Going to have police investigate this store because of a shady employee who put a 40 dollar phone wallet on my charge without me realizing it. A pink folio galaxy phone wallet, that I did not ask for, and obviously never had and do not have in my possession. Be careful going to this store.

Sandy was amazing. She went above and beyond for me. They did not have the phone in that I wanted for my daughter but she was able to get it in the next day and helped me upgrade my plan. I appreciated all her help and knowledge.

I found the customer service there to be very useful and I would get a five star. Ive never had any problems with their service or their cellular reception.

My wife insists on using this location. Joel helps her figure everything out as she is challenged with any technology. I have found everyone there to be helpful. Be there soon to upgrade her phone. 5 stars is not enough. I would be leaving a bad review if it were warranted but that is not the case. Thanks to everyone for your help!

Great experience! I dropped the high cost provider and went with Cricket. Love the plan and phone! The girl helping me was wonderful.Update...Im not sure of the girls name here but she is very helpful all the time

Great service. Great product. My only complaint is that they need to update their computer system. Multiple locations had trouble with their computers freezing up. Please get new units. Customers cant be waiting around. Thank you.

Very informative and helpful

Showed up at 215 on a Friday to buy a new phone and a plan. The open sign was lite up and all the lights were on but the door was locked and no employees were in sight. I stayed for 15 minutes to see if anyone would show up. Then I called the store phone number and when the voicemail came up, it was full and unable to take messages. Finally after 20 minutes guy showed up and unlocked the door. He said he was in the back room. Very unprofessional!

Good store, helpful staff. Same great service on the AT&T network for a lot less $$$$ and now that they are owned by AT&T you can use AT&T or unlocked GSM phones and get LTE date speeds.

Say what you will about Cricket as a company, but Ive been relying on this location for 2+ years for any phone issues that can be resolved only in person and the people who work here have never let me down
