We went in today to shop for a car that we saw on line. Unfortunately, the car was not ready to be sold. We were shopping for a good, used car in a certain budget. We were greeted by salesmen, Matt Sullivan. He did an amazing job finding us two cars that were in our budget. We looked over the cars and decided to take one out on a test drive. The car we drove was better than the one that we hoped to look at! We are exceptionally pleased with the service that Matt provided and we are very happy with the car that we purchased! We will be back the next time we are in the market for our next car.

The used car market is super-crazy right now. People are buying cars without a test-drive, without a state inspection, even. So when you find a used car that is safe and reliable, gotta jump on it. Our rep Olga was knowledgeable about the available stock. The car we found online got scooped up before we arrived that day (see crazy, as above!), but knowing what we were looking for, she found a very similar one that meets our needs. She was patient and no sales pressure. Highly recommend Olga.

Honestly the best experience I have going to get my car serviced. Every time Im there I feel like Im a part of the family, Im treated courteously, with understanding and patience and just general kindness. They worked with us for about three weeks because the car had not been delivered from the factory due to bad weather. Tony O’Brien our sales person took his time to explain all the features that came with all models of the Palisade and helped us select the one that fit our needs. He was good at communicating the status of the car before it arrived and also after normal working hours to help us close the deal. I really appreciate all the work they put in to help purchase the vehicle.

Ive had a vehicle in the shop for a month and they cant figure out what is wrong that I am already $1200 into and they cant sell me a new one because I dont qualify. Im beginning to hate this place after all the vehicles I bought threw the years from them.

The service department at this dealer has been hit or miss with the quality of service. Everyone knows dealers charge more for maintenance/repairs—I expect the service to better for it.In the past Ive scheduled a pickup they offered for service, and they were a no show—became an ordeal to have it arranged. Most recently took it in for an oil change and did not come with complimentary car wash as expected.

My car was in their service department for 3 weeks. Granted, it needed much work. I was shifted around between people and was told numerous “stories” about parts and time of completion. I picked it up only to get in my car and find that in those three weeks they couldn’t top off my windshield fluid and to make it worse, my gas tank was on empty. Wow.On the bright side, my car runs well now. So I’ll give them that.I’ve had good service from these folks in the past. But this is it at this location. I’ll be taking my vehicle to Frederick from this point forward.

Their customer service is exceptional. I drove into the service dept to report an issue with my car. I was surprised when they took my car immediately and had my repairs done within 3 hours. Lucky for me it wasnt a major issue and was covered by Hyundai. Ms. Kaur at the front desk of the service dept provided exceptional service and talked me through each step of the process. I would definitely recommend them.

I received an excellent service at the dealership. The salesperson, Farshad, was very helpful. He answered all general and technical questions timely via text and during our personal meeting. I am a technical person myself and I was able to appreciate the breadth and the depth of his knowledge. He was very straightforward while answering my questions and offered me the best options tailored to my needs. The financial officer was professional and helpful as well. The deal that I got on this dealership was much better than I was able to negotiate on any other dealership. This dealership is further away from my home than many others, but, from now on, it will be my preferred dealership. I contacted Farshad asking him questions even after we closed the transaction and he continued helping me in a timely manner.

Amazing service!! The Manager greeted us the moment we entered the dealership. My fiancé had called ahead so she knew exactly who I was and called me by name before even asking. SHE was engaged and knows what is going on in her location. It was super busy and she was assisting in any way that she could and it was genuine. Faizan was my point of contact and was assisting a walk in but he was dynamic. He made sure that we were aware of what was going on at all times. He was working with multiple customers but I never felt slighted. He has called or sent emails to follow up since my purchase and again its genuine. I will definitely purchase my next car from this location.

Absolutely no one in the service area. Arrived at 5:00 this evening. Car has been here since 7:30 am. They were not able to complete repairs today. Told they needed to keep the car and they would provide a loaner. Arrived at 5 to pick up loaner. It is 6:11 and still no car. Mine isn’t ready and I am still here for a rental. Oh, no one seemed concerned. The person who was supposed to be helping left for the day without saying a word to anyone about the loaner car. I’ve never had it take over an hour to pick up a rental vehicle in an empty service area. This would never happen at Fitzgerald Toyota service. Oh thank goodness a car is now available.

I have to say in the end, they handled things very well.Bought a used 2011 Hyundai Sonata. All went well. Test drove it, transaction was handed pretty quickly and well. Was told by the person who had us sign the paperwork to take it in right away to get a DC emission test so I could get DC plates. This was actually a mistake. Failed inspection. We were apoplectic, especially after they told us that the vehicles all undergo a 120-point inspection.Came back to the dealership guns a blazing! Demanded a refund. Ill be honest, they calmed us down and told us the car likely just needed to be driven longer before the system properly recorded the emission output. This turned out to be correct, and for that trouble, and for what was a little bit of bad advice on getting the emission test right away, they ordered and programmed a replacement key (Only got one key when I bought) for no charge, something they legitimately did not have to do. I do appreciate that. An excellent recovery, and overall a pretty nice, and not very stressful buying experience, emission test shenanigans, aside.Scott was the person who sold us the car, and he is pretty good.

Service Techs were ready to allow delivery of vehicle despite obvious damage to interior electronics that happened (not necessarily assigning fault here) while the vehicle was in their possession.I admit the display unit could have just broken while sitting in their parking lot for a week, but they drove the car up to customer pickup and it is completely impossible to operate the car without noticing the damage. Instead of informing the individual who was picking up the car, they were going to let her drive off the lot with the broken part. I infer from this behavior they were hoping she wouldnt notice and they could escape having to address the issue.

It took 2 days to replace my driver side Axle. I was told to drop off the car in morning and pick it up same day in the evening. I was given my car the next day. The reason was that the Compressor in the shop was not functioning. It took 2 days to complete this work. It was 3-4 hours job.

This is my first time buy a brand new car ( Ive always had used cars) and Katrina made this experience so pleasant. She is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that are available so I never felt as though I couldnt ask or trust her information. She went above and beyond to get me into my dream car even thought my credit isnt the best she pulled it off. I schedule my repair visit several days in advance and specifically put in writing the two items I needed them to work on. Prior to my visit I was not contacted. When I arrived I asked about the second item and was told they didnt have any records of my request. After explaining what I needed, I was told that the part was not in stock and would have to be ordered. I was told that the second item would be done by the early afternoon. When I didnt hear from them, I called them at about 3 PM and was told they would need to get back to me in 30 to 45 minutes. When I didnt hear from them, I called again at 4:15 PM and was told they still needed more time. They finally called after 5 PM to say I could pickup the car. The second item they told me wouldnt be covered under warranty because I did not have the top of the Sharp Fin Antenna. I explained it had blow off the car when driving on the highway and it was too dangerous to retrieve. I was told for the work to be covered under warrantee I needed to have the part that blew away. To me this seems extremely unreasonable.

He helped us pick out a new car that met all the requirements we’d given him and we absolutely love it. We never felt pressured to go above our budget and when the car we wanted wasn’t available in the color we wanted at his location, Evan arranged to have it sent over from a nearby dealer and it was ready for us before we were done with the paperwork. Jake in financing was also great to work with- he made the process easy and did a good job explaining options without pressuring us into anything we didn’t want. Hearing a knocking or feeling a bogging? Get it checked! My entire engine had to be replaced on my brand new 2020 Hyundai Elantra.So unfortunate what I had to go through with these people. I hope no one ever has to experience what I did!February I started hearing a knocking noise coming from my engine. I thought it was the cold. I took it in to be sure and it turns out my engine was burning oil!Instead of fixing the problem they measured the oil once and month until June. I kept begging them to run a diagnostic or do a test drive. At this point the problem was getting worse and worse to the point I could barely merge onto the highway. It was bogging and knocking severely.I dont know if it’s because Im a small female..but I was treated as if I know nothing about cars.I was told a different excuse by each employee why this process was necessary. They were dismissing me. Saying they were busy and had to talk to other customers and just “send us an email”.Finally when my entire engine had to be replaced because of the damaged caused over several months. It was in the shop for a month. I got it back and a week after getting it back the check engine light came on. They had to keep it another week because they forgot to replace a part. When I picked it up the check engine light was still on. The forgot to clear it.I don’t understand why it’s this hard for someone care. I could have been seriously injured. I explained my fears for months and was simply told “no you should be fine”.Brett was the only one who expedited the process and actually cared! Thank you Brett!Hyundai Fitzgerald..please please listen to your customers..especially if they have a concern about their own safety. Stop dismissing things and blaming it on “hyundais policy or process”. Stop taking the easy way out of helping customers. You should be doing everything you can to make us feel safe, comfortable, and heard.By the way I sold my Hyundai and bought a beautiful Nissan Altima from Criswell! They’re outstanding.

Great experience. Obviously every dealership is sales based and some can be aggravating. However, I never felt rushed/make a deal now. We did research into the vehicle of my choice and landed one that is perfect. No complaints. No one wants to be hassled at a dealership, even though the dealers job is to meet quota and get you into a new car same day. There will always be that aspect at a car dealership, but my over all experience was great, and much thanks for putting me in a great new vehicle!

Fitzmall is honest and fair. The prices of Fitzmall for purchasing a car are posted online and are the same or less than another dealer after hours of negotiation. I am also satified with their maintenance service. I have NEVER felt like they were ripping me off. Fitzmall will fit me in for unscheduled appointment in emergencies, such as low tire pressure, due to a nail in a tire.

The best dealer at least in Maryland if not nationwide. I have bought cars from at least a dozen other dealers in my life and by far.....and let me say again, BY FAR, the best dealer ever. They not only really take care of you and any problems or questions that you have with your new/used car but they go way way way out of their way to make things right. They dont nickel and dime you about everything. This is the first time that a dealer gave me a full tank of gas and an oil change on a used car that I purchased, I especially want to mention Tony Freeman, the used car manager. WOW, he is the best. Usually when you buy a used car and if you have problems with it even within a few days, it is your problem. But Tony, took care of every little problem like even getting me a new windshield wiper and when I had to leave my car in the repair shop he gave me a brand new loaner car free of charge. You do not get this kind of service and care even at a BMW dealer. If you are looking to buy a car and especially a used car, ask for Tony Freeman and his team. I would buy all my future cars from Fitzgerald and anyone i know I would recommend only Fitzgerald of Gaithersburg.

I had a wonderful experience putting a deposit on a car on March 28th. I was told by Tony that my car was scheduled to come to the dealer on 3/31. It was delayed and I emailed Tony on 4/2. He said it had not come in yet and he would try and update me on 4/4. He never called or emailed despite my call and email to him on Tuesday. I finally had to get the sales manager involved. Jenna was very attentive to my concerns and did call back. to identify the issue.Tony should have had the courtesy to respond to my email and phone calls. He may sell many cars for the dealer but the customer service is terrible.

Our initial conversation was through text message. I never felt rushed working with Ms. Olowosulu, and found her trustworthy. She listened to my needs and understood what I needed to make the deal a win-win situation. Ms. Olowosulu grasped that I wanted the transaction to be Quick and painless. She helped to streamline the dealership process, with quick and clear communication and no games. When I visited the dealership to sign paperwork, Ms. Olowosulu walked me through the process, and helped me attain better terms; a more favorable incentive and financing not disclosed through the online process. The Final price of the Venue was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises), and I was delighted to work with such a professional and polite salesperson attentive to customers needs.In all aspects of the transaction, The Fitzgerald team went above & beyond — securing the specific vehicle I wanted, taking the time to discuss the details with me, and offering me an overall pleasant experience. I take note of the little things as well. I was promptly met on entering the dealership, COVID protocols indicate responsible management, and the cleanliness of the dealership is exceptional.

Good job!But price higher a little bit than other dealership. My bumper-to-bumper warranty from Antwerpen Hyundai worked with $200 difference.So, if you bought car and warranty in another dealership - check the price first.

I can’t even begin to tell you what a different experience it is at Fitzgerald Hyundai in Gaithersburg, MD. I’ve heard all Fitzgerald owned locations are like this but I can’t attest to that, as I have not been to all of them. However, as soon as I came in to the Gaithersburg location I felt a difference. From start to finish it did not feel like just some dealership just trying to get my money (as they all do). They actually cared and are fair to all customers. I wasn’t even intending to purchase a car that day, right then and there but the atmosphere and the conversation with the salesman just made me feel Iike it was meant to be. My salesman has to be one of the best around. His name is Farshad Elmi Anvari. I say “is” because I know we will keep in touch. I feel like it’s one of those places where you could take your car in to the shop and then go say hey to all the sales and finance people while you wait. My finance person was also amazing. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name but if I think of it I will edit my review and add it. GO TO HYUNDAI IN GAITHERSBURG!

Matt Brown was super helpful. Even though he is a Hyundai guy, he helped us with Subarus. We test drove over 4 cars, even though we told him upfront that we werent set on a purchase. As we were leaving, we decided that we did love the last outback we drove. We walked back in 30 mins before closing, and he stayed late to make it all happen. Super nice, no pressure. Recommended
