The staff is quick to respond and friendly as well. I took a head to have it machined. They asked all the right questions and have me an estimate on the work. I was really shocked when my phone rang about 4 hours later and it was them telling me my head was ready to be picked up. This is for me a worlds record. In the past any machine shop I have went to even for simple service has taken a week, and for them to turn it around in 4 hours WOW WOW WOW totally AWESOME!!!

An absolutely top-rate shop. After calling around to other shops and getting nowhere, a colleague told me about Loop Road. I took them a 41 yr old cylinder head with a broken manifold mounting stud that Id tried (and failed) to remove with an easy-out. After a little friendly banter, their machinist (yes, I was invited into the machine shop) told me to go wait by the parts counter. I expected to drop it off and leave, but about 10 minutes later, the machinist came out with my flawlessly repaired cylinder head. Even better, I got a chance to browse their show room, well stocked with all sorts of performance, replacement, and aftermarket parts and automotive tools. Outstanding experience!

These guys are the best in town, probably the best in the state! They are the friendliest people in the world and look out for you. They do not sell you parts you dont need they sell you what you need and what you ask for. And the shop guys are also amazing and are good at what they do. Me and my father have been going to these guys for years and have never had any issues with them or the parts they provide. A+++

If you want inexpensive Auto Parts, this is the place to go. If they dont have the part your looking for, they can order it for you. Most times it can be their the same day!! Always crowded and parking is limited. Staff is Friendly and Helpful.

Experienced staff will meet your needs. They are sure to have what youre looking or can get it next day or asap. Loved those guys for 30-35 years. Remember going there with my Grandpa when I was just a lil kid. Place still looks the same.

I am highly disappointed with their service. I went there in order to Get something, but instead of helping me to their capacity, the guy instructed me basically to turn back around find the size of the part Im looking for and some other type of information that I have no idea what hes talking about. When I called my mechanic to let him know, which he is the one who recommended me there, he told me that all they needed was the year and make of my car to get the part information. Needless to say that I will not be going there anymore. I felt humiliated With the type of facial expression that he was doing.

These guys are very helpful and know their car stuff. Its got that old school parts counter style like before the chains all came. They have helped troubleshoot my car problems and dont upsell you either. Prices are great. Best place to get quality brakes and they have a machine shop open on Saturday. Thats great for machining rotors instead of buying all the time.

I owned a 69 Mustang back in the 80s and loved going to the old school parts houses, where the folks behind the counter really knew parts. I hadnt found a similar shop in the Triangle, until this past Sunday. I have a new-to-me 1966 Mustang and did the dumbo move of losing a shoe link pin (thats the little rod that comes out of the wheel cylinder and pushes on the brake shoe). I couldnt find one ANYWHERE! I went to every chain I could find...nothing. Finally, the Autozone crew (they tried to help, really hard actually) told me to try Loop Road. In 5 minutes, I had my part and some good will to go along with it. I will be back!

This is an old school auto parts shop. The guys know what they are doing and most of them have worked there for the twenty years I have been a customer. They have what I need 90 percent of the time and if they dont have it, will make every effort to get it. Loop road also has a full machine shop which is getting to be a rare find.
