Mr. Joe was very helpful in helping with a battery issue that my gf had with her car. It was a connection issue due to it needing to be clean. He was nice enough to thoroughly clean it and very professional. I will reccomend anyone to visit this location.

Stop here looking for a part after having no luck at AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts both of whose staff had no idea what the part I was even looking for one but within less than a minute of walking up to the counter and showing the gentleman what I needed he was able to quickly identify it and in less than 5 minutes I was out the door with a part that I had already spent more than three hours trying to locate using their competitors, this was a part for one of my fleet vehicles so needless to say I will now only be coming here for parts from now on

Joe was excellent; he mixed some custom paint for me with a digital match and was a total pro about getting the color right.

Nice little store! I like the layout and it looks well organized. I needed an item and the associate was able to order for me and follow up with me until I received it. There was a little issue regarding an additional charge for the product but it was resolved to my satisfaction but not without me following up 3 times on it. However it was a positive experience

So helpful!! My wife had a flat tire in the middle of the blazing heat right by their store and they graciously came and changed her tire for her no questions asked! They were kind and understanding through the whole process. I cant thank them enough.

Great service and friendly folks. If they dont have it in stock, its on their website and can be shipped to you in just a few days. NAPA has always had the best parts - you pay a bit more but you always do for quality.

I have been shopping at this store for a while now and the only good salesman there is Rick.The other guys dont even greet you when you and show up definitely dont have the friendly salesman attitude.You should get more people like Rick and get rid off those other unfriendly people.

I told them what I needed. Nuts. They quickly got them with a smile.They apologized that Napa was getting out of the business of having a large selection of nuts. They said theyd just have a small selection of packaged nuts in the future.I was like, so like autozone only some common bolts and nuts will be available? Yes he confirmed it. And I said that sucks.If you need unusual nuts get them soon.

Sales associates were courteous and they knew exactly what I needed. Item was delivered within an hour.

Poor communication

These guys a pros, they always help me even if they have to go out of their way....today they helped me with something theh couldnt even do themselves, instead of sending me a way they stayed on the phone with me and helped me thru several options until theh helped me find another buinsess that could help. Over the phone he didnt know who i was he was just doing for just a random chstomer and he helped in a way he didnt have to. You dont see service like that anhwhere anymore! I will continue to give them my buisness and in my opinion you should to...

Expert hydraulic hose replacement and parts professionals..very competent staff.

I needed a replacement hydraulic hose (for my tractor), and went to this store, arriving just 10 mins before closing, asking if they made replacement hoses - the person at the counter took my old one and went in back, and I figured Id leave my old one there, and come back the next day since it was so late...but : 10 mins later out came someone with a new, custom made hose! Perfect. And much less expensive than getting an OEM hose!!

Store looks to be in decent shape but the customer service was lousy. The manager was short with me and sarcastic. I hope he is a great manager because he is horrible in the customer relations department.
