Exceptional efforts and service by the team, especially Natash, here at Glassboros Rent-A-Center. My family purchased a sectional; however, due to the COVID-19 effects on distribution and shipping, we had at least a 2-8 week wait. We contacted this team to book a short-term rental; unfortunately, the item we wanted was brand new and only eligible for rent-to-own. However, Natash walked through the store, took photographs of used sectionals and couch/sofa sets, then enabled me to make the best decision for our family. We booked a month long rental and are very delighted at the experience that Natash and the team provided. Thank you!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I wish I could give less. Winding down on my last few payments with this company, thank God. This place is designed for people who get a little late on their payments, yet they will continually harass you morning noon and night. Before 8:00 a.m. and after reasonable hours they call.Furthermore, after a missed payment they will continue to try to charge your card so that the second you get money in there they will take it. This can make it difficult for someone who is trying to organize their finances, as soon as you get money for groceries or anything else they will take it from you without making a new payment arrangement.I am looking forward to never doing business with this company again!!!

They will work with you and help in anyway they can to make sure you are able to finish your payments and they care about there customers

Rent a center is a nice place for new products, that r new and used. I rather pick the new stuff. Payed off my tv, tablet, and phone. Thanks Andrew for working with me

I have worked woth both Jeff and Andrew. Both have been phenomenal! I got a couch, but after a month or so, decided I wanted something different. I also wanted to get a fireplace/tv stand. I went back and forth, trying to decide between products. Not once did the associates complain, or try and talk me into something that I didnt want. They also hooked me up with specials that I wasnt even aware that they had. I would highly recommend this place if you need anything for your house, but dont have the finances to just go buy it outright. They get an A+ in my book.

Went in there with the intention of furnishing 2 rooms for our teenage daughters. Our youngest is three and she was with us. While we were talking with a saleswoman, our daughter climbed on one of the couches. A younger female came from the back and hollered at her with no warning. The saleswoman that was speaking to us was very apologetic but the damage was done. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and quite honestly I tell every person I can about them.
