I went today because I kept losing air in one tire. I was on my lunch break. Rafe immediately had my car put in the bay for inspection. The tire was repaired at a reasonable price. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Not only were they fast, but friendly as well. I will go there again.

Awesome experience today. I picked up a screw while running errands and immediately started looking for service centers to get me rolling again. After visiting pep boys, walmart and Firestone I was turned away due to being booked up. I called Mr Tire and they too were booked up but told me to come in anyway. They got me in and taken care of in no time. True customer service here! They went the extra mile to help me out and I will definitely be coming back and recommend them to friends and family.

I went there because the place that I normally go to was closed for the week. Im glad that I did because they were so helpful and they were giving me updates as to what they did to my vehicle. The price was higher than I normally would pay at my regular mechanic but it was well worth it and I will return again. The customer service was awesome!

These guys are amazing! J’diah helped solve my tire issue with a smile and super fast service. He even resolved an issue with the tire sensor light on the same day. I have always had such a wonderful experience with them whether it’s for an oil change or with tires. Highly recommend these guys.

Left my car for an emissions inspection and oil change. They called me and said I needed a filter but for the inspection, oil change and filter it would cost 100.67. I asked if they inspected it because I didn’t see it on the itemized bill. Oh yes it’s been inspected. I paid and after going over the bill and walking back in I was told their machine had been broke and it was just fixed but they didn’t have anyone to do the inspection today. That they had inspected my car not an emissions inspection. Beyond waste of my time and money.

They were fast and very friendly and did great work but their inspection machine is outdated and couldnt read my car so I had to take it to another shop for the inspection which is annoying but they cant help that corporate wont update their machine. The oil change filter change and tire rotation was great! I definitely rec6this location unless you need an inspection.

I thought business work until there closing time!! If there is no customers in your shop and you have 45min until closing why dont you help customers that comes in? Businesses closing these days and you dont wont to work cause you about to close in 45min smh..

They were super generous and very professional. Jase, Jason, and Chris were a really big help. I went all over town looking for a tire and rim. When everyone wide told me my rim was torpedoed they fixed my rim, tire, nuts and bolts and screws. The staff is amazing and they worked around the cost to make it more affordable for me. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Great friendly manager Jas and Justin the service tech had very great work ethics and was attentive to what was going on. He didn’t have to be asked to do anything went right to work and was efficient. I was in there for less than 20 mins.

Whoever was working the front desk at noon today harrassed and chased me and my fiance all the way out the door in a completely unprofessional and unprovoked manner that couldve degenerated into a physical altercation merely from his attitude alone. never going backNot sure why he took us getting an inspection (considering you dont do them here) somewhere else so personally but he should not have these responsibilities and jobs as hes clearly not handling customers very well.

I had an issue with another tire company not following through and decided to use Mr. Tire at the advise from a friend. I needed new tires today and Chris went above and beyond to accommodate. He was especially helpful and professional on the phone, extremely pleasant with the right amount of wit which eased an otherwise stressful situation. He ordered and received my tires today and when I arrived for service, my car was taken back immediately. The manager of the store explained the warranty to me and offered to answer questions without ever making me feel rushed or as if I was imposing. The staff at Mr. Tire are all welcoming and the customer service they provided was impeccable. A true breath of fresh air when it seems good customer service is so hard to come by these days. Happy new customer!

I must say I was thoroughly impressed by Chris. He was so personable which is rare at alot of businesses these days! I had a flat tire at 6:35 on yesterday (2/7) and EVERYTHING was closed except Mr. Tire which closed at 7pm. Jason agreed to service my car even though it was close to closing time!! They gave me a good deal on my tire and Chris even acknowledged I was a veteran from my license tag which was also special. I am very appreciative of the offer to refund the cost of the services not performed. I am updating the review to reflect three stars due to the excellent customer service, but given the pretty egregious failures of the original visit, I cant rate them any higher.Despite my sarcasm in the original review, it was extremely generous of the techs here to bleed the brakes. I was fully expecting to need new brakes overall given the age of the vehicle I had purchased that morning, but they confirmed it just needed a brake fluid flush and lines bled, which was performed free of charge.**Following is original text of review**Went there yesterday for new tires, oil change, alignment. They only installed the new tires but did not align the wheels nor did they balance the new tires. The oil change was not performed at all. I spent $632.90 and received $316.48 worth of work, which is simply total cost of the new tires.But hey, at least they bled my brakes for free, I guess.

Not a.good experience, suppose be Mr Tire, the only reason I took my truck there is cause need tire rotation and change oil, only the oil happens cause something wrong with the lift 🤔 they should told me before hand but whatever, oil I can do it my self and save $40 bucks for a half job done wow, good to go, 1st store that happens to me, blow my mind is a tire shop and dont do the tire job .

Had to get 4 new tires for my sons car. I told them the wrong size of the tires, and the ones he needed were more expensive. Despite my mistake, they still lowered their pricing to make it closer to what I had budgeted. Pleasant, professional. Im coming back.

Nice people, but I went there to fix my ac on my car. Id spend 600 dollars, and 2 hours later the ac was broken again, they recommend me other place because they not sure what was the problem and I was supposed to get my money back, that was 2 months ago, and still waiting. Im not recommended this place.

I Love this place. the mechanics are experts and know what theyre doing. The service is quick and fast and very friendly. Austin is a very good mechanic. Very professional. Makes you feel very at ease while you wait for your vehicle to be fixed. The little break area that you wait in is very clean and very nice. There is also coffee made for the customers. Sometimes they have snacks in the wait room where the customer sits. Very nice place. Great prices. I recommend anyone who needs new tires go here.all your car problems are fixed quick. Honest crew! I came in and told them what I wanted replaced, becouse I thought for sure it was the problem . Instead of just fixing that, Jas came out and told me what I actually needed ! Saved me about 300.00....customer for life....hard to find a honest mechanic shop anymore ......100 stars!!!

Jas is awesome hands down the best place to get your brakes serviced these guys really know what they are talking about. Life time warranty on my pads you cant shake a stick at that.

I went to Mr. Tire in July of last year. They were awesome. They really treated me right. I didnt even consider taking my car somewhere else. I went this past Saturday 2/29/20 for an oil change and a tire rotation. Although the paperwork stated they completed the tire rotation, they did not. I had a slow leak on a tire and the valve stem cap on one tire was missing. and those two tires are in exactly the same place. Who knows if they actually did my oil change. Cant trust you now, so Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Very poor customer service and manager Jas acted totally rude and was no help at all yelled at employees and called them idiots. Poor business!

Unprofessional and a waste of time. What used to be our “friendly neighborhood tire shop” has now become “I’ll get to it when I feel like it and also waste your entire day” tire shop. I won’t waste another minute or spend another dime with “Mr Tire” formerly Clark Tire.

This was my first time at Mr. Tire auto center.It was a great experince. Im still new to gastonia and have been to a few diff auto repair shops around the city. I have not returned to any of those businesses for the simple fact that the customer service and the work that was done was not even satisfactory. But i can not say the same about this shop. Chris S. Was the young man at the front, and was ready to help me with a great attitude. I did not catch the name of the mechanic that helped me with my problem. But i do know he put off eating his lunch to help me out. I will be returning back when ever there is a problem with my vehicle. I am actually making an appointment this week for some more work to my wifes car.

I drive for a living, so my car is the most important thing to keep maintenance up on. I have been coming to these guys exclusively and they have just been absolutely amazing for these past 5 years. I dont know what I would do without them! They have seriously taken care of me so well.

I had two front tires replaced with them. I think they must not have tightened the lug nuts enough because I just had 3 of my lug nuts and stem break off on the driver side and I am missing a lug nut on the passenger side.Although the work was done in September and I know that it is awhile ago. Nobody else has toughed my car and the Mgr could not have cared less. He not only said he would do nothing for me as far as a warranty, he would not even look at my car until Monday and it was Saturday morning..
