Hello everyone I am not one to post reviews especially one like thisSo back in May 2021 my husband took his truck to get serviced at this location he was told one thing was wrong then they said another thing was wrong He decided to not do the repairs they said that was wrong.Oh and I must say the truck was driven there and it was running good . And after we decided not to repair it and they had pulled it apart they where not able to put it back together and get it to run or turn on . They took over 2 months to give us the truck back because they could not put it back together and could not get it to start .YES! They could not get it to start. The excuse that was given to me on a weekly basis was “I am short staff, my staff got COVID it’s only me and I still can’t get it to turn on”After 5 months in the shop they didn’t get it to work, they left it worse at least it ran when it went inOh and we still had to pay SMH .WHAT!So please read reviews and make sure you ask questions and look around before falling for the great TALK “oh yes we can fix it”I would have been ok if they would have put more into given me the truck running instead of making excuses .DUDE TALK WITH HONESTY AND RESPECT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ! So we can all come to agreement and understanding of what is going onThanks for reading
I brought my Ranger and 4-Runner here to have some repair work done, Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The crew did a great job and the customer service is outstanding!!! I will definitely be referring them to friends. Highly recommended!!!
Took my 3rd trip to Super Trucks today and they impressed as always! Things took a bit longer than expected (as one should be prepared for when altering suspension), but the whole team stuck around late and made sure it was done and done right to accommodate me. The service and installation exceeded my expectations. Class act all around! 100% will be back
Im not accusing them of anything (no evidence) but I had my lift and tires put on about 4 years ago. Since then, not a single person had touched my truck, until last week. I was informed that my control arms and ball joints have gone out (5 year old truck) and when the mechanic replaced them he notified me those parts were not stock parts. Someone had removed stock parts and put the cheapest ones on.Maybe Ford decided to cut corners...... I dont think so
Great guys to have a beer with in a bar or around a firepit but business wise....never again!Im not going to throw you under the bus Chris but you know what you did.If you want to call me and tell the truth you have the number. If not I can live without
I had my truck lifted, and new rims and tires installed. The guys did a great job and took the time to go over multiple, multiple choices of rims with me until I made my decision. With out any sales pressure. You are at the right place to have work done to your vehicle. Charles
I dont even know where to start. This whole experience was a disaster. Things I had done: Adjustable control arms, Tie rod and drag link replacement, and ball joints. I had to take the jeep there twice and have the arms adjusted so the drive shaft vibration could be taken care of (Adams driveshafts installed needed pinion angle correction). You would think when you say I need to get adjustable control arms installed to adjust the pinion angle, because I have a vibration in my drive shaft that they would look up the requirements from the manufacture. This was not done. I was told they were set to the factory lengths. During the install of the Tie rod and Drag link setup they did not notice that the tie rod ends were rubbing on the inside of the wheel due to the backspacing of the wheel. (I own 2 jeep jks and have the same components on both of them, so there should not have been any issues with this. However there was and it was not caught by them). I was told that the steering issues we were experiencing was due to the steering stabilizer setup on a one ton tie rod. (I have this same setup on the other one and can drive it with two fingers down the road). You couldnt keep this one on the road over 40 mph. Taking a turn was seriously life threatening. The Drag link jam nuts were never tightened allowing it to vibrate and spin. One of the rear control arms was positioned incorrectly allowing it to contact the frame, they were positioned to where the grease fitting were facing down so the first thing they contact they would break off, two of them didnt even have a grease fitting in them. On top of all of that Chris has the worst attitude on the phone. He was rude and said that his guys were professionals. I beg to differ. After taking it to another shop, and having them fix EVERYTHING that the professional at super trucks messed up the jeep drives perfect with that set up and with that steering stabilizer we were told was the issue. Funny how it drives just like the other one now!!! In the pictures below: You can see the two different jeeps have the same setup. The last 2 pictures are of the one that Super trucks did not do and the first 7 are. You can see the damage done to the wheels, and you can see the pinion angle is way off after being adjusted twice. The second time I even showed them the Email from Adams Drive shaft saying it was still wrong and showed them the pictures of how it needed to look. Safe to say I will no longer waste my money at this shop.
Hard working, knowledgeable, and friendly guys to deal with. They have worked on a couple of my vehicles and the quality is unmatched. I would highly recommend them.
I was put on hold for over 6 min. I hung up and called back thinking maybe they forgot about me. But I was put on hold again before I could say a single word. So I hung up again because I was tired listening to the same rap music for over 6 min.
I cannot say enough positive things about the crew and work performed here at SuperTrucks. They have done multiple builds and trucks for me and every single one has surpassed my expectations. From the extremely fair pricing, to the honest and friendly staff; SuperTrucks makes you feel like a valued customer from the second you walk in. Have been doing business with them for years and will continue in the future.
I’ve bought 2 different bed covers about 1-2 years apart from here. Always received great friendly service. Never had any issues with the covers after installation. Highly recommend this place!!
I install my own stuff but alignment on a lifted jeep is like throwing darts in the dark ... you might hit it right but not likely.Had STP do an alignment and check my work on my install. They found a mistake i made and got the alignment as close as one can reasonably get on a lift.Took a couple hours though, so if you can its likely best to drop off your ride and come back later.4.5 .. will use again.
They did a horrible job on my truck. I had to take my truck to another shop and get it done the right way. These people are very inexperienced, I would not let them touch another one of my vehicles. When I brought their mistake to their attention Chris became very rude and defensive. And they are liars. I caught Chris lying to me.They are really unprofessional. DONT COME HERE!!! There are plenty of other shops. Just read all of their reviews on google.
This is the place to go. I had purchased before hand everything I needed for the truck and all I did was gave them a call and set an appointment up and it was done in two days. Very professional, friendly and experienced people. Did an amazing job on the installation and have had no complaints or issues with anything yet. Would recommend them to anyone.
Super Trucks Plus is an amazing place to have your Jeep fixed up with lots of extras. Their work and work ethic is also amazing. Everyone there is super helpful and friendly. Super Trucks Plus Always!!!
Excellent work. Excellent customer service. And better yet, they treat you like family no matter who comes through those doors. And thats a place I want to spend my money.
Never in my wildest dreams....My wife called and scheduled to have the rear main seal replaced on her 94 YJ, while on the phone, they suggested replacing the clutch. OK, so why they had to remove the transmission to replace the rear main, not sure, but maybe to gain more room between the crank bearing and the flywheel. So once they got in there, you guessed it, they called and told her the cam chain was loose. OK, so you can see the cam chain with the oil pan removed and I am sure it was loose with almost 200k, but here is the funny part, they told her that if the chain broke or slipped time, her engine was ruined as it would lock up the motor. She advised them not to replace the cam chain at this point. Now, I thought maybe I had misunderstood her, but, she has above average knowledge in car repairs since I have replaced rear main seals and clutches myself with her assistance. So, I went to the shop with her to pick it up 1100 dollars later. And sure enough, as we were checking out, the person behind the register again told us if the cam chain breaks or slips time, it would ruin the motor as it was an overhead cam NO LIE, I have the only 4.0 Jeep with an overhead cam and an interference head!!!!!!I was very disappointed in this as I had heard good things and based on the owners message on his web page, I had great hopes to find a reliable honest shop.Maybe the owner does not know what messages his employees are delivering to customers, but that is no excuse. I hate to think of how many other people had work done due to the message of impending doom relayed from the shop, but was not critical at that moment.Needless to say, I will not be using this shop again and will advise anyone who asks to look elsewhere.
These guys replaced the stock shocks in our 18 Dodge Ram 3/4 ton truck with a set of upgraded shocks. The difference in the ride is amazing! Thanks, friends!
Great experience! Super knowledgeable staff they do a lot of amazing customs
One of the best shops that Ive been to with great customer service and great low prices verses other shops! Big thanks to Chris and the shop owners! 🙌 🙏
Great bunch of folks to work with and Mike in particular was awesome. My actual cost ended up being almost half of what was quoted because things were not as bad as expected. Thats integrity at its finest. Thanks guys.
Great friendly knowledgeable staff. Hardworking guys in the back and outstanding work with amazing quality. Theyve done a lot of upgrades to my truck - lift kit, Amp steps, exhaust, gears, wheels, tires, etc. All was done very professionally. They did everything I wanted. Awesome shop. I am very pleased!
These guys are the best, Chris & Clint went out of their way to take care of me. I’m sure everyone else up there is just as great. They got my lift kit installed in a day & it looks amazing. Amazing service at a very affordable, reasonable price. I can not recommend this place enough. Without a doubt one of the best shops in all of NC.
Great friendly knowledge staff. Hardworking guys in the back and outstanding work with amazing quality. They offer a wide selection of products and know exactly how to execute what your looking for and do it with precision and quality you cant beat and the staffs knowledge skill and friendliness you cant beat. Long lasting and show quality work. No complaints at all
STP installed a zone 6 lift on my 2019 Silverado and the experience couldnt have gone any better they were attentive to my needs and the were very professional and quick and were willing to answer any questions I had. I would go to them for anything needed for my truck they are a class shop !!!
Very nice staff
ULTIMATE TRUCK SHOP. NO NEED GO ANYWHERE ELSE
I called in with a ton of questions and off the bat Steve was friendly and beyond helpful to answer each and every question I thrown at him. To top it off I went in on Saturday to purchase rims and tires and everyone was super helpful in trying to help me look for what I wanted. I truly appreciated that. I havent even got my lift and Im giving 5 stars based off customer service. Looks like such a cool place to work and everyone was so knowledgeable in regards to helping me and what might be best! Super excited to see the finished product
Awesome experience!! Just had new bigger tires, flares and a light bar installed on my Jeep JK. From the start Steve checked everything out and gave me great advice. Not pushy, I never felt like I was getting oversold on anything. The guys there obviously know what theyre doing. They did a perfect job on my Jeep, and they stand behind their work. Fast, high quality service, very fair price and what I thought was most important is that these guys seem honest and upfront. The owner was there when I picked it up and he went through and showed me pics of some of some recent custom jobs theyve done. Amazing stuff...and really nice guy. You can tell they really love what they do.Dont let any of the less favorable reviews keep you from checking this place out! If you want top notch job on your ride, whether it be just some beefier tires or a full lift and custom job, this is without doubt the place to go. Ill be back for sure and will gladly tell my friends about it!
Great experience, they are very knowledgeable and honest. Had a few minor issues occur and as soon as I made them aware they had me on the schedule to fix it. And honestly the problem spanned from me ordering my own parts online, won’t make that mistake again.
They were fantastic. Installed a 2 inch leveling kit, alignment after install. A great bunch to handle any 4x4 work you may have.
These guys are great! I have been a Costumer for over 3 years now and plan on many more. The have been awesome helping me to get my truck just the way I want it. Weather it be tires/rims, exhaust, bumpers, all types of custom accessories. You name it they have probably don it. They have been patient even if I call 3 times in the same day. I love the way my truck has turned out! I wouldn’t change a thing. (For now 😝) I couldnt have done it without them.
The people here are very knowledgeable and very courteous. Very thorough in there work and if something you want needs addressed they take care of it. I would recommend super trucks plus to others! The only down side is that I requested all my parts be returned to me after the lift was done and I did not get them. I later found out about a wheel hub bearing gone bad and had to research whether or not STP had replaced them. After extensive research they did do the work and the part was covered for a year. Another down side is they charged for labor which may Be the case with other businesses but seems like I spent a lot of money with them and it should have been covered. I later replaced a wheel hub bearing on another vehicle and the auto parts store has a three year replacement warranty for a lot less. If you have a lift done make sure there is an itemized document stating what Work has been done. I would recommend reading up on your lift kit with the make and model of your vehicle to make sure there are no unexpected surprises that may arise during the process. My case the front drive shaft had to modified and was very costly. If I had known the total cost I probably would not have put the lift kit on my truck.
Super truckstruc a fantastic job! Had a 2lift kit and my rims put in my truck and I couldnt be happier. I messed up and didnt bring in cash so when I get my new tires, Ill buy them from him and this time Ill bring in cash. Sorry about that Chris but once again, Im very pleased with the job super trucks plus did and Id recommend them to anyone doing whatever to your truck, take it to these guys.
Great place very smart with all vehicles! Go see them for all your vehicle needs and or wants
Very Knowledgeable staff. Steve is always Professional and helpful - Great group of guys. The did quality work on my 99 Jeep Cherokee. They corrected my rear pinion and fixed the dreaded Death Wobble I had in my front end.
GREAT STAFF.. VERY knowledgeable staff....GREAT PRICES....TRUE ONE STOP SHOP for your truck..
The reason I chose to try these guys out is because I wanted to try a 4wheel specialist shop aside from my usual mechanic, and the reviews looked pretty decent. That being said, I was totally surprised with the quote I got. Competitive pricing, honest, and they were willing to work with me and discuss what my 2000xj needed (it needs a bit of everything as all xjs do). I Didnt feel like I was being overcharged or lied to, and Walked out with new driveshaft u joints and steering stabilizer installed under 4hrs. Answered my questions about other problems and made me feel welcome to come back. Theyll be working on both my 2000xj and 98xj in the future after I destroy them at uwharrie 🤘
If you need anything truck or lift related these are your people. So nice to work with. Fast and efficient. Cant say enough nice things about Super Trucks Plus.
Extremely friendly and accommodating. I needed a used truck inspected by a mechanic, and the employees here were helpful and quick to point possible points of concern. They were able to fit my sudden appointment into their schedules, and for any future work, I will definitely be back!
Great people to work with. Very helpful, knowledgeable and always took time to answer questions. Ordered twice. Very careful in mounting tires for me. Will have them do the alignment when I get the monster miata on the road.
Super trucks a great place for all your 4 wheeling needs
I have gone here many of times and they take care of me, great me like family and are very fast. Great group of guys and best prices in town! Iv taken lifted and lowered trucks here and every time its been great.
Great, knowledgeable staff and owners. Although I havent bought anything yet, they were happy to help me figure out what I wanted to do to modify my truck.
Had an air lift kit installed.. they told me the kit didn’t come with all the parts so they charged me for some “DOT fittings” they also placed the kit in the most convenient way for them leaving me with a compressor and tank that I cannot properly hook into and air up tires etc.. when I showed up to pick up the truck, they were quick to take payment but I had to ask someone to show me the truck and how the system works and where everything is. Then when someone came out, they confronted me by saying “what’s the problem”.... then told me that the kit didn’t allow them to install it in a way that I could plug in the supplied hose.... seemed like a rushed job. Not how you do business.
My wife Amy and I open Super Trucks Plus in 2009. We felt we could do a good job and build some nice trucks and have some fun on the way. We both try hard to do our best but as you know it is impossible to make everyone happy. I wish we could. I wish people would just come and talk to us and give us a chance to fix their concerns instead they post their opinion quickly on the internet. This is most frustrating. We will continue to do our best serving our customers and looking forward to the future.
There are so many options when it comes to figuring out what you want and the cost. I called this business several times and got some estimates over the phone. They were patient and gave me ideas as to what would work and what would not. Placed first order with this business today and thanks for taking the time to help me. Fast estimate and they can give you alot of ideas.
These guys are sharp. They offer multiple options for repairs and upgrades. If you are serious about your truck, be it a work truck or a pretty princess, this is the place to go.
My favorite go-to Truck place! If you want to get out 4-wheeling in style you MUST visit Super Trucks Plus! Chris will steer you to what you want/need for your Big Truck! Great service guys too!
First time trying out Super Trucks. Good prices, work is good (not great). I wont do business with them again though. The guys were courteous, minus the owner. He decided to curse at me for no reason. That is what upset me the most, horrible way to treat a customer, especially a new one. Overall, it wasted a lot of my time. Should have just went with the higher quote at 4 Wheel Parts.
I bought a 2015 ford f 150 from classic ford in Smithfield, with a six inch lift, 35 inch tires and 20 inch wheels financed in, classic ford took the truck to sound station and security to have lift installed, a month after I started driving my truck a bad popping noise in the front end occurred every time I turned the steering wheel, I took it to sound station and they told me they found nothing wrong, I took it back to them after a month and they continued to tell me they could not fix the problem. So I ended up calling super trucks plus, after working seven hours to fix the problem that sound station had caused they had my trucking making absolutely no noise at all, and only charging me 100$ for 7 hours worth of labor, I recommend everyone use super trucks plus for all there truck needs, sound station is a joke.
These guys installed my led bumper lights and I started having problems with them working intermittently. While I understand it is over a year later - when the lights dont work anymore and I live 6 hours away - they tell me that they wont take care of the issue unless I drive back to Raleigh. In the end - I got things fixed here in ATL and it cost $56 bucks to do so. Rather than do the right thing - Jimmy feels it is important to stick to the warranty even though they were installed improperly. Go somewhere else. Once you buys something - they dont care.
Had a lot of noise coming from my rear end and had assumed the gears had to be replaced. Chris was very up front with me about what it could be and I explained that, if they needed to be replaced, I wanted to put in a locker and possibly change gear ratio, even though it meant doing the front axle as well. Chris recommended 4.10s for my tire combination.Well, when they got in there, the bearings were shot and gears needed to be replaced. Chris told me that I already had 4.10s so no need to do the front, just new gears and bearings in the back and I put in a Detroit Tru Trak while they were in there. I really appreciated the fact that, though Chris knew I would be willing to do the front, he was up front with me about only the work I needed and nothing more. Also found out that they had a bearing fail while they were installing it. They replaced it and got a specialty tool to help get it in without charging me anything extra - great customer service!Prices were competitive and truck was finished with in the time frame they gave me. I cant believe how much more quite the truck is now that the work has been done (which tells me their guy did a great job getting the pinion/gear lined up perfectly) and the locker is working great. I really enjoyed talking with everyone at the shop and will definitely bring this truck, along with my other two, back to them for my future needs. Thanks guys!
Stopped in to pick their brain on upgrades for my truck and they didnt try to sell me everything in the store. Nice people will definitely have them do my work on my truck.
Carried my truck up there this morning, they got the job done just the way i wanted it. Mr.Steve helped me out tremendously and i will defiently be back up there in the future! Some great people to work and get along with.
They put a body lift on my truck and did a wonderful job in a timely manner
Very knowledgable staff! I called and asked for recommendations for what lift is best for my SUV and i got the answers Ive been looking for. Ive been calling a lot of other places and NO ONE has been able to give me an articulateanswer like this. Enthusiastic and knowledgable staff are two things that these people are not lacking!
Called about installing a lift on my Silverado. Chris took the time to talk me through the process and was extremely helpful.
Dealt with Chris via phone, searching for a pinion shim. The shim was difficult to find because of my heavy duty application. No catalogs listed any parts as compatible. Chris took the time to do the research and figure out what would work for me, and kept me updated a long the way. I recommend Super Trucks to any and all.
At super trucks jim and the others were nice Chris however was very insulting and rude to me over the phone. I had to have the front end of my boyfriends Chevrolet Silverado rebult and alignment done. Supertrucks stated they shook down the truck and we dont think they checked the truck. They rebult the front end but the vibration was still there and had to take it back to get it fixed the same day we picked it up and the check engine light was on and still is. They say they changed the vapor canister and said we needed to drive it 45 or more miles. We did that and its still onOn Tuesday I noticed a leak underneath the front end of the truck. So the next morning I took it to a Chevy dealer to get it diagnosed and turned out to be a cracked radiator leaking coolant. Super trucks stated they will not work on the truck anymore because they were insulted by the truck going to a Chevy dealer the next day.
Last week I scheduled with STP to have my silverado leveled. I was on a slight time crunch and needed it complete today by the end of business. Unfortunately for me, I received a call from the shop mid afternoon noting that I had a few extra things that needed to be replaced to properly ensure my alignment was going to hold true. All I have to say is I’m so glad I went with their suggestion and got everything swapped out. They got my truck back to me on time and it has never ridden so smoothly since the day I got it. Props to this shop. I look forward to continue doing business with them and send referrals their way. Thanks guys
I would sell my truck before I do business with this crew again. I had a bad experience and wouldn’t recommend any of my friends go to this place. The guys are horrible at estimating time to finish a project. I sent my truck here for a day and a half worth of work and it ended up taking more than a week. Every single day, there was a different excuse as to why the truck wasn’t ready and everyday they would promise me that “if we can’t have it done by the end of today, we’ll have it to you first thing in the morning.” I heard this VERBATIM 5 or 6 times, no lie. It got old, very fast. My project was simple and instead of taking responsibility for not having the truck done, they blamed my parts and said they didn’t have what they needed and even added that they hate doing jobs with customer supplied parts. Really? PSA: don’t buy your parts and take them to these people for installation! You won’t be happy.
Got my truck lifted at super trucks about a year ago everything was great good service. About a year later went to get a tire rotation got it back home and the lug trays were still on it. Then a few days later the wheel started making a clicking noise and I pulled into the parking lot and as soon as I put it in park it started collapsing. The whole hub had fell of and my rim was broaken. Had to get it towed to super trucks only to find out that they said they were not responsible and that I had to of ran into something for that to happen. I had pictures sitting in the parking space too. So I have to buy a new 500 dollar fuel rim. So they offered to replace the hub and I go to pick it back window and its smashed into someone stole my sub box stereo and gun out of the back and they didnt notice it and the cameras werent pointed towards it it is also funny the day before they called and to say they are done and come get it because they are not going to be held responsible if anything happens. Last but not least the hub they replaced almost fell off again had to get it replaced by another mechanic. I will never speak highly of super trucks or give them anymore business.
This place has horrible customer service. One of the rudest phone calls I have ever experience. Had them try and figure out what was wrong with my car. The supposedly fixed the issue. Month later same problem. They claimed it was something else different I went and got two other opinions to find out it was the original issue. They didnt even fix the first issue right (actually left pieces and parts off). It was a serious danger risk. Lastly, their technicians are not certified. Do not TRUST THIS PLACE!!
Took my dads truck in expecting to need a new catalytic converter. They diagnosed it and said it could be the converter and/or a crack in the manifold. Ok, check it out and fix it. Ok? Ok.Kept my dads truck nearly a month. Didnt do the work they said may be necessary and that had been authorized. Said they tightened the converter. Charged $100 dollars for the privilege. Guess you gotta get it lifted to get their attention.
I love these guys. Ive been working with them for five years. good people
Short version: 2014 Ford F150 King Ranch 3.6 V6 Twin Turbo 20 wheels with a BakFlip hard top bed cover...pre-Super Trucks installation of Cold Air Intake & Catback Exhaust 16 mpg city/18 mpg hwy...after installation 18 mpg city/20mpg hwy. EXACTLY what Chris told me it would do, plus, veterans discount, cash discount, super friendly staff...absolutely love this place! By my spreadsheet, that means that THIS UPGRADE PAYS FOR ITSELF in a little over two years...not bad on a truck Ill never sell. Final word: They did not try to up-sell me, cross-sell me, persuade me into anything...just listened to me, made a spot on recommendation and then carried that recommendation out in a professional manner.
This is the WORST place you can imagine. It seems that if your not a friend or someone they know they treat you like you are an idiot. I call this place and they put me on hold immediately they answered the phone, after 20min of holding I decided to hang up. I only needed an estimate to installed shock and strut that I already bought. I jump in my car and get there (10min drive) and asked the guy the vehicle I have (Jeep Wrangler 1998) and how much for labor alone. He said $749. I was amazed by his reply. I told him that I have already the shocks and struts just in case and he said I told you $749 WOOOOOOOOOWWWW REALLY??? PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE COMING TO THIS PLACE. I went to my previous mechanic and guess what? $175 out the door WHOOT!!!!
Nice place to do rims tires and great lifts
Great service. Thanks guys! The truck looks great.
I have a frankenstein CJ7 Jeep that Im building. Its been through many previous owners and I think the only thing thats still original in the VIN number. Super Trucks Plus rebuilt the front-end on it and for the first time ever I was able to drive it 70 mph!!! And it has 35x15.5x15 tires!!! Before they fixed it, I felt I was putting my life at risk at just 40 mph. Thank you Steve and Chris at Super Trucks Plus!!!Some work is also needed on the cylinder heads. However, I dont know much about the history on the old AMC 290 thats in it and Im sort of reluctant to spend much money on it. As I type this review Steve is doing some research to see what my best options are. That is truly going the extra mile. These guys are great!!!The folks at Super Trucks Plus are experts and have earned my business!
Not the most reliable and I think they like to take people to the back replacing stuff that really isnt needed. They have replaced my track bar twice now. This time they told me the bushing was bad and for $60 more I could get a whole new track bar. After researching I found track bars run ~$200 and bushings ~$20. One time they told me it was going to cost about ~$800 to straighten my steering wheel. My other half looked on the internet and had it done in 5 minutes with $0 spent. These people will take you to the bank if you dont know what youre doing so beware. Only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 was they were nice.
Great place, good people to work with
Great price and more importantly good job putting Amp Powersteps on my 2016 Sierra 2500hd Denali Duramax. I read so much about alignment or spacing isssues but they look great. Put on around Sept 2016 and over a year later no issues. Ordered and paid by phone then dropped it off one night and it was ready next afternoon. When I’m ready for some power I’ll be talking to STP. Thanks!
Ive been going to SuperTrucks for years. They leveled my 2013 RAM, did tires, rims, bullbar with integrated light, nerf-bars, fender flairs, they even replaced my rear factory bumper when I smashed it. I get treated like family when I go there. I drink all their coffee and eat all their candy, yet they are still nice to me. All the work I had done is perfect. Every visit was enjoyable. Look, its a no brainer, make SuperTrucks your first stop. I promise they will take care of you.
I had STP install a lift kit, wheels and tries on my brand new 2016 Ram 2500. I was hesitant at first to leave my new truck for a few days, but I absolutely received the best customer service when dealing with Chris and the entire STP crew. Chris assured me my truck would be taken cared of. All the techs were very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. I highly reccommend anyone who ever needs work done on the truck to go to STP.
Nice and beautiful place to do the best tuneup
Great place . Even better people, recommended
Good aii time
Great group of guys.
I was treated very well..even as an older woman
Got everything you need to fix your truck even hard to find parts
I guess that customer service is not a priority in the world of customer service. dont bother calling because they will just put you on hold or hang up on you.
Best truck place
Very friendly people
Very friendly and knows their stuff
