Great atmosphere. Amazing customer service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Each person I interacted with there was very personable which helped make time pass by. My sales person Farshad was awesome. I spoke to him a few months prior, started the process to purchase a new vehicle. It didn’t work out at the time but because of how he handled himself I made sure to work with him again when I was. Would recommend not only for the great value of the genesis brand but the team here is well worth the visit!
Amazing Experience!! From the moment I walked in the door to when I drove away in my new car, I felt great about my decision. The Manager is extremely involved in the business and Syed is knowledgeable, patient and provided an excellent, top notch customer experience.
I had a great experience dealing with Jahvon Alexander at Fitzgerald Genesis of Gaithersburg. This is the first new vehicle that I purchased since 1967 that was not a Ford, which speaks volumes about Mr. Alexander and Fitzgerald Genesis of Gaithersburg.
I am updating my rating from 2 to 5 stars (my previous review is at the end).I was contacted by the service director, Brett Davis, who apologized for the previous service and made an appointment to complete service. When I came in, he was expecting me, and we had a great conversation while my car was taken to be serviced. I was very happy to meet and talk to Brett. He is a true professional and a great person. I mentioned to him I was interested in looking at GV80 and GV70, and he offered and then took me to see these cars they had in stock and even brought the keys from the car I liked, so I can take a better look.I know this was not Bretts job, but I appreciate his great attitude, willingness to help and simply being a great sport!The service was completed correctly and right on time as promised.This was exactly the service I expect from Genesis and Fitzgerald!Thank you Brett for making things right and for the great service!My previous review:It took me one appointment on-line and 3 calls to the dealerships Genesis service to get my car picked.I scheduled an appointment online for a ABS module fire risk recall and routine service. But I did not receive confirmation, nobody called me and nobody showed up to pick up my car at the appointment time. I called the dealership and the Genesis service advisor told me he could see the appointment, but was not sure why it did not happen. He scheduled an appointment for my car for another date and told me someone would call me before they come to pick up my car. Again, nobody called and nobody showed up to pick up my car at the appointment time.I called the dealership again and asked to talk to Genesis Service Manager. He told me he was not sure what happened and he would figure things out and he would call me back within 15-30 min. He NEVER called me back!I waited for 3 days and then called the dealership again. I asked to talk to Genesis Service Manager, but was transferred to Genesis service advisor, Carlin. Carlin scheduled an appointment - this was the 3rd attempt. This time they called me on appointment date that the pick up person will be at my house soon. The dealership is 10-12 min from my house. But the person showed up 70 minutes after the call. Finally, my car was taken to service for recall and routine service.The next day I received the call that the service was performed and they would deliver my car soon to my home. When I received the car and paper work, I noticed that the routine service was performed, but recall was not performed. My car was not washed outside or inside. I later noticed a valve stem cap was missing on one of the tires.I called the dealership and asked to speak to Carlin and asked why they did not perform recall service and did not even told me they did not perform it when they called me earlier. Carlin told me they ordered the part and would call me when the part arrives.Now I am waiting for this call, but I have no confidence I will receive that call.This was my first service at Genesis Of Gaithersburg. I bought my car there, but they never had a service department for Genesis before, and the dealership is closer to my home.I have serviced my Genesis G80 at Fitzgerald Genesis of Rockville for 3.5 years. The service was always high quality and the service advisor has always called and explain all details. The car was always washed. There were no miscommunications or missed appointments. Fitzgerald Genesis of Rockville well represented the Genesis luxury brand.So far this was not a a good experience at Genesis Of Gaithersburg. Definitely not on the level to represent a luxury auto brand.
It was a totally professional experience and I want to express my gratitude for both Jahvon Alexander and Faizan Uddin. They were the best and I really appreciated their attention and generosity. When I am in need of another vehicle; I will most definitely will be returning to you guys. Thanks

The buying experience was ok but it took four hours and we were paying in cash. Be prepared for a long event. They are not very efficient with the paper work process. I did not feel like they valued our time

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Love my brand new G70, but next day discovered there was no windshield washer fluid. I live far away so I asked for a free car wash when I come back to fill the fluids and never heard back. Simple over sight but disappointing for such a nice purchase.
Excellent attendance
