I came into this location looking to get my first new car since I was in the Marines in 2013, and I worked with Julian Collins. He made the process incredibly easy for me, and stayed with me the entire time, even when I was having issues with the Financing department there due to some issues with my Credit Report. He went above and beyond for me and I actually ended up having a lower payment thanks to the tips that he gave me on the best way to apply for financing! If it wasnt for the financing issues, I would have been in and out in less than an hour and a half because he was incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and immediately knew what car would best fit my lifestyle. I am incredibly happy with my Acura MDX and I would recommend anyone who is looking at getting a new car to go to this dealership, and ask for Julian Collins, hes truly the best in the industry and probably the best employee Ive ever worked with at any business!

An honest, wholesome military service member who just wanted the best for her Acura MDX.If I could rate 0, I would have.I scheduled a routine B1 service (basically an oil change and balance/rotate tires) which is what my car was due for. (**My MDX has no dashboard warning lights on ie check engine light, etc and is in very good condition. I also conduct needed maintenance as soon as it is diagnosed to preserve the life of my MDX**) I waited for about 2 hours and walked out paying $227 ( why so much for oil changes, idk) but moving on... This appointment was on Friday August 28th. After receiving my MDX I pay and leave. LITERALLY the NEXT MORNING as Im leaving my location my MDX is sputtering excessive amounts of transmission fluids. I immediately noticed this and pulled off (thank God I didnt get onto the highway) . I immediately call Rosenthal Acura because they had my car less than 24 hours prior to this incident so I needed a tech to just double check that they didnt leave something unsecured during their inspections / servicing. I couldnt physically drive my MDX it was a danger and hazard at that point so I had to get the vehicle towed back to Rosenthal.I finally get there only to be told that this issue happens twice per week... according to the tech advisor (odd to say) and that there was no way that the technicians could see this issue. EVEN THOUGH they say they conduct Multi point Inspections to include the transmission fluids and LEAKS....I WALKED IN ONLY NEEDING A BASIC OIL CHANGE SO THAT I COULD GO ABOUT MY WEEK AND WALKED BACK OUT WITH A DISABLED VEHICLE AND POTENTIALLY $1200 IN DEBT....DONOTGOHERE EVER!
Potential buyers, I cannot stress enough and recommend - Stay Away from this dealership.Why Im saying this? These guys say one thing and do other things and try to trick you, even though you have already gotten price offer from them. To elaborate, I used true cars to shop the vehicle I was looking for and these guys sent me an offer. As a buyer, I was trying to negotiate a bit more (I think it was $500 on 61K), and they kept sending me different prices. So, I had enough, and sent the offer their manager (Walter) sent me through Truecars. And these guys (Phill - assigned salesperson) were still sending me different amount than their own manger sent. So, I had enough, and didnt even bother to ask discount anymore and was ready to buy the car. Later, during the text exchange, I think I directly connected with manager and told him that Im ready to buy the car at offered price (61,194 + tags and taxes). But the manger started talking to me in a bit rude manner and later declined to honor the offered price. Then I asked them - whats going on? why are you not honoring the price that you offered? And there was no response after that.I think what might happened in the process is that the car that I was interested (MDX Adv package) at was becoming very popular and high in demand. So, they might have figured that they can sell it for more than what they were about to sell it to me. How do I know? the sales guy, Phil, was telling me that they were selling the car at MRSP and telling me that the discount was unlikely, but I was not buying it because I had the legit offer through true cars from his boss just a week ago. But at the end, whole thing failed apart. You see? They got greedier here and I prefer not do my business with this type of person or company. I believe, transparency and honesty are very important in any business practices, and these guys failed big at it.At this point, I decided not to do any business with these guys and purchased the same vehicle from different dealer (Radley Acura in VA) with the same price these guys offered initially.Please see the attached text exchange between me and them for details. So, do yourself a favor - save you from these guys.
I purchased my CPO RDX in February 2021. I was looking for a specific make/model/color within a 150 mile radius from my home. I worked with Nakeya Brown with Rosenthal Acura and got a great deal. I originally contacted them via their website, Nakeya responded to me quickly, with all the information I needed. She was knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. Nakeya arranged her schedule to assist me. I traveled about ~two hours to buy the specific car I wanted, and I was very happy with the purchase. For sales just do your homework, even before a test drive, sales folks are wonderful if youve done the up front work, finance very thorough, and we didnt feel any pressure for extended warranty or other extras though they were explained, initial experience a week after purchase with service dept to install accessories was positive, work done well and in time as promised, nice waiting facilities as well. Went to get recall work done. They offered complimentary Wash and vacuum. Sounds good. A fair trade for having to deal with a recall. Got the vacuum but not the wash.Still, everyone was polite. Took as long as they had stated. Nothing special.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Ned Imaniyan. We were very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of their vehicles. After asking few qualifying questions he was able to track down the exact vehicle we were looking for. During test drive, he demoed several of the vehicles features and capabilities. Once we returned, he worked with his manager and customized a deal to fit our budget and made us an offer we couldn’t not pass up. Once all paperwork were signed he walked us to our new vehicle and started to fully demonstrate and teach us how to use the technology available in our new vehicle. Had really great SUV buying experience at Rosenthal, specially the Sales Specialist - William Cramer. He is very polite, Knowledgeable and helpful in the whole process. He provided lots of technical details about MDX during the test drive. He also arranged little surprise celebration for my wife, (she had no idea that I already bought her dream car in the morning). After 2 days of purchase, I realized that I forgot my kids music CD in my Trade-in car, and William tracked it down and kept it for me. Overall the whole car buying process was fun, stress free and with some good memories. Kudos to William Cramer. :)

Had my first visit to the service department at Rosenthal Acura. From beginning to end, the team at Rosenthal was phenomenal. My service advisor was Robert Mensah, kept constant communication with me from the beginning to end using their text messaging service, which was very convenient and easy to use versus playing phone tag like other dealerships. Repairs and inspection were done, complimentary wash and clean to top it off. Robert and the team provided A+ service, thanks.
Only dealt with the service department but I have to say they’ve always been excellent. You pull your car in, fill out the paperwork and you’re on your way. You can even get a loaner vehicle fairly easily too. I’ve tried a few different service writers and they’ll all been attentive and not tried to oversell me anything that I didn’t need. Of course they will tell me what I might need to look at doing next and I appreciate that.
I have time to be and going to change the oil in my car is a Cura TSX The last time I went I felt bad and humiliated by an employee named Danny Clavijo I have always paid a price for the regular oil change and the last Once I went, this person attended to me and he was charging me more and I told him why and he told me that two years ago the price had risen almost double what I was paying and I told him I was lying and to check that I had been a customer And that checking Cuarón was the last time they liquidated me, they did the oil change and how much I paid and that it was not two years ago as he said and he just started laughing as a mockery I think because my car is not the year its 2010 model🥺🥺🥺💔

Found a new listing on TrueCar through this dealership. Called this dealership (location) to inquire about it. Salesman on the phone says, the listing is **probably** wrong, due to the price I mentioned, which was fine with me until he just hangs up the call on me. He clearly didn’t look up the car, after I gave him the price - gave no apology for the inconvenience or misunderstanding, just terrible business practice. Amazing Acura DealershipFull disclosure - I have owned 8 Acuras since first purchasing an Acura Integra in 1996. My dad and I took a beautiful red Integra for a test drive in my hometown in Rhode Island and I never drove another car (other than an Acura) after that. Larry Pinto and the entire team at Rosenthal are nothing short of phenomenal when helping you find and drive the car of your dreams.Initially, I liked my Acuras because I work in healthcare in a position where I was frequently on-call. I wanted a car that I could get into at midnight (or whenever the pager went off), and get me to and from our hospital safely. As time went on however, I also came to appreciate the comfort and smooth ride of my Acura after I changed jobs and my commute became longer. These are just great cars to drive. So much so that I have referred other healthcare colleagues to Rosenthal as well.Look at what comes standard with any other car you look at - chances are you will not see the majority of what you will find in an Acura. Right down to the moonroof and amazing sound system. After dealing with a terrible Acura dealership in my area, I started looking for the Acura I wanted online. I stumbled across Rosenthal Acura on carfax. They had the same 2020 Acura MDX in stock that I had driven hours prior with the terrible dealership. When I reached out about the vehicle through carfax, Greg Raynor kindly emailed me the next morning asking how he could help and would be in touch with me if I was still interested in the vehicle. Not only was it a Sunday, but Greg had other meetings during the day and held true to his word and reached out. He went above and beyond, sent pictures, followed up and was just so easy, honest and kind to work with. His knowledge of the vehicle was spot on and answered all my questions. He then put me in contact with Ebi with finance. I thought I had it great with Greg already. Wow, even financing offered great customer service, competitive and great interest rates and was a super easy process. Overall, I ended up making the deal over the phone and drove 100 miles the next day to sign the paperwork and pick up my new car. My experience with Greg and his team at Rosenthal was exceptional and I am delighted to have run across this dealership online. To say the customer service ended after driving off the lot, would be lying. The customer service has continued as Greg has reached out a few times to see how I am enjoying my car and has sent over links to helpful tips on Acura’s website. The phone in my car would not allow me to connect to my phone book; however, I could use the speed dial function or dial the number by memory (like that is going to happen). So I pulled into the service bay with NO appointment and asked one of the service people to assist me. The young man said as soon as I am finished checking this lady in, I will be right with you. I waited only a few minutes and the young man (sorry I didnt get his name) got into my car and tried to attempt to fix the problem. He tried many different ways, but it just wouldnt connect. I was feeling a little guilty, because I just pulled in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment. He then went to get Adam (I believe) to help. So, I had two of them in my car trying to connect the phone. Adam connected the phone in about a minute. I thanked both of them for taking their time to assist me. I drove off happy because of the kindness they showed me and the fact my phone was connected again. Thank you Rosenthal Acura Service guys. I really appreciate it!

The customer service is good until you sign the documents then its crickets. Avoid this dealership if you can, subpar ethics and business practices. I would never refer or suggest this establishment.

First off, do your research before buying a vehicle from this Dealership, especially a Used Vehicle. I say this because I was about to buy a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Acura MDX SH-AWD with Technology Package with only 29,935 miles from Out of State (Florida). Until the Used Car Manager disapproved of my Out-the-Door price, according to Salesman, Greg.After checking the CARFAX, I am glad he did, whether it was true or not, because the vehicle had been in a moderate to severe accident. Why would I pay 36K+ for a vehicle thats been in a moderate to a severe accident? I am sure the Used Car Manager did not pay anything close to the advertised Sales price online for this vehicle.On a positive note, I ended up finding the same vehicle 45-minutes / 45 miles from their competitor Karen Radley Acura online while deployed in the Middle East for the Out-the-Door price I wanted. And the vehicle has never been in an accident. Plus, I saved 2K buying from this Dealership, which includes shipping to my front door in Jacksonville, Florida.In conclusion, the Digital Information Technology Age has changed many the ways we do things, and buying a car is one of them. Gone are the days of having to sit across from a local slick Car Salesperson at a desk negotiating over a vehicles price. With him/her and the back/forth with their Sales Manager in another Office! Might want to avoid this service center for recall repairs. They refuse to provide loaner cars, and dont have enough seating for all the ppl they refused them to but still put on the schedule.
I can’t say enough about Alan Eden and the lengths he went to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new car. He’s truly looking to build long term relationships and doesn’t just seem interested in a quick sale. I would easily recommend Alan to family and friends knowing that they will have a great experience purchasing their next car.

Think twice before buying a used car here and make sure you go over everything on the car and get everything in writing. Shame to see such poor service provided by used car side and how quickly they change the story and promises once you sign.

The truck is my dream truck and big enough for my family. Its a Tahoe. But the price was different that advertised online. The sales guy Sean was helpful and cool. However, after signing and driving off I was called and told the price went down but I now had to put another 1000 down and that I had 12 less months to pay for it. Plus they snatched my warranty after changing all this. Very skeptical. And they didnt have hard tags so I had to come back. My tires were faulty and they refused to look at them honestly and I ended up having to buy two spares and two new tires. Plus now its a jerking sound going on, Im scared and pray its not transmission. Ive been calling them repeatedly no response. I was happy about the car but not the back and forth games. Especially since I was made to drive back almost two hours to the dealership each time and still going back. What an inconvenience!

He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, non-pushy and got us a great deal! After buying many cars over my lifetime, for the first time, I had the best experience ever purchasing my new 2019 Acura at Rosenthal Acura–and it was all because of my sales, rep Will Cramer. Will worked hard to make sure that I was satisfied and gave me a fantastic deal. He never used any high-pressure tactics, and he stood behind everything he said. The whole transaction went so smoothly. Will is genuine, intelligent, extremely tech savvy, polite, friendly, and always has a wonderful smile on his face. He spent a long time before I left with the car to show me the technical details/features, and then he actually came to my home after the sale to program my garage door button for me! Then he sat in my car with me again for a long time explaining and showing me everything I asked about and even features I didn’t know to ask about. He is the go-to guy for anything technical. He said that he would work with me any time if I have any more questions about the car. I cant say enough about how incredible this car-buying experience was.
