It has been a 10 yr relationship with this store for us. And every time we go in, we get the same great customer service. These guys really know what their doing, try to give you the best deal and are so trustworthy. We can’t say enough about the professionalism and genuine nature of these employees. I never go anywhere else and have sent many a friend and family to this store front because of the service given.
Tori is best. Id say she should be running all of AT&T, but I selfishly want to keep her at the store closest to my office for any future phone issues. She was patient with me, as I am about as tech savvy as a brick. She was able to rectify the issue of both my Wifes and my phone breaking in a 13hr span. Mine was work related, and by that I mean I sat on it while at work. But Tori was able to get me squared away quick and painlessly in no time at all.

I visited the Glassboro store to see Tori who handles all of my wireless needs. My visit was great as always. I got my 20 ULTRA, MY IPAD PRO & THE 2ND GENERATION PEN for it. Everytime I sent a group text, not everyone would receive it. Since my phone was beat up, I ordered a brand new one. Group texting is still not working. Russ, from the Glassboro, NJ store, who worked for an hour trying to fix it, did figure out, it was only the AT&T customers in the group who received my messages. I called 611 for help but couldnt get connected.Russ helped me as I received online tech support, but its still unresolved. I have an appointment in Deptford tomorrow . I need a resolution to this .
I was there around November 2019. I had terrific service. The staff saved me a ton of money and got me two free phones.Every time I go there I leave very satisfied. They are friendly, smart, know their product and aim to please. I couldnt be happier.

I came into the AT&T Glassboro store today because my friend forgot his password The customer Service on the phone could not help .They reset his phone and could not help him.After hours of Severino waiting for Customer Service .Buck and Giovanni patiently figured out his email and password.Call it magic..No! I call it dedication.These At&t employees did not give up.If you got a phone issue I highly recommend these Guys Thanks for making my day off a fun but great day.There really are good people in this world..You guys are awesome!

I have never received such wonderful costumer service like we received at AT&T Glassboro. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tate helped us as we ordered a specific iPhone. When it arrived, my husband had a question and the first person he thought to call was Tate. Wow was he glad that he did because within moments Tate walked him through the necessary steps and my iPhone was up and running in minutes. I returned to the store to purchase accessories and received excellent customer service from both Giovanni and Tate as they helped answer all of my questions and they even put my new screen protector on for me! These guys are awesome! They truly deserve recognition for their hard work.
The staff at this location are excellent! They took there time to meet my every need! The atmosphere is so friendly, I felt right at home. This stores employees actually care about their customers and they go to great lengths to make sure thats known. I recommend everyone to make this their home at&t store! Ask for Ron when you stop in.
Ron Cannatella saved me a ton of money tonight. I was greeted kindly and professionally from him as soon as I went in, he even the held the door for me. I was expecting a hefty bill after my son lost his phone, but Ron showed me the best way to go about replacing it with the phone that fit our needs (and not above our needs) at a fraction of the cost I was anticipating. This store is the absolute best!! I have only ever had friendly and knowledgeable customer service. There has never been a time where one of the customer service reps hasnt taken all the time they needed to explain my bill and all my technology questions! I cant say enough good about this store, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

In November I called this store to ask if they had apple watches in stock because I wanted to get my wife one for Christmas. I was told over the phone that they had one left in stock. I showed up there about 10 minutes after I got off the phone with them to find out that they lied to me on the phone and they didn’t have any in stock. I was very disappointed but the guys in the store told me I could just order one and that it would only take 3-5 days to ship. I ordered the watch because I had a couple weeks till Christmas still and as long as I had it by then it’s no big deal. I just got the watch today which is December 30th. And then the cherry on top is that they ordered me the Nike version of the watch which I specifically didn’t want because I think it’s a waste of the extra money just for the Nike wrist band.Overall I am disgusted with this store and the employees there. Will never go back and will steer everyone I can away from that store!
I am a retired Industrial Educator/Trainer. I have designed major Customer Service Trainings for multiple corporations. As a result of my career I am constantly on the look-out for exemplary Customer Service Reps. Recently, I had the need for some special assistance at the AT&T store in Glassboro, NJ. Fortunately, I met the team of: Tate Townsend, Assistant Manager; Kyle Grays, Wireless Solutions Specialist and Eric Robertson, Wireless Solutions Specialist. On a Hi-Tech scale they are totally competent, tech savvy professionals. They are exceptionally well trained and schooled in AT&T Wireless Systems. On the Hi-Touch scale they are totally people focused, caring, considerate and supportive. They demonstrated excellent communications skills and worked patiently with a non-technical lay person. I want to make special mention of Tate Townsend. He is an exemplary leader and took personal interest in my situation. I want to give a five-star recommendation to Tate and his Team. They gave me a WOW! AWESOME!

Recently I broke my phone, and came in to get some of my things switched over. Unluckily I couldnt get my old information back :( But TATE!!!! did a great job setting up my new device. My father and I will never head to another store that Tate Townsend is not in. We met him last year when he helped my father and gave us terrific service. And on today when I had to upgrade my phone he gave the same service.
This AT&T retailer is hands-down the best AT&T store around Bar none. I live in Deptford and I literally pass two other AT&T retailers to reach this one. I really feel that they go above and beyond what needs to be done and make you feel almost like family. I buy all my phones and accessories for my plan from Tate, he is very very knowledgeable, extremely down-to-earth, very respectful, and will go out of his way and do whatever it takes to explain and make sure youre satisfied with your purchase. I cant say enough good things about Tate and his store as long as hes working there and they are still in business I will be a loyal AT&T customer

I have to say that we had the best experience with Kyle at this store. I dont want to write anything bad in this review but lets just say that no matter where we turned with AT&T for help with my daughters phone, there was nothing but trouble, for over 2 months trying to get it activated. We had one last chance to get the phone working and Kyle just absolutely saved the day. His patience, knowledge and customer service as fabulous!!! I would send my daughter back there in an instant. I had a great experience at this AT&T location. Anthony Phillips assisted me with my upgrade and he was a huge help. I was there for like an hour one day than another hour the next day and he answered all of my questions and was very patient. I really appreciated it as it help me make the right decision.

When one of our phones died, we stopped in to see what could be done. This was a bit of an emergency, as we have no land line and pretty much everything is done on the phone. Rachel and her crew (Tate, Kyle, and Greg) were eager to help us in a difficult situation. Tate was especially helpful; not only did he hook us up with new phones and tablets, he reduced our monthly nut. Great job!

Not Happy at all. Feel cheated. Purchased a new 3 YR plan with two new phones, of which I never got a written copy. Michael, the salesman quoted us the monthly price. Now, We are being charged $40 per month MORE than he quoted us. NO ONE AT THE STORE HAS ANY INTEREST IN CORRECTING THIS ERROR THEY MADE. THEIR ERROR/MISQUOTE. I need to do something

This store provides great service. Ron Cannatella put endless time and energy into helping me with my phone and plan selections. While he was at it, he found some opportunities for me to improve my services while saving money. Cant ask for much more than that.
Went to AT&T in Glassboel by the Wawa and Ronnie Stephanie and Rose were all very friendly when I walked in. Rose was helping a customer and Ronnie came around the desk introduced himself and shook my hand.. he took my payment saw that I only owed a small amount so he called customer service and spoke to a rep and I got my services restored and an arrangement made. I also signed up for Direct TV which is an awesome deal.... I have never gone into a AT&T store and gotten such friendly going out of the way to help me service...I know where to go when I have any issues..Thank You again
This store and the employees at first will due everything they can to real you in and once they got you they do not care. The manager there Kyle was no help at all and was just flat out rude. I would recommend anyone to avoid AT&T they are nothing but liars.

Came into the Glassboro At&t store and Tate gave us a warm welcome by greeting me at the door. And lowered my bail while getting a new phone and Tablet. He is a very honest and caring person and he help me set up both my phone and tablet he is awesome. See him if you ever need anything
I felt extremely well taken care of by assistant manager Ronald Cannatella. He is problem solver who is efficient, intelligent, personal and thorough. This was the 2nd time he got to the bottom of a difficult technical problem quickly and without added stress or frustration. He communicates clearly and to the point, calmly, confidently and respectfully. What a gem!
My phone had a serious problem in not sending my text messages stating that too many are sending when that wasnt the case. Victor worked diligently until he remedied the problem. I suggest you endeavor to give him a raise to keep him there helping your customers. Tate is also excellent with your customers!

Karen, Victor and a new guy went above and beyond to assist me. I bought a stolen Samsung galaxy 8 plus from a pawn shop. I really wanted to have this phone. As upset as I was they all assisted me in getting the info needed for police report and got me and my wife new (not stolen) galaxy 8+s and even stayed past closing to sign me up for a plan. All 3 including the new guy were very knowledgeable. I wouldnt have known he was new if he didnt say so. The store was super clean everyone was helpfull I left there satisfied and happy even though I came in upset for losing $400 on stolen phone. You want a new phone dont go to a pawn shop come see the people at the Glassboro store. Tell them Marty sent you. You wont get a discount nor will I but you will get a good chuckle and great service

Not helpful in any way when I tried to pay the remainder of my phone bill off. Instead of helping me, he told me what I should have done 2 weeks ago but gave me no helpful information for my current situation.
Went in to the store to ask questions about my buisness and ended up switching my regular phone over from t-mobile.. Adam the gentlemen helping me was unlike any other person ive had to deal with in the phone industry.. I really dont know much about phones but Adam didnt abuse that situation .. Very helpful young man

The people who work there are some of the most professional, helpful, polite, friendly and well trained in customer service that we have ever encountered. Chaun King and Kyle Grays were especially helpful to us. Chaun King went above and beyond the call of duty by coming to our home to see if he could assist us with some connectivity issues with our new LG tablet!All of these things that we experienced are certainly a reflection on the great job the manager, Rachel Immendorf, is doing in leading and working with her staff. THEY WILL TELL YOU ONCE THEY GOT YOU THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU IT IS ALL UP TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS DIFFERENT, TATE WILL TELL YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WRONG. SO WARNING STAY OUT OF THAT STORE

Weak. My salesperson was not very interested and neither were the rest hiding in the breakroom while customers paced. I signed up for a $35 a month plan and my bill is $90+ for the month. Now I have to sort that out.
