Went to have my brakes done. They did a brake inspection and let me know that my brakes were good. Told me I had about 15000 miles left on the front and 30000 miles left on the rear. This is an honest place. Will go back and recommend anyone that needs work done on there vehicle to go here.

Cat came out and asked what I was getting done and I told her I needed an inspection and a conventional oil change. She told me the she couldn’t do either. I wanted to get three cars done that day, she is the worst manager/ customer service employee I have ever meet. She didn’t even apologize! I will never be back and I am letting everyone know how bad the service was!!!!

As a single female I dont like taking my car anywhere as I always feel like Im being taken advantage of. This Jiffy Lube didnt pressure me into anything. I asked about a fuel system flush and they gave me information and options. They even gave me a discount when I decided to get it. They were quick, courteous, and honest and I will definitely use them again.

The employees received us as soon as we pulled up which was great because it was our first time, and we were unsure of what to do. Not gonna go into detail because its bn over a year and the only reason Im leaving a review now is because the truck I had to replace my BMW with now needs an oil change. Just know I made a mistake because I didnt wanna drive all the way to Lake Wylie Euro. Ended up having to get rid of my BMW...

Went today for an inspection. I have had absolutely no problem with my vehicle prior to my visit today, with the exception of the Maintenance Required light that has been on since my last visit for an oil change (completely different story there that I wont go into here). Anyway, 40 or so minutes into the inspection, I asked the guy doing the inspection how much longer it would be - not to rush him, I was on my lunch hour and just needed to know if I would have to call in to work and tell them Id be late getting back. He says, Five minutes. I said, Great! Everything looks good? He says it does. In about those five minutes, another guy calls me over. To make this long story a bit shorter, he tells me I need a new battery and that I failed the inspection. So buyer beware - if you go in for a simple state inspection, theyll probably try to sell you something you dont need. I wont be going there again. Oh... and that maintenance light is still on.

I came in one day last week, and I was not happy with the service inside at all. The guys on the outside were great, but the inside staff were too busy with their own personal lives to be concerned with their customers. The woman behind the counter was too busy chasing the guy with the iPad around, and talking on her phone to help me out, and another employee from outside had to come in and ask me what kind of oil I wanted for my car. This was my first Jiffy Lube experience, and it will probably be my last.

I was there yesterday with my dodge Durango and had a severe brake issue. the entire staff was wonderful they stayed open until 8 working on my brakes. they even called in the master mechanic to help and he stayed until it was done. best service Ive had in years and it was greatly appreciated.

I have been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for years, I recently went to a different quick lube place for service on my 2006 Altima, and about a week later noticed that my car was not running right. I took it back to the Jiffy Lube and found the new staff to be courteous and efficient. Ryan and Brent were very helpful with my issues, and Greg and Carrie spent 4 hours working on my car to make sure that it did not leave the lot without being in perfect working order. The staff that work in the bays are all willing to work and seem to care about customers and their cars. One thing that I do find lacking is the lack of response to good reviews by management and the plethora of comments to all bad reviews, I believe that this staff deserves to be praised as I am doing now, not only by customers but by upper management as well.Jason Moore,Loyal Jiffy Lube Customer

Asked for an oil conventional oil change. They gave me a synthetic oil change. I had to pay. Maybe it was a mistake but I’ll never go back. Staff seemed nice.

They were so slow. There werent even a lot of cars when I arrived for an oil change. The manager that was helping from another store kept trying to get them to hurry up. They were nice and my oil change was fine but I wanted a lot of time.

I dont trust most shops but this shop is different will be coming back

I waited 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and there was only one car before me. The bathroom was filthy, the coffee counter had sugar, creamer and empty packets all over it. The manager was on the phone with the owner telling him two employees didn’t show up because he didn’t pay them. The manager also tried to up-sale me to more expensive oil. She lied and said synthetic was REQUIRED by Mini-Cooper. There was a lady in tears because the oil leaked out of her car the day after this location changed it. The manager’s explanation was that cold weather caused the plastic fittings to expand and contract! This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I never post bad reviews, but this place is horrible. UPDATE...I received a call today from Brian Morrison Director of Operations. He was extremely professional and very interested in improving the customer experience at this location. There were multiple extenuating circumstances. I greatly appreciated his call. I look forward to stopping by to see if the location turns around.

BEWARE!!We have been loyal customers for years (we always recommend to family and friends). We brought our cars in last week for oil changes- 2 days later noticed the panel of our SUV (GL 450) half hanging off under the car. We brought the SUV back and they apologized and said they fixed the panel. 2 days later the panel was hanging off again. I looked under the car closely and they had secured the panel with ZIP TIES. ZIP TIES! The zip ties had snapped. Brought the SUV back in again and was told they had lost the bolt at the first visit. Information that should have been told to us at the time, but instead they used ZIP TIES to secure the panel. I asked for a refund but the employee said the manager was not there and he was needed to process a refund. I was given a number to call the manager who subsequently hung up on me. Next call, corporate. After many years of being a loyal customer we will no longer take our cars to this establishment. Beware of horrible customer service, lies of omission, and the use of zip ties to hold your vehicle together.

The woman at the front counter did not know anything about my vehicle,However another employee had asked me if I would like to change my engine air filter I agreed but in a rude and unprofessional matter once again with the woman she had screamed at him when he was trying to find out the filter number and insisted the air filter was out of stock. Thankfully the gentleman that asked me about the air filter was able to find the right engine air filter that fit my vehicle (2015 Nissan Altima) and he was very professional about the situation... great job to manager and other employees but the woman behind the counter was very rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional hense the 2 star review. I would definitely be back if the women behind the counter wasnt present she definitely put me in a very uncomfortable situation and did not like the way she spoke to I believe his name was Will or William. He was very polite professional and he apologized for her actions when he did nothing wrong to begin with. Not to mention she sat in her white truck while I waited 20 minutes to be cashed out after my vehicle was finished with its oil change and engine air filter. The manager had to cash me out how sad is that...

2018 Ford Focus and they dont have an oil filter in stock. They offered to get a filter from Autozone but couldnt guarentee delivery time. Not exactly a rare vehicle and definitely not jiffy.

I was at Jiffy Lube on Aug 3, 2018, getting an oil change. I was told I needed front brakes. They were down to 3mms. It would only be $179.99 + tax. Not being able to contact my husband I told them to hold off on doing it. My husband to the car to Sears on Aug 4, 2018. They said my brake were fine, nothing wrong with front or back. Sears didnt even charge us to check to brakes ... he apologized for the behaviour of Jiffy Lube!Last time you take my money Jiffy Lube!I was contacted by a manage, ask to return and he my car looked at again to see what mistaje was made. My can didnt need brakes, they apologized and compensated me for my time. I was extremely happy with them and with continue to do business with thus company.

They told my girlfriend that synthetic oil was required in car. They went on to tell her that the SAE lettering on the oil cap stands for synthetic and that she must get synthetic or her oil pan will fall out LOL. They must also be changing some folks blinker fluid when they bring their cars in. Anyways, they went on to try to charge her $95 because they claimed her car was in terrible shape and they had to add fluids to the vehicle. Her car is fine and well maintained... Needless to say, 3 inexperienced techs and a manager later, they were able to give her the price she wanted for the oil change. What a complete joke of an establishment. Do not go here.

Their mechanic tried to shut my car door on my leg while I was halfway in the car. I went to get an oil change and was disrespected by a mechanic named Justin. Manager greeted me and said they would be able to do an oil change and reset my check engine light. My oil service indicator was still on after the oil change. They did not know how to reset it. Then the mechanic said he would not reset the check engine light. Ok I understood that. While standing in the rain I waited for Justin to watch a YouTube video to turn the oil notification off, after I already told him I tried that. I got in my car with one leg in and one leg out he proceeded to shut the door on my leg stating have a nice day. I had to push the door in order for it to not hit my leg. I was like dang really. He was pissed because I told him that I would take my car to someone who knows what they are doing. After leaving I returned and spoke with a manager and Justin apologized but still. If I were a man he would have never treated me that way.

Went today for an oil change and the manager was great. Nice, polite and worked the entire time however the 3 useless garage guys did nothing but act silly or “ cool “ to them I suppose. They spilled oil underneath my hood and if I hadn’t seen them and insist they clean it they definitely would have left it. Took 3 times as long as it could have if they were men that took pride in their work and were professional. Owner should keep the manager and hire new professionals in the bay. The prices are what a professional will charge so I expect professionals to do the job. My car wasn’t cheap and I don’t think I’ll go back and give them the chance to mess it up.

I recently got an oil change at local Jiffy Lube. I drove the car home and parked it. The next morning coming out to car I noticed a big puddle under car. Found out to be oil. After taking the car back they added oil and said there was a minor gasket leak. This was more then minor! I have pictures as well. They said they couldnt fix it. I took it to the shop where they said someone stripped the drain plug bolt and that was where it was coming from. After a $200 repair car is fixed. Never returning to Jiffy lube again!

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Got my oil changed January 3rd and the Jiffy Lube didn’t put the six clips back in and the following day the undercarriage of my vehicle fell out. I had to get my car towed into Honda of Gastonia and they fixed it for 200 dollars. I contacted the manager directly after and he said he would reimburse me and after that I never heard from him again. I have called and left messaged, emailed, and sent texts with no response. I will contact the hq of Jiffy Lube and contact the better business bureau. This is a terrible way to treat a customer and for a big corporate company I was surprised at this. Don’t go here for any reason because there negligence will cost you time and money and I’m honestly I’m just glad I avoided a major accident.
