Terrible customer service. Dropped off a pair of driveshafts and took an entire month, with no courtesy call or anything to let me know it was going to take longer than expected. Did not call to let me know about the situation and that it would take this long, nor did they call to even let me know my parts were finished. Did not receive a discount or any bit of satisfaction for this.

I took my drive shaft to them to have it balanced and they still have it. But I know they are going to do a good job on it. I would highly recommend them

One of the few places left that repair drive shafts. Typical truck shop, older, a bit dirty, but quality work.

I have brought my company truck in here many times over the last year and it seems like it just sits in their lot and a week later they write up that everything was fixed when clearly they did nothing.It was brought in to fix the air vents that were not working correctly, a hub oil leak on the trailer and a marker light that was out. A week later and the light worked but nothing else had been touched... oh, except for the brand new air can on the tractor that didnt need to be replaced.Brought it back for the air vents agian 2 weeks later, sat there for 3 or 4 days and came back half fixed (each setting blows air now but dies after about an hour of use.)Now im sitting here today getting an inspection and wouldnt ya know it, they need to fix a hub oil leak on my trailer, the same one the fixed not 2 months ago.This place is a joke.

Best parts place for Class 8 trucks, sales staff have many years experience, shop is best place in triangle to get clutches, driveshaft, spring work, walking beams bushings redone.

Would not waste time trying to deal with them ordering anything unless your going to drive up there and pay for the part up front, wasted a day of playing phone tag with them only to find and that I can’t make a payment over the phone and have my part shipped had to go make a payment in person!!!!
