Very helpful and informative staff. I always bring my 5/6 year old and they have all the answers for her that parents like myself arent aware of.

I would not recommend this GameStop because of the employee that works there. I say that as a singular because he’s the only one I’ve ever seen on multiple occasions.He is not nice, if you do something he doesn’t like he will visibly become annoyed and begin slamming stuff around and be short with you. In addition, he has lied not only to my face about certain products, but also in the company of a store-full of customers on separate occasions.Simply will not return to this location/buy anything from this location when he is working.

Always love going to the stop and talking to an actual, knowledgeable person and buying a hard copy of the game I want. Sure you can buy a digital copy on your console but I prefer a hard copy, that way I WILL ALWAYS have it! These particular employees were very helpful with my business on my visit this day.

Racist workers in there, came in there with my son to reward him for being great after a doctors appointment. When I walked in a gentleman was helping another customer and I can understand that. After the customer was done being served not once did the worker offer assistance when we obviously looked like we were looking for something . As soon as another white customer walked in he gets greeted with a great attitude hey there buddy what can I get for you? Took my son and left. Doesnt even deserve one star.

I used T-Mobile and Im still with it and I reach age 19 years it seems fine but sometimes you get deals better with calling customer service people at the main office because the stores cannot really do that without them being allowed

Tried to order a standard Xbox One controller. Pickup in store was not available for any controller at this location online, I thought that was strange so I called. The phone rang 10 times nobody answered and no voice mail. I thought that was strange too because they are only doing curbside pickup. I was in the area so I called again about an hour later. The store rep asked what I wanted and I told him a standard stock Xbox One Controller. Apparently they dont have any new stock Xbox controllers in stock, only modified and themed controllers and used non stock controllers. On top of that, they do not accept cash or debit cards, only credit cards. How does a GameStop not have any regular new Xbox controllers? Anyway, I prefer to shop places that accept my money and have what I am looking for. I am disappointed I do not have a local GameStop that sells plain stock Xbox controllers in glassboro, and they do not accept regular money.

I really enjoyed looking around in this store. Some things were on clearance and others not. But they carried a Little bit of everything you can think of. Nicely placed store with great buys. Its a shame some Game Stops are going out of business..

Dont use this store . I spent 600.dollars on there went back 2 days later I need a 360 mic and Howard would not help me he was Rude mad at his job didnt want to be there so quit your job dude. I was shopping for a new game and stopped in. I try avoid shopping malls and other such places, mainly for these types of stores to exist with poor customer service and even low opinions on the customers. As I was looking around, people were coming in asking questions to the guys working there. Normal stuff, until they left. The guys suddenly be insulting and just plain disrespectful. I was getting sick at the prices and ridiculous if not preowned, get new attitude makes me go there even less. I had to hear that they are smarter than everyone. Im guessing the college crowd likes that, but I rather go other places for my video games.

Nice and chill as most gamestops are and its clean but its gamestop Im sure we have all been there for years by now, nothing I can tell you other than the things you already know but I will say again buy new to support developers do not buy used unless you dont want to support the developer and would rather save a few bucks supporting game stop and than you get no more games from your favorite game makers cause you never gave them any money buying used.

The store is so small and cramped that its hard to not move around without hitting something. The prices are extremely high and the trade in prices are too low. Yet, the customer service representative was kind, answer my questions, helped me to find a game I would like, and was helpful to the point I want to visit again.

The employees there know their stuff pretty well. Theyre up on the most recent specials, know about new releases, and upcoming products. Best of all, theyre not complete corporate stooges, they form informed opinions, and can make useful recommendations that apply to real-world situations.Unfortunately, due to the size of the store, and the fact that they have a large captive audience of bored customers (freshmen on the nearby Rowan campus are not allowed to keep cars on campus, and even when students can have cars, they still prefer to stay as local as possible), they sell out of some products rather quickly (especially in-demand and refurbished stuff). Still this store is worth checking out, you never know what youll find.

Very, very small space. Do NOT go around the holidays. So many people in such a small space so there is no room to move.

This store would be cool if they didn’t try to upsell so much, and the annoying TVs playing constantly in the background and man the trade credit is beyond ridiculous yet they would sell your exact product for twice as much I’d say move on to downloads for games don’t even bother. If you need specific games exclusively to gamestop then I get it.

Unless your buying used games or hardware this store is pretty useless. That being said the staff were kind and helpful.

I purchased a new 3DS XL today. When I opened it, there was no tape sealing the outside of the box, the bag containing the manual was open instead of sealed, the foam sheet that goes in between the screens was missing, there were smudges all over the DS (screens and outside), there was a hair stuck in the sound jack, two scratches across the screen, and scratches on the outside of the case. The system was clearly used.But theres more! Somebody very clearly tried to clean the system, but failed horribly. The edge of the screen had dirt and debris stuck in it, exactly as though someone had wiped the screen but not gotten in the corners.I would not have been upset if this system was sold to me as used. Its in very good condition. But I didnt ask for used, I asked (and paid for) new. And the fact that you guys are trying to pass your used merchandise off as new is disgusting.

I accidentally bought infinite warfare for the Xbox one and I have a PS4. I brought it back to Gamestop opened, because I didnt realize until I seen the disc said Xbox lol. He exchanged it for me so thanks Im the idiot now well see how good this game is

So the associates at this location lie to customers about their stock levels of ps4. I was there when the ups driver delivered 12 units to them today. The associates call their friends and tell them they have it while lying to other customers that just call in to see if they have it. Shameful. You should not have to know someone at GameStop to get a ps4 ...should be first come first serve. When I asked for one they told me they didnt have it and tried hard to sell me a xbox1. When I told them I googled the model number on the boxs they just received and I know whats in them only then did they sell me one. Needless to say I will not be returning to GameStop.
