I dropped my phone and bent the charging port, making me unable to charge me phone. Verizon told me I’d need to use my insurance and get a brand new phone, but recommended this place as a last resort before that. The gentleman (I never got his name) took my phone in the back and brought it back to me as good as new within 3 minutes, for no charge at all! Awesome customer service!

I had dropped my iPhone 8 and the haptic function came loose and made my home button sound really loud and obnoxious when I would click it. Scheduled an appointment with this establishment and I showed up, and the person working was able to fix it for me in less than 10 minutes. Super fast, super understanding staff, highly recommend if you need a quick fix!!!!

Came in thinking I had one problem, the employee helped me out and determined it was another problem that was a much cheaper fix. Quickly and promptly got it solved. Employee also treated me like a person not like someone that has been drilled on what to say to every customer. Made me feel comfortable like I was talking to a friend not a corporate robot. Wouldnt hesitate about coming back to get something repaired here.

Came in to get my mothers Note 20 Ultra screen replaced and the guys were extremely helpful, prices were pretty fair compared to everyone else I asked around. Screen works great like it was never broken. Will definitely be using again in the future.

The staff was very attentive and nice. I came in as a walk in but didn’t have to wait long at all to have my screen fixed. Nick even threw in a screen protector. Overall, it was quick quality service.

Fixed my ps4. Professional, good communication & most importantly honest.

They made me come in three times just tell me they couldn’t fix my phone. The first two times I was in too late which is understandable. What is not understandable is that each time they looked at my phone and could’ve told me they couldn’t fix it the first time I came in. Instead they had me come in two more times for nothing.

Very disappointed..I went two days in a row. 1st day at 145, they close at 52nd day at 1030, again they close at 5 both days I was told there wasnt enough time to fix my cracked screen

I found this place by just googling (fix iPad screen). I made an appointment by email because they were closed when I found the website. They called me first thing in the morning, to confirm my appointment. When I got there they took a look at my sons iPad mini 4 and said we can fix it within 2-4 hours. They were very reasonable with the price and friendly service. They only use high quality products so you dont have to worry about getting something cheap like a low quality screen or anything like that. I highly recommend this place to get your electronics fixed. I am extremely happy with the work they did.

Awesome place. Took my laptop to check out a problem with my wifi card. Not only did they look at it free of charge, but they didnt even push an expensive repair on me. Of course while they certainly would have done it, they informed the repair would be easy to do myself if I didnt want to spend the money. This is customer service at its finest

I own a Samsung s21 plus. I have only had it for 5 months and it went totally black. T Mobile was not able to help me because I didnt have a protection plan and the store representative didnt know what was wrong with it. I called Samsung and they said to take it to UBreakIfix in Glassboro. Here the display screen went after only 5 months. Within 3 hours my phone was repaired. The store representatives were so helpful!

The store associate working today @ the Glassboro store location on the afternoon shift at 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon, June 13th 2021 lied to a customer and as a consequence you guys lost business. Now its enflamed because Im telling all my friends to boycott the place due to a serious lack of customer service.

Such an easy experience. I thought my phone was going to be such a complicated fix. Turns out a cheap bobo charge piece got stuck in my phone. The people at UbreakIfix had my phone working in seconds. I spent so my money on wireless chargers I should have just brought it here first!

I was recommended to this store after calling another repair shop that didnt work on LG phones. They were able to order in the part for me and it came 5 days earlier than expected. Robert was amazing. He had everything ready for when I arrived, installed tempered glass that I had brought in myself, and was done with the repair even though I showed up an hour earlier than I said for pick-up. I definitely recommend for fast, reliable service.

I cracked my screen and went to the store to have it repaired. When I entered the store, Robert greeted me very warmly and answered my questions about the repair including cost and time it would take to fix the phone. While Robert was assisting me, the phone was ringing nonstop and the police entered the store to talk to him about a non urgent call they received. Robert apologized and thanked me for my patience and told me that my phone would be ready in 3 hours. When I returned to pick up my phone, Robert thanked me again for my patience and added a screen protector to my phone for free. I would highly suggest this business and I appreciate the professionalism I received from Robert.

I am blown away at this store. I brought my Samsung Galaxy S20+ in because the screen was cracked, lifting, half of it was blacked out and was totally unusable. I had no phone insurance and thought the repair would be almost the price of the phone. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED by the service, short time to have the phone fixed, the price was way BELOW what I had expected and I was told my phone would be repaired using GENUINE SAMSUNG PARTS. Also, my phone was checked thoroughly to make sure everything was in working order before being returned. My phone was fixed and ready to go when promised, no extra charges and there is a 90 day warranty on the repair! I am so happy to have found uBreakiFix! I brought my working phone in for this company to replace a cracked screen. The associate explained that it could be done and I signed the contract for them to proceed. After giving the company 4 hours to complete this task, I came back to the store to find a still cracked screen and now broken phone. All the associate said was that he couldnt fix the screen, nothing about the broken phone. When I left the store, I quickly realized that my phone had no service and couldnt send a text or make a call. I went back into the store and spoke to the same associate asking for an explanation. He explained to me in a rude manner that nothing could be done and that the phone must have already been damaged. I am furious with this companys lack of professionalism as well as efforts to cover up breaking my phone.

Cant say enough good things about this location. Came here with a problem with my Pixel and they literally got into a shouting match convincing the Google support representative to just replace my phone so that they dont have to wipe it just to run diagnostics for whats a known issue with the 4 XLs.At the same time helped me troubleshoot an issue with my laptops keyboard and gave me instructions on what to do next.Would definitely not hesitate to recommend this place or come back if I ever need any service.

Unfortunately they were not able to help us fix our XBox but they were very helpful in giving me information on who could possibly do it, and how to go about replacing it. Will definitely use them if we ever have the need again!

Over priced and poor service. Went in for a screen repair and they damaged my battery in the process. Their response was, “you signed a form saying we’re not responsible for other damages but if you want, I’ll put your broken screen back on”. Charged me $140 for a new screen but left my phone un-usuable. Staples ended up repairing my screen and battery for $70.

Visited store 08/312020 and dealt with Rob who diagnosed my wifesphone. Replaced battery which solved the problem at a reasonablecost and I was on my way in no time. Subsequently had a problemwith the audio and Rob fixed the problem with no charge for labor.I highly recommend this store and will definitely visit again shouldI need repairs in the future. It was a pleasure to deal with a facilitywhere the employees are professional and responsive to you needs.

The staff here are awesome. I came in to get my remote fix. I spoke to Juan and explained what was happening. He told me to come back the next day. When I came in the remote was fully functional and working properly. However, when I went to pay Juan told me no need because it wasnt hard to fix the remote. I insist on paying but he said it was on the house. I will be bringing all my electronic to this place going forward. Great staff and great work.

Really friendly and professional personnel working here. They treated our device with care and respect. The entire experience was pleasant and informative start to finish. The free diagnostic check is a great service to determine if something is really needed before jumping in and just doing a repair to make the buck. Because of this we didnt get charged for anything as the check found a simple unplugged cable in the phone to get it back to full operation again.Get business overall and if another one of my electronics needs a repair I will be going here. Fixed cracked cellphone screen. Had cellphone back in less then 2 hours. Insurance took care of the bill, less $29.95 co-pay. The actual bill was $239.95. Glad I had the insurance. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely recommending this business.

Drove 30 minutes to this location after being told they could fix my separating Apple Watch screen. On location, the cashier assured me it would be a quick fix, when another employee emerged from the back to say we don’t touch watches, with an attitude. The cashier said to the other employee that it just needed to be resealed and the other employee repeated we don’t do watches. When I asked their opinion of where else I could go, the other employee said ‘there’s another place called ifix, it’s out there somewhere. I’m not from around here, but if you look for it, it’s out there somewhere.’ Which I thought was rude. Then a nice finisher to this stellar customer service experience was, when I asked if I could use their restroom I was flatly told no. I’ll be sure to drive 30 minutes in the opposite direction next time I require a tech repair.
