Owner is very nice, willing to tell you your options and think outside the box. The owner is also the repair expert. He managed to repair my Galaxy Note 4 camera glass (protecting the camera lens) without even having the recommended kit in stock because I didnt want to wait for one. Its perfect! Good-as-new. Impressive knowledge and workmanship, very inexpensive, and a polite owner. Highly recommended!Oh and very close to the Rowan campus. Easily reached by walking.

The level of service is fantastic!My 80 yr old mother broke her IPhone screen and called me complaining about how badly she was treated at Geek Squad, and told she had to leave it for 2 days.I live in Texas. I found I Fix on line and called.The owner was so sweet, and informative. I explained the situation, and he said to send her over. Mom made it there the following day, was met by the owner ( who she was so impressed by), got the screen replaced in 30 minutes, and for less than half of what Geek Squad wanted!If you need any type of repair, I suggest you use I fix! They are awesome!

I came in for a battery replacement and phone charger. The man working was very friendly, professional, and informed me about the battery life percentage on my phone before suggesting a replacement. He also informed me on how different chargers will effect your battery life. My phone battery was replaced within 15 minutes.
