My B/F took my car to get a power steering pump and 2 tires, which I was told was going to be put on the front of my car. I was quoted 3 hours. I ask them to give my car a look over and give me a quote if anything else needed to be done.Took 4.5 hrs, tires were not put on the front or they would have seen the control arm that was almost completely unbolted. When I called them, I caught the man on the phone in 3 lies. Beware here. Money motivated not customer safety.

I don’t know how other people gave him five starts. He did the oil change for my two car and both of them they were leaking they forgot to tighten the filter little car they were almost empty there is no oil .I came back for him to fix what he did it took three hours for me waiting for him bottom line I don’t recommend this please

They did a good job at fixing my oil leak but I am not happy with them breaking my steering colomn on my truck before calling and getting my permission to do that to get it cranked. My truck is not driving the same and alarm system is not acting right any more. Not happy.

My cars tires were almost out and I had to purchase new tires. Im really specific about the tires I buy. I google searched City tires to ask for a quote for 4 new tires plus alignment and balance. I agreed with the price and set up an appointment next morning. From start to finish they took care of me, did a perfect alignment and balance and bought the exact tires I ordeded. They even stayed after hours to help me order the tires for next morning. I cant thank you enough. I wish I had their names but both the guys that helped me were very friendly. To anyone that is looking for great service, speed and good customer service I recommend and vouch for City tires. Especially women that sometimes think they could be taken advantage of because they dont know about cars I recommend you visit them and have a look. Honest people all around. You have a customer for life. Read their other reviews all of us can not be wrong. This is the place to go for your car needs.

They go above and beyond to help people. Always tell you upfront about what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Very reasonable prices and they never make you do something that isnt needed just to make a few bucks. Really nice guys. As long as Im within a 100 miles, they will be my go to guys.

Don’t even bother to take your car to this place. I went there to get my Toyota Camry checked and they overcharged my just to inspect and they were not even sure about the issue.

They destroyed my car, I had took my car there for a oil change and they didnt put oil plug in correctly, and all my oil in car leaked out on the street when I left and burned out my car, I know they cheap but they are low class mechanics with very limited repair knowledge

Best place to go! They work on sport cars too I have a Chevy Cobalt SS and had problems with it not charging the battery man they tried everything to get it up and running and they got it done. The alternator was bad and the car still wasnt charging the battery I also changed the battery, the car still wasnt charging the battery. They didnt give up. Checking this, checking that l. Another shop would have had me get another alternator but this shop tried one more thing.. It worked right after and the feeling of getting my car back and not leaving it there for a week was so amazing I gave the mechanic a big hug, one of those jumping hugs. Always go here

I love these guys. I get my oil changed here and Ive had my catalytic converter replaced here. The owners are so kind and the entire team is attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful with customers. The prices are also much lower than other auto shops. I highly recommend City Tire & Service!

My wife got a flat tire and had it towed at this shop for tire service. The rep, Umit, helped us out so well and it was perfectly taken care of. I would definitely recommend this shop for the the tire services.

Friendly and quick service. I went for air in my tires and an oil change.My only complaint was how they seemed to not want to change my oil unless I paid first. Im not sure what type of people theyre used to dealing with but why would I run off on a $45 oil change?I wish there was less racial-profiling and more focus on making sure they did the job in its entirety. I had to ask for an oil change reminder sticker and I had to reset my own oil light. I drive a 2016 so the oil light has to be manually reset, anytime I go for an oil change the guys update it. This place acted like it wasnt standard procedure. But hey, at least they got paid.

I love these guys and only trust them with my cars. I use to go to another shop for a couple of years only to find out they were screwing me over and the last time with them cost me alot of money! After a friend told me about these guys I only trust them with my cars and they have honestly saved me alot of money!

A true gem of a find for most if not all of your car fix needs! Stumbled upon this shop about 3 years ago and would not go with my car needs (new or old car) anywhere else. These gentlemen not only know their craft but also charge beyond reasonable pricing in comparison to any other places or especially dealerships. While there may be a wait at times - they are always forward about time-frames and very realistic with all that is entailed in each fix - its simply due to a fact there is an abundance of satisfied customers coming back! They are a really nice & knowledgeable group of guys within a caring family owned atmosphere; its a sincere pleasure each time to leave my car in their hands with full confidence and trust. 10 STARS!

Whos goes to get tires rotated and they dont put air in the tire after the tires are rotated and the low tire pressure comes on when you start the car. The manager hung up on me and told me I was rude because I was upset that i dropped my car off on my 1hr lunch. The guy told me it would be done when I got back. I get back 10 mins b4 my lunch is over and they arent done. I waited 20 more minutes for them to bring me my car with the low tire light on. I left because I was late going back to work. I called to talk to the manager and he was rude to me saying I was rushing them. Yes after 1 he i said I need to get back to lunch. He told me I can call the cops and hung up. All I wanted was air in my tires. What a prick. Worst customer service ever I will not be back...

I went to get a repair on my mustang then drove it down the street and my windshield broke then I came back and told them they didnt close my hood properly but I still had to pay out of pocket 165$ (then I came and gave them a bad review and some guy on fb message me and asked me why I have them a bad review and the guy had pictures of himself holding pistols/guns) the tires they put on my mustang where diferent sizes and I was unaware so beware of the tires you get here
