The technician was very fast and courteous

Horrible customer service - horrible scheduling - had our appointment screwed up THREE times. Were told we could drop off the car on a Saturday then were told we couldnt when we showed up. Called an hour before the third appointment and were told all was good and then showed up to be told the system was down. No offers to call the sister business for their availability. No calls to future customers to tell them the system was down. No apologies. Two thumbs DOWN - this place should NOT be in business and should NOT be on the NCDMV website. Avoid this place at all cost - there are many reputable places to get the same work done.
