After trying to talk to your manager two weeks ago, expressed my frustration with the service given and had to pay another tech to fix the mess you made on my evo and mess up my BBS wheels, what are we going to do about it. My pipping was put back horribly wrong, broke the line to my boost control that could of had serious consequences, scratch my wheels. Under previous management we actually took the time to take care of the customer. Yet you were so quick to charge my card without my authorization even after I complained to you. I need a resolution regarding me paying another tech and what we will do about my wheels. Any other dealer would own up to it and buy the customers new wheels for having someone messing them up with outside wheel weights. Update 7/17/21 What exactly did you fix? The seals? because clearly its still leaking. You have done nothing to my car after almost having it 2 months
King Mitsubishi repaired my vehicle but the service advisor (I believe her name was Princess) was rude and not helpful at all. As the main point of contact when dropping off and checking out, King Mitsubishi should have someone with customer service skills. The service advisor complained I did not present my coupon upon dropping off my car and was irritable she had to adjust the price and re-print the receipt. She also did not give me the proper keys to my car upon payment. I stopped coming to King Mitsubishi a while back due to rude service and it looks like they have not changed. I appreciate them being able to take my car and repair it in a quick manner but will not be using King for any service needs if I can help it.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!Very bad customer service, the sales team have no idea about what they are selling.And the price is 4k above the window sticker, I went immediately after this dealer to different dealer and got the same car (the exact trim) with 2k UNDER the windows sticker.
Princess took fantastic care of me when I brought my car in for servicing in July! She got my repair handled in as fast a timeframe as possible, helped me find eligible discounts to manage the cost of my repairs, and got me shuttle service to and from a rental car office. She was fun, personable, and made me feel like she was taking care of a family member. Ill ask for her again in the future and would recommend her to friends in a heartbeat.
After reading an untold number of online posts about horrible dealership experiences I was totally amazed at how awesome this place was! I had a part go bad under warranty. Not only did they replace it for no charge, they didnt give me a hard time at all and were very courteous!! I hope I dont need anything else, but I wont think twice before coming back here. A+
First of all the service department was moved from Mitsubishi to the dealership next door and there was no communication. Second the service employee was annoyed and rude by the fact that I didn’t know what was the process to get my car serviced. Third, my car was finished and I could see my vehicle from the wait area. I waited for 20 min before I went to ask why I hadn’t been called and was met with “ohhh I was about to call you, I will call you soon”. Also I was verbally communicated that I needed to change the brakes, but was not given anything in writing about it. Also, the price for the service had a $30.00 inflation; really?I took my vehicle to get the brakes checked and there is no issue with the breaks. My mechanic said that you should had given me the info in writing. Which I didn’t get. I have been taking my vehicle to Mitsubishi since I bought it in 2014 and this has been the worst experience. Will not return to King Mitsubishi.
Not good service. scheduled an appointment at 2:45 and by 5:26, they hadnt even finished. theyd been taking pictures of my car like its some show; rather than working on it. which is unprofessional. if you have a rare car, dont bring it here. waste of time. if i could leave a zero rating i would.
I drove almost 1 hour to get service because is a dealer... but first they gave a bad diagnosis and then want to charge me for more. Since I refused to have the adittional repairs the overcharged me for the only replacement I did. The customer service is the worst!! Never will be back!!! AAA facilities are far more professionals!
Worked with the manager David, John and Knox, great team and service. Knox is absolutely wonderful, he seizes the opportunity and tries his best to work things out for his client, I was about to give up over a purchase, but he turned things around. Bought a mini from him and very satisfied.
Gerald was very professional and honest about the wait time for my service. To my surprise, he was able to get me done sooner than I expected. He exceeded my expectations.
I called to discuss the issue prior to dropping the vehicle. After the drop-off, service agent called me to give me an update after they ran diagnostics. They kept me updated via phone and email on the progress of the repairs. Once the back-ordered part arrived, they informed me that it would be ready within two days. Upon completion of work, I was advised to pick up the vehicle for no-charge as the repair was covered under warranty.However, I suspected another issue and went back to them the a few days later. They were extremely courteous and called their master technician to listen to the problem I reported. They asked questions to fully understand the issue and assured me to take a look again thoroughly. This time they noticed another major component failure and assured me that it will be taken care of as this was also covered under warranty. Note that Mitsubishi offers 10year/100k miles warranty on transmission components. Once the part arrived, they quickly installed it, tested it and confirmed results with Mitsubishi head quarters, before handing the vehicle to me. They ensured that all my concerns were addressed and that the vehicle was in excellent driving condition.I can not be more impressed by the communication of the service team members, their extremely accommodating attitude, and repair team for diligently working to fix the issue and satisfy all concerns. 10 out of 10 for setting an exemplary standard of customer service.

The only reason I rated it a 4/5 was because it’s was so hard to get in contact with them including the finance department but other then that I got a 2012 tundra to which I love. overall experience wasn’t to bad. First, the service representative was amazing and very helpful. My problem is with the dealership; I made this appointment a week ahead of my schedule visit. They did not provide a rental and I had to wait from 9:30am - 1:50pm for diagnostic to be done. The diagnostic only addressed one of my problem and it costed me $140. There is a massive improvement on the waiting area but you cant expect people to wait 4 hours for a diagnostic to be done (especially when you made an appointment). I was already irritated by the waiting time, only to find out that to address my idle problem it would cost me $700.

On my third Saturn. Two new, one used. Been buying cars there since 1994. Love the service, and all of the technicians. They still follow the Saturn way of service. And thats a very good thing. Due to back problems, I cant climb up into a truck or SUV....so, I will keep my 2 Ions as long as we can get parts!

I would stay far from this place! The king stealer ship only looks for you to spend money that’s all they care about. I took my car in after I started to hear a knocking noise I thought they would tell me it’s my rod bearings & give me an estimate. Instead they told me it could be my exhaust manifold just because it happened to be a little lose & that I should be good to drive it home I didn’t get a mile from them & I threw rod #4. I called to tell them what happened they told me sorry to hear you can being it back I can sell you a new long block for 10k. I feel like they knew it was going to blow up at some point & they where just gonna have me buy a new block. THE FIRST AND DEFINITELY THE LAST TIME I TAKE MY CAR HERE.

Granted I bought my first Pre owned vehicle here cash and had a good experience. This time around for an inspection due to Cov 19 they were in “rip off mode “ hiking prices is illegal and altering requirements to pass a state inspection also illegal . Know the law and have your state requirements clear before going here . Also be prepared for them to insult you about your vehicle, how trash it was dealing with them .Also go to Auto Zone and all the other places for small fixes because they come up with all types of ways to fail your vehicle for an inspection Friday sep 25, 2020 .
I went to the dealer because in the course of replacing batteries in my key fob the auto parts employee accidentally broke my key. The place where I bought the car quoted a price (and when I bought the car they did not give me two keys as required by law), lying that it was a deal so I went to the dealer. The key works for now but when I received it, the halves felt like they werent snapped together properly and the site where the halves are pried open, was damaged. It feels like it could come apart at any moment and for the price I paid, that shouldnt be. It doesnt feel like its going to last a long time I brought this to the attention of the service and he said thats they way they come. Even my broken key didnt look like that. My next car will be public transportation.
Ive been getting my car serviced at King Mitsubishi since my purchase there back in 2013, even after I moved an hour away. The level of customer service is exceptional every time I visit. Having a shuttle service, having a direct line of communication with the technicians and the service staff explaining what was done and why, and assisting in spreading out costly repairs overtime to minimize cost are the reasons why I keep coming back.
Coming from working in the car industry, I’ve seen many not so great encounters with dealerships and their service departments. I was referred to King to have a warranty repair done on my Evo X. Note, I did not buy my car from King. These guys/gals went ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of me, including treating me as if I’ve bought 20+ cars from them. For any service needs, do not hesitate to contact Pablo, he is exceptional at what he does. Overall, above fantastic experience, and I will not hesitate to go back.

The only positive thing was the staff was courteous and for that I gave one star. I went in to have two broken brake lights replaced. It took them exactly 2 hours to tell me that they found my brake lights were inoperable and another hour to fix them! There were no other customers waiting! Unbelievable experience and should have stayed away from their services at all cost!

Stay away! Place is an absolute disaster. I have tried to do business with this place three times, and it has not turned out well at all for two of them. The first visit for service/inspection, disaster. Had to go back because it was not performed correctly and I guess the Sheriff was looking for me and my vehicle because it wasnt compliant.Second trip, made an appointment for like 11 am. I show up on time, they said they couldnt get to it for awhile. Uh, then tell me what is the purpose of an appointment???? In addition, they are so discourteous and unprofessional on the phone. Good luck to you if you choose not to heed my warning. Im posting this out of good faith.
Sales people were not very knowledgeable nor professional. They now offer a few hybrid electric vehicles but they had no idea how the state and federal tax credits worked and failed to provide the forms needed for the state credit. It took several calls and emails to get a response once I’d left the dealership.
Friendly service. No games. They were honest and made it as easy as possible to get me in and out of the dealership in a new car.
Originally bought my vehicle at King Mitsubishi in 2013. When my transmission failed this year they worked with me. Providing multiple service plans and how to move forward in a cost effective manner. The service department updated me regularly at every step of the process. I will continue to use them regularly for preventive maintenance.

The service center was awesome. I was told it would be done in 1 hour and 1/2 but they were done in an hour. Shelly was very helpful and provided great customer service. It was also great to see Bobby who sold me my Eclispe Cross in 2018 now a manager. Jason in the service center also came out and explained what recalls he serviced and explained in detail other things to watch out for . All in all Mitsubishi of Rockville is awesome
I cant even give this a star, since their service is HORRIBLE!!!! I regret buying my vehicles here, service with my autos here have been so complicated and it seem like you have to beg for their attention in order for you to get some attention. Definitely AVOID this place!!!!
Wow, they need to make a separate King Mitsubishi sales and Service Google Page. The service department is amazing. It start at the Top with Kevin the service manager. I run an automotive company myself and Kevin has made my life easy. Which is incredible because I could be easily viewed as a competitor.

Bad experience.... I got a diagram from them, checked the parts and order seals from them. They did send the wrong parts(after I said what parts I wanted on the diagram). The driver brought it and drop at the shop. When I saw, it was wrong. Called them again, they didnt have the parts. After 2 days I got the parts. I said to the driver I would like to return the wrong parts e take the amount from the new invoice. He said NO, I needed to send the parts back to get the credit later. After 1 month, Im still waiting to get U$ 6.86 back, exactly U$ 6.86. Its a JOKE.Sidney

I have an evo X and am super picky about where I bring my car. I have had many bad experiences with other shops and dealers and wanted to take a moment to thanks the service team at King, especially Pablo! From the very first moment I started going to king and after Pablo arrived, my experiences have been memorable and the service impeccable. I am currently having my transmission rebuilt and was reassured by Pablo that the staff as always were more then skilled enough to get the job done and I fully believe everything will come out as it should. I even travel 50 miles each way (I live in gainesville, va) and only go to King for service because it is that good!!! A step above everyone else!!!!I also wanted to shout out Jason who has always worked on my car and let me tell you...if you are pondering getting your evo worked on at a mitsu dealer, there is no team better then Jason and Pablo without question. Jason has found things wrong with my car premium shops were unable to find and fix and all at a reasonable price thanks to the knowledge of Evos and Mitsus in general Pablo has as well. I will take my evo to no other dealership!!!! King for life!!!BTW, if you are reading this and also looking for a new mitsubishi feel free to ask for Victoria. She is not only knowledgeable but a friendly genuine face which if I was in the market for a new car I would value more then anything else. With King, you cant go wrong!!! 5 stars!!!!!
I was a little disappointed when l picked up my car and it wasnt Wash, but otherwise everything else was great.
I wanted to start off by saying how great my experience was buying a new car from King’s. My sales person Brett Waters was amazing and answered all my questions while never being pushy to get a sale which was extremely appreciated since I wasn’t needing someone to sell me a car I just needed someone to be knowledgeable so I could decide which car would best suit my family. I also want to thank Luis for helping me out too which I was very pleased with the overwhelming amount of teamwork at King’s because you rarely see that at a dealership. The financing portion of the transaction was also an amazing experience because Mike got my husband and I in and out but at the same time took the time to explain everything we were signing which was exactly what we wanted and needed since we had our infant with us when we bought the car. Lastly I would like to thank Conrad for giving us every great deal he could give us for the car which exceeded expectations. I’m extremely happy to now be part of the King Mitsubishi family and look forward to many more years of doing business with them. Overall I trusted my judgement and got everything I needed and wanted which is all I wanted at the end of the day.
It is complete night and day from the moment you buy your car to when you want to get it service. The staff was SO RUDE and MEAN I called to cancel an order within an hour of making it and was told I couldnt was told I would have to pay a restock fee which was 15% of the price. Went in to the dealership the guy that attended me did not make eye contact and did not offer alternatives on top of that he made me feel as if I was bothering him! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE! I DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
Please consider going somewhere else for your service needs. Not only does the service department not provide all the services paid for as they do not have a checklist or time to track the services performed, there is a clear lack of professionalism and ownership of responsibility when deficiencies are discovered.

Purchased a new car with Alexander and Travis and would definitely recommend them to my friends. I emailed around to the Mitsubishi dealerships in the area and King Mitsubishi was fast and very helpful, some places didnt even respond back! They gave me a great price on the car I wanted and even offered to find one in the area to suit my needs. This was my best car buying experience yet, I live in Virginia and it was definitely worth the drive.

The King dealership was nice and the reason I gave them two stars is that they did most of the work over the phone at the Mitsubishi store and got some information out of the way. However, the day I went the person who was going to meet with me wasnt there he was late and the other person also was late. After riding in the Mitsubishi found it to be to small so they sent me to the King Kai dealership who for the most part just didnt want to do anything with me.They didnt want to do more over the internet they preferred me to come I in I tried to explain to them I am disabled and mornings are the only times I really can get things done. All in all King has changed from the days I use to visit and purchase vehicles from them.
Worst experience Ive ever had: I arrived and all personnel from parts were in their lounge having a party like lunch. When they finnaly came out, they were all carrying plates with food. I saw a guy with the dealers uniform so I asked him if worked in the parts department, he answered yes but kept walking without any intention of helping. After a few minutes, waiting for the guy to call on me with no avail, I had no choice but to approach and explained what I needed. He said I dont do that. You have to go through service. The service guy had been there the whole time but he was nowhere to be found when I came to his office. Its like everyone just wanted to get paid for walking around their place of work wasting time, not performing their duties with due dilligence. I asked one of their representatives about another Mitsubishi dealer seeking better service and she said I think the closest besides us is in Manassas, Va. No wonder they take their sweet time and dont render good service...they are the only Mitsubishi dealer in the area, I understood the reason why they can afford to act so careless.There was nobody waiting except for me yet it took close to 40 minutes until someone showed to help only to tell me that they did not have the part I needed. Sicerely, to be a client in places like this is a genuine nightmare. I advise the public not to get involved with this type of establishments for you are in for great dissatisfaction.
I just bought a brand new Lancer from this place. Got a great car for a great price and the customer service was great. I drove almost 4 hours to do business with them and it was well worth the drive.

Throughout the years he always took care of my family and I along with Kevin M. from the Service Center and Dan F. from Finance.Update 8/6/16. I just bought a 2014 Lancer Evolution GSR from Bobby L. He was amazing, his customer service was topnotch. Also had a wonderful time with Dan F. He explained all the financial terms to us and was very helpful in the whole transaction. It was a bit off the beaten path from the other dealerships, but seemed nice enough. The staff were pleasant. I visited to collect my mailing prize; I hadnt expected much, but was disappointed to learn the Smart Watch Id won was a knock-off available online for $15, and not likely to match the $99.95 MSRP. Id say that was slightly deceptive marketing to get you into the location, but to their credit, there was no pressure on me to buy.
They did a great job on my car, but it was really expensive and they took longer than expected. I dont like being forced to go to the dealership to get certain things done on my car, either.

Worst dealer ever encountered . Fraud Dealership and Fraud ManagerI wish i had more time to sue this people . The sales manager Bobby is fraud and they have an unethical sales practice. Here is my personal experience.Since i dont have any nearby mitsubishi dealership, i requested for a car quote via phone (after my first test drive). Bobby provided a quote for the vehicle i was interested in. After reconfirming all the details of the vehicle price, i decided to go to the dealership to close the deal (Almost an hour drive from my home). He brought a printout of the quote . Now here comes the interesting part. The amount he quoted me was 288$ per month on a lease. But on the printout it was 388. I was shocked and asked him (Also showed him the text). He saidOh that must have been a typo . I honestly thoughy this must have been a typo from his side. So didnt argue. Disappointed, drove back home.Fast forward one week, i asked him for the newer model (2019) lease price. He quoted me a rate again. I asked him this time to send me the actual details including the sales price, discount/rebate via email in a proper format so that i dont have a bad experience like the previous time . He did not send me the details, but rather continued sending me text with the price . When i insisted on the quote, he said he will send the next day. Now next day he tells me that there was a calculation mistake and that the actual quote is different than when he initially said.Again- This could happen right ? I said Fine, please send me the actual quote via email. He provided me Again a text quote, with the corrected number, but guess what ? The downpayment increased, than what i had actually told him for the quote.Net net- Absolutely unethical dealership or the manager of the dealership. I woudl never recommend this place to anyone. You don;t want to buy a depreciating asset from a place that is going to follow unethical policies to make their sale.

WARNING!!!!!! My husband bought a car from King Mitsubishi. It had a slight defect in the paint job. They told us not to worry about it that it was covered. That is only slightly true. The car that was rented when we took our brand new car to be fixed ended up charging on MY CREDIT CARD. It has been a month and it is still showing on MY credit card. I talked to the rental company and they said ALL they are waiting for is a confirmation that King Mitsubishi will cover it (which they promised me it was all covered by them). Not only do I have over $200 that they owe me for the rental but they also PROMISED they would pay for the tank of gas that I put into the rental car. The last time that I actually spoke to a person there (which was over 2 weeks ago) other then leaving a message they said that their financial person writes checks whenever and they had NO IDEA when I would get my money back. Save your time, money and sanity and go to a different dealership. Worst experience of buying a new car that I have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service is BAD. They forgot to put oil. The light went off... Hope the engine is still good. DO NOT GO THERE!

King Mitsubishi is the ONLY place I bring my car to for service! The technicians are extremely experienced and the service advisors know how to treat customers!
Absolutely horrible service. I had an appointment booked over a month in advance only to show up on time and be told that there was no record of my appointment and that I would have to wait hours to get my oil changed. This is the second time that I’ve come for a appointment to be told that “we only have one mechanic” and that it’ll be hours long to wait. I was there a month ago for a recall appointment, but yet they can’t find any documentation of an appointment.As I was in the waiting room I overheard another customer come in looking to pick up a rental vehicle only to be told that he did not have a reservation, to which the customer responded that he will provide all the paperwork confirming his reservation.This is unacceptable. They need to work on getting their appointments in order and not overbooking. Very disappointed that I now have to spend my entire morning in the waiting room of King Mitsubishi when I had scheduled an appointment over a month in advance.
