell me a new phone which I thought I needed .One smart dude. I need my phone for work and he saved me a ton.So when I need my upgrade which is soonI will be going to him in Glassboro.

Terrible experience. I came to this authorized Verizon retail location over the weekend and had literally the most ghetto experience ive had at any store. To begin it was freezing in there, made it uncomfortable to even continue with my transaction. The employees were really nice but you can tell they don’t have the right resources to help customers. I was surprised that the store looked like that considering its in a good location. Gloucester township has strict laws on heating and a.c for tenants/renters and yet there was no heating in that store. We looked into R-Wireless- theyre pretty well off with a decent amount of successful stores. No need to have employees or costumers in an unsafe working environment.

I had done research into the best Verizon stores around before I went to that store. I saw that this store had a 5 star rating, and now I know why. I highly recommend this store.

I went to this location to get a new phone and had a great experience. When I first walked in, I was greeted by all of the employees and told there would be a short wait, which was fine since it gave me a chance to look at the different phones. Chris M then assisted me and was very helpful in explaining the different phone options. Once I picked out the phone I wanted, Chris explained some of the features and helped me set it up. Chris then took a look at my account to see if there were any ways to lower my bill, which there were. I love my new phone and am paying less monthly thanks to Chris!

The staff were very pleasant, but Verizon made it difficult for them to help me. I need a new battery for my phone and there were many hoops to jump through. Too many. My next stop is Consumer Cellular.

Walked in this store and it was very busy, an associate greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was hoping it wouldnt be long but the acknowledgement made me stay. there were phones to play with while waiting. I was helped by June when it was my turn and I had an excellent experience!! I would give him more than 5 stares if I could. Not only was I greeted by him, he made the experience very comfortable. I didnt feel rushed when other people were waiting after me. He was honest with all the fees and the bundle. He definitely earns my business. All I can say that it was definitely worth the wait. This store is the best one I have been to yet. Right when I walked in, everyone was so inviting, but not in a fake way. They actually seemed happy that I came in. Everyone was very friendly, but Chris M went above and beyond. He not only helped me upgrade my phone, but he took the time to find me a better deal. I actually ended up talking to him for awhile, he felt like a friend of mine. Great service and great atmosphere. I will definitely be going back to them again next time I need anything

Jun did an exceptional job helping me when my clumsy self shattered my iPhone SE between a car door. Although I have insurance, I was not able to wait for a new phone shipment, as this is standard protocol, and Jun was very understanding and proactive to my situation. (He managed to calm my nerves, too!) When he upgraded me to the iPhone XR, Jun went above and beyond to save me a considerable amount of money on my familys phone plan, as well. I got the impression that Jun really cares about his customers, as he stayed long past closing hours to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. He even followed up with me later that night to make sure my new phone was working properly, taking the initiative to call me right away to help me troubleshoot a minor issue. Today I walked into my local Verizon Store, and for the first time, it was a true pleasure. I was eargerly greeted by June, he was more helpful than you know. I needed a new phone and he showed me several models and explained each one. He installed the glass covering and took his time with me. He was a pleasure to work with. If you go to this location and a young blonde/brown haired girl tries to help you, either request someone else or go to another verizon location. she is rude and not helpful whatsoever. i was there for not even 10 minutes on Sunday morning 2/2/20 and left to go to the Egg Harbor Rd location.

I just got with the times and bought a smartphone. The representatives there made the process very easy. My last phone was a flip phone so my representative, Jun (who was an absolute DREAM to work with) spent 2 HOURS teaching me how to use it and setting it up. Most young people wouldn’t do that these days but he really went above and beyond. I really appreciated it.

Fast forward a year and a few months.. I need to use the insurance and in told that it was only put on my wifes phone. I remember the transaction.. They were supposed to keep the plan and insurance the same, as its been for years with us and Verizon Wireless. Just visit an actual Verizon store.. Not an authorized retailer.

Jun was very attentive. Very informative and helpful. I’m extremely impressed with the customer service skills this branch has. I came in with some phone issues but with the help of Mr. Jun everything was resolved and went smoothly. Sincerely a loyal verizon customer!!!!!!!!!! I came into the Glassboro Verizon store because the battery on my iPhone6S was plummeting in power within a short period of time. Solutions Specialist Tyrone Williams spent several hours with me, trouble shooting the problem and contacting Verizon for the needed solution. Tyrone was friendly, competent, and extremely patient throughout. According to Verizon, I had to reset the phone and check with them again the next day to see if the problem had been resolved. Since I can only get DSL at home, restoring my phone would have taken at least 24 hours, so Tyrone welcomed me to sit in the store while my phone reloaded in about an hour (a huge improvement!) The next day, the phone was still losing power, so Verizon sent me a new phone. I went into the Glassboro Verizon store the next day to restore my iPhone again, where Tyrone was once again gracious and patient. Great customer service!

I have never received service like I did Today! He was completely knowledgeable about all of the problems I had, he resolved every one of my problems without exception. Went to the Verizon for issues with my phone. The sales associate was very dismissive with my issue and had subpar customer service. Hope that they improve thier interactions with loyal customers.

I switched over to Verizon, so they gave me a free tablet. I told them I did not want it because I didn’t want to have to pay extra for it... after repeatedly assuring me I wouldn’t be paying for the tablet, sure enough I AM! Now I have to pay 200$ for an early termination fee.

I walked into the store with a very unique situation with T-Mobile and a dealer line, Associate Jun was great and helped me open a new line as well as set up the new hum software for me. I recommend this store for anyone looking for great service in a timely manner. Thanks Jun!
