Ive been coming here since 2013 I think. They do a good job, and are reasonable with their prices.

I visited this auto shop regularly for over a year because I worked at the college nearby. I was driving an 02 Mercedes and Tim always quoted me before the work because the work can get pricey on those cars and I was on a budget. The work was usually around $200. Anyway, after a year of a good relationship, I went for work once and wasnt quoted before they charged me about $800. I told them the could keep the car until I could pay and the other guy who works at the front (maybe Ethiopian?) asked for a post dated check, which he cashed way early, and he refused to provide me with my transaction history, even though I know I was in their system. As a woman, its hard enough going to a mechanic without much knowledge of what prices should be. This place made it way harder than it has to be and cheated me after I had been a good customer who returned often, never haggled, and paid immediately. It would have been nice to have some pricing transparency and a more welcoming waiting room. Women - stay away from here. There are always pushy men waiting for their cars and you cant wait even a few minutes without being bothered.

Very honest and friendly people. Never overcharged me nor asked for unnecessary add-ons. Reasonable prices for excellent job.

I had been here for two major repair. Got very reasonable quotes, got fixed.This seems to be a family run business, which is built upon customer trust. After all, trust matters in any service industry.

I love these guys. I went in to have my vehicle thermostat replaced and it was very reasonably priced, they gave me a ride back to my house at no cost, and they were super nice. I went back to them for my registration inspection as well, and will take my car here for anything else I need.

Gary, the owner has been taking care of my cars since 1994. Great service, honest estimates, and has never tried to upsell on repairs. Highly recommend this shop!
