My experience at Garland Cadillac was by far the best car service experience I’ve ever had. I was greeted by Michael Davis with a smile and a “happy to be here” attitude. I was asked about my concerns with my Cadillac and Michael assured me they would be taken care of. I informed him also of a concern about my breaks and he quoted me a quite reasonable price for inspection to which I agreed. After my consultation with Michael he kindly escorted me to the waiting lounge where there were complementary snacks and beverages. There was also cable T.V. Nothing like a little entertainment to help the time pass. During my wait someone observed that I’d been there a while and offered to check the status of my vehicle. It pleased me that someone noticed this and I didn’t have to make the request myself. At the end of the visit, Michael Davis retrieved me from the lounge and had a couple of jokes to tell thus improving my experience all the more. As he handed me the paperwork he informed me there would be no charge for the service performed for the inspection of my breaks. Of course I was delighted. He walked me to my car as I explained to him my level of hunger and suggested a place with great food near my home. After my experience with Garland Cadillac I have every intention to return the kindness. Thank you for one of a kind service.
From start to finish, this has been my best car buying experience, period.After searching the internet for what I wanted, it ended up Garland Cadillac had what we wanted.Jennifer, the internet sales coordinator, responded quickly to all my inquiries, including a detailed proposal.Garland Cadillac gave me a great final quote on the vehicle’s price AND by far the best trade in value for my truck. There was no bait and switch when I arrived.Ata, my sales representative, spend plenty of time with me going over features, a test drive, and anything else I needed.Ben, the finance rep, was friendly, professional and best of all, NO high pressure to buy anything else. He presented the information on extended warranties and let me make a decision.The 5 hour drive each way was well worth it. I’d do it again.
I came to this dealership with my husband and one year old son to trade in my Jeep Wrangler for a bigger vehicle. Honestly this was one of the best experiences I have ever had on buying a car. Ernie Alcala did an extraordinary job with helping us with the purchase of our 2018 Escalade. He was very kind and patient with us. The negotation with the numbers was very clear and very easy for my husband and I to understand. We had minor damage from a collision and i got an online estimate, which is a great convenience. Then, we called ahead to schedule a time to bring the car in and Steve said we could bring it at our convenience and they’d even help get us a rental. The work was done in about a week and the car looks like new. They even body-worked our bent license plate. We picked up the car that was shiny and polished. I am very happy with the work, the level of service, and the friendliness of the entire team at Garland Cadillac!

My husband and I went in last night with no intention to purchase a vehicle at that moment. All I wanted to do was to test drive a used CTS that we had seen on CarGurus. Best car shopping experience of my life. I have purchased 9 cars since I was 30 and I am now 70. Kaitlyn, Larry and Kevin are to be commended in their professionalism, sincerity in helping the customer feel at ease and comfortable with what is usually a stressful and tedious experience. Larrys efforts, with another staffs help, in getting my car delivered to my home, 70 miles away, was so appreciated. It saved me what would have taken me 3 trips. The service manager was polite and very accommodating. He greeted me as soon as I arrived. He took my car to be serviced immediately. When I returned for a status he was able to tell me exactly where my vehicle was.Tge only downside is that the snacks were depleted in the customer waiting room. 😊

I was anxious and guarded in the beginning. Ernie, sales consultant, made me feel comfortable with the purchasing experience. Sunny in Finance told me he would make sure I get a great deal and at first I doubted him but in the end I was more than pleased. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I will definitely refer friends and family members because I know the staff at Garland Cadillac will meet their expectations.
I will never buy a car from this dealership again. The service department is terrible. They have constant turnover of employees and the new guy never knows what’s going on. The service manager won’t return your calls or call you after he says he will call you. It’s kind of like you already bought their car, so now they are done with you. That is unless you are actually in front of them. If you are over the phone with them, don’t count on getting them to do anything.
Only 1 star because I cant give it 0!!! This was one of the worst experiences I ever had. Cadillac of Garland doesnt honor extended warranty prices...they charge more and expect you to pay the difference. That isnt even the worst part. I cant speak for the entire Service Dept., but Michael is not a customer representative in any way, shape, or form. He is very callus and non apologetic for his laziness. I took my car in on Thursday morning at 7:30am (first in line) for a new a/c compressor. As of 5:15pm on Friday, I had not received a single word from the Service Dept. I called and was told my options...I was incredibly disappointed that Michael would have such little respect for my time that he held onto my vehicle for 2 days, knowing I am not going to pay more than what my deductible is. I pay enough for my warranty and have never had this issue before. The worst part is that now I have to find another care repair location and probably wait another 2-3 days before I will have ac again...in the Texas summer!!! I will not return to this dealership EVER!!!
Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! When you pay 25% over sticker for a vehicle you expect better customer service! Will definitely never purchase another vehicle from them as long as the current GM is there!
If I could give a zero, I would. Terrible service. Michael Davis does not have a clue about customer satisfaction. He did not give regular updates about my service and he was a poor communicator. They had my vehicle for a week and half before even starting on repairs. We would call and call without anyone returning our calls. Finally after getting fed up with not talking with Michael, the service coordinator, I finally had to get angry enough to ask for the manager. His name was Fred and he did call back in a timely manner. My vehicle was finally finished the next day. So, if you read this review, please choose a different service coordinator. The one I had was incapable of finishing the job to get my vehicle to me in a reasonable amount of time.

Beware: They gave my son a reasonable quote for a 15 yr old used car based on make, model and mileage. Once at the dealership, they reduced the offer by almost 50%! Nothing about condition, it was based only on the mileage. Obviously, get him to the dealership, reduce the offer to make an obscene profit on a vehicle they admitted would be sent to auction. Questions they didnt consider: Did they notice the vehicle I was in cost more than any new vehicle on their lot? Will we encourage extended family or friends to consider this dealership or will we do the exact opposite? Thankfully, he already had another offer from a reputable dealership that doesnt operate in such a short sighted manner.
Jeremy Nelson had me in and out of the dealership in little to no time! It was a smooth and easy process. Albeit forgetting a majority of my paperwork, I probably could have gotten out of there quicker. Very friendly, knowledable and transparent in regards to the car buying process. I received updates throughout the entire visit and never felt my time was being wasted or I was spinning my wheels. I will definitely be back when its time to upgrade my ride and I wont hesitate to put my name on the line referring others.
Just purchased a used Cadillac XT5 this week. John Kwon was great to work with and supported us thru the whole process including staying very late to make sure we were satisfied after the paperwork was completed. He has followed up several times already and really knows Customer Service principles well! Kevin Calloway in the Finance Department was also a professional but friendly person who made the paperwork process fast and easy. This was one of the best car buying experiences for me!

One of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. Salesperson was nice but when talking to my wife and I other staff came and interrupted him several times. They finally got the hint that we were annoyed with all the interruptions and finally let him do his job. We were promised that they would be willing to work with us on the price before we made a trip there, as we came in from out of town. Not only would they not negotiate on the price, they wanted a $1200 recomissioning fee! Then they would not allow any outside financing (Which I was already pre approved for) and showed me a payment but would not tell me the interest rate after I asked 3 times. On top of that one of the sales managers was very rude on the phone and in person. Very shady place that I assume just tries to take advantage of people. Would Never buy a car from these people. Oh and the reason they only want to use in house financing is because they get a kickback from the banks they use. Buyers beware!!!

I scheduled a time for a test drive on a vehicle I saw online on their website and once arriving to the dealership, I was helped within minutes by their salesman Jeremy. Although he is a Cadillac salesman he did great at explaining all the features & technology that the Jeep I was test driving included. Easy to understand and easy to work with, I will definitely recommend anyone I know that’s interested in purchasing a new vehicle to Garland Cadillac & ask for Jeremy!

Spoke to a John in sales, who spoke to me in a condescending manner when I called to request information a 2022 diesel Escalade, over 120,000 dollar purchase. I dont plan on taking my business there anymore. Ill happily spend that money at another dealership and I dont even care if its diesel or not! Good work John!

I met salesman Jeromy on Memorial Day to talk about a 2012 vehicle. I am still getting rejection letters today. It was raining that day and I was shown the car and the airbag light was on and the gas tank was on empty as we rode around property I was waiting to run out of gas. Then I told him I would not be putting money for him to tell me I was denied but I could get vehicle for $10,000 down. I sent this review because I received 1 to many rejection letters.
Ernie in sales did an excellent job of extending me the courtesies when I took my 2014 Corvette in for an appraisal. He turned my data over to the sales manager who told me he didnt want to embarrass me my giving me such a low offer--I had requested around $48,000. I thanked him and Ernie for their attention. I sold my Corvette that afternoon to another dealer for about what I was asking.
The Service Department is absolutely the best. They were prompt and efficient. I really appreciate everyone there. Very courteous people. Will definitely use them again. Michael Davis is awesome !

My experience with Angie and the entire collision center staff was great. From my first visit until when I picked up my car they were very kind and professional. Every call that I placed inquiring about my car or if I needed something they were right there to answer my questions. I recommend this staff and collision center to anyone in need of excellent service.
I did not like that they raise the cost of the vehicle. As a woman, you should be secure in knowing that you are getting the vehicle for what they advertised. And not being taken advantage of. The vehicle was as $23, 473 on their website. By the time I left finance they raised the vehicle price to charged me for gap which was all included at first when I gave them the offer from capital one. I should have been at 28K out the door. I ended at 29K plus the $500 I put down. At he end, it wasnt a good experience. If your a woman, I wouldnt go there.

First off I want to start off with saying that this was more than just a regular purchase at a dealership; this was a blessing from people that felt closer than family. They are genuine and honest and I wouldn’t have wanted the experience any other way. Sonny helped me seal the deal at a phenomenal rate that was much better than any other dealership had offered and Ata showed me the vehicle and walked me through the process to have it flow better than a spring breeze. Kevin was the final person I met to close the deal and he even gave me some great advice regarding warranty and other questions that I didn’t even think of asking. He was beyond informative and a true man of knowledge as well. I would definitely recommend that you or a loved one come by because these guys WILL make it work. There is no sugar coating information and they even have the awards to prove how much of an outstanding team they have here. 10 out of 10. Would definitely come again!
The service people is very fake friendly! my sunroof Has Broken three times,and the third time I had to fix it costing me $500 that was still under warranty... it has malfunction again I took it back they say they have no loaner at this time, so Im driving around with my sunroof shade open and its very hot !so watch out for the sunroof and the fake friendly service people.
Our salesman Ata, made our purchase of the XT6 a pleasant experience, and your sales manager worked with us on the price, and your finance manager was a joy to deal with, unfortunately the service department could do better, it took them over 3 hours just to detail the car, and it wasnt to our satisfaction.

The service was beyond excellent. Walked in they took my car right away. While I was standing there the service guy asked if I had a coupon. I said no. He said no worries, I’m sure I can find you one. Just like that. Once I was in the waiting room, I managed to find my coupon. Just the thought of someone looking out for me was the best. I’m now sorry I didn’t get his name. He’s the best ever.

My first experience using Roadside was very disappointing. I did everything I could before I had to use them, for the first time. I went through Onstar, which they were very helpful to get me help to Roadside assistance. The first time talking to the gentleman on the phone, his first words to me were it was further than what they “Onstar” made it seem…something about “the crow flies” I was stuck in this Texas heat, I really didn’t need to hear how much of a bother it was for him. So before he even made it to my location, my husband helped me over the phone. I immediately called the Roadside man to let him know, as I was explaining to him the situation, he hung up on me and never bothered calling me back. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
We enjoyed an extremely positive experience while purchasing our Cadillac XT5 at Garland Cadillac. We found the sales team to be very attentive to our needs and went out of their way to find us a good fit. Everyone we met provided us with the information we requested.
I can now give a great review. I love George taking care of me every time I have been there. I own an older model that needs maintenance occasionally and they take great care to fix it and enjoy the coffee and snacks while I wait. I did not get to do that since my car was there for a week. l may have to purchase another caddy in a few years but I hope not. Mine will be a classic.Everyone was kind and professional but George was not aware of a text sent to me. He is so sweet and friendly. Thank you all who were involved. I enjoyed the conversations with the driver who took me home.

Michael in the service department is awesome I was set with some else and when I showed up to get my car repaired the service rep hadn’t even order the part and wasn’t even there for my appointment. Michael was there got the part ordered and got me in 3 days later for repair outstanding service I would of gone somewhere else if it wasn’t for Michael.
George is always very helpful. My last time there it seems everyone there was more alert than usual.Update, As of 10/4th/21This dealership seems lucky to still be open.The construction takes you out of the way to get there.They have no loaners until months out..George is no longer there. He was great for this Service Department.Michael is now our service advisor. He did a good job of during his due diligence to find our Warranty information. I am not going to change their rating for the construction.The loaner issue is why I am moving it down one 🌟I hope the loaner issue will be resolved next visit and I will move it back to five 🌟.
I realize now they didnt do what I asked in my deal. I told them I wanted to be at 28k out the door with gap. THEY raised the cost of the vehicle from what was advertised. The price of the vehicle advertised was $23,473. My paperwork displays $25,677. This wasnt a good experience because they confused me with numbers in final paperwork. Dont come here, they will take advantage of you.

Drove down the next day from Oklahoma City, only to find out the price went up 2K!?!?Sales manager told us he could match that price only if we paid a $1100 RECONDITIONG FEE and financed the vehicle with them. I would be ashamed to do business like that!!Would not recommend!!

I recently had my Cadillac escalades service at Garland Cadillac I did Reserve a time for 10 oclock. They explain that I only take one hour and only 30 minutes to wash my vehicle. Once a Had my vehicle I notice that they did a terrible job Washing my vehicle. I feel this was an acceptable, Especially since they had my car for over 4 hours I have tried speaking with them several times since this happened I email them and I also have called them I have also sent them text messages but I have not heard that from Garland Cadillac This place is very unacceptable I would not Recommend anyone to take their vehicle there It has been almost a week and I have not heard back from them

They were very helpful. They picked up my XT5, took it to the dealership, changed the oil, rotated the tires, washed it and even shined the tires. Then they returned promptly to my home. Great job!
I’ve bought several cars over the years but non of the experiences could top my experience at Garland Cadillac largely due to the superior customer service of Mr. Ata Barakat. It was the first time I’ve ever felt like I was purchasing a car with the support of a friend handling the sale. I must say, if I’m ever searching again for the phenomenal Cadillac ride, Garland Cadillac will be my place to go with Mr. Barakat handling my sale. Nice place, good service. Only one question. I was quoted $1400 to fix the sunroof interior screen. If the part itself cost $351 why does it cost $1100 in to install it?

The Salesman Mr. Ernie went above and beyond with making sure my wife and I were happy with our purchase of our Escalade. He also went over the options on our vehicle, as well as helped set up our OnStar. The Sales Manager Sonny, was very down to earth and easy to work with. It took to long for a oil change and state inspection. My appointment was at 10:00 am and this took over 2 hours. The staff was very professional but the time concerns me. I love taking my vehicle there but it mades me want to go elsewhere for these types of services. I probably could get ln and out without an appointment with an hour.
