I highly recommend this location! On Friday evening after a very long day at work, my battery died unexpectedly. When I finally got a jump from AAA, I was running out of time to get to this location before they closed at 10 pm (thank goodness theyre open that late!). After arriving at 9:45, Kyle took the time to test the battery and make recommendations without trying to sell me a new one. I ultimately opted to replace the battery and Kyle did a wonderful job installing it, even though that meant helping me until well past the stores closing time and I never felt rushed. Its this kind of customer service that will keep me coming back. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience!

My check engine light came on and Valerie Mace determined the reason, what part I would need to fix it and I was in there and out of there quickly. They are an excellent store but are short staffed which can make it hard for the employees to give proper customer service. The people who work there now are excellent! Happy to help, and happy to problem solve along side of you. I pray for them that they get a new influx of workers whome share the same modivation towards their work.

Spent almost 20 minutes to loosen a bolt that was already off, told me they had to hook my dying battery back up because they didnt have the same one - but when I asked if they had a different quality for my car they did so I could get that one. And on the drive home my battery light came on because they didnt tighten the bolts enough.

Went in thinking I might need a new battery for my 2000 4Runner, but thanks to their free battery check service, the tech was able to determine my battery & charging system were all good, and my alarm issues are probably down to the system not fully charging due to my now shorter 3.9 mile drive to/from work and that I didnt need a new battery.It was refreshing to not have someone trying to b.s. or upsell me (my pop was a mechanic, so Ive seen all the tricks). So of youre looking for an honest parts shop... put this AutoZone on your list.

Solid autozone, most people are helpful. Check online in their stores website if they have something in stock if you know how to look some things up. Or even call them, you might be on hold for a while though.

After our car died down the street at FastMed, and our tow truck couldn’t take us with them, we walked roughly 35-40 minutes to the nearest AutoZone (this one), where we met a fantastic employee named Jose! Thankfully our car just needed a new battery, but he was extremely patient with our sweaty and exhausted faces and was basically our angel that day. Thank you Jose!

I placed an in store pick up at around mid night and exactly when the store opened, I received a very nice call from a store worker that my order was ready. It was extremely quick service!

This Autozone is awesome. I came in for a set of brake pads for my vehicle and Jose recommended to get the duralast gold and the brake grease and cleaner, which came in handy during the installation. I truly recommend this place. Jose, really took his time to explain everything to meThanks you!

Very friendly and customer oriented. I wish I remembered the 1 gentlemans name that helped me early in the morning he was a Black gentlemen with glasses I believe. I hope he gets credit. However, he was there by himself and helped me and 4 other customers with extensive needs all at one time with calm precision and let us all know that it may take some time but he wpuld be able to help us all. He was very nice. I needed a battery check, then a new battery which he installed on minutes. Another gentlemen a new specialty part delivered in his travels to another store as he was a driver to pick up and it just kept coming. He was very pleasant. It was about 2 months ago if this helps. Sorry for the late review.

An idea location in Garner with two professional AutoZone CSRs who provided satisfactory customer service to all us as well others. They made you feel welcomed with their upbeat manner, and knowledge. Team players. We will be back.

Not the best experience. They provided the wrong brake caliper part after putting the car in the system. Discovered this at home when putting the brakes on. They told me it was special order even though they were stocked on the website. So I went to Advance Auto and they had me in and out in 5 minutes.

Prompt and professional service. Installed the new battery as a replacement for defective one.

No one seemed to care, lots of customers only two employees who moved very slowly.

Generally has the parts we need. Always clean, good price on parts, friendly knowledgeable staff.

Like the store chain as a whole, but in this location you could tell they dont invest much in training employees how to use the equipment given. What should have been a simple diagnostic light readout was sadly a bit too difficult for the person at the counter.

Had battery tested and replaced within 15 minutes and at a good price too.

Called this location for a simple request and the kid who answered was high as hiell.he couldnt even read his own computer screen he was barely understandable slurry his words and he even forgot he was on the phone. they need to screen for better employees and let the prison system do its thing.its not the first time ove have problems with this store. its not the managers its not the floors or the parts its the kids who run the counters. company makes 19 billion a year. fix it.
