This is one for the best uhauls their service is great and they actually show care for the customer. I got helped by Christian and Chris the manager. Christian did an amazing job at installing my hitch and the manager was great!!

When In and wanted to get a pick up truck thinking it would be easier the young man that helped me Christian was very helpful and helped me chose a haul that would fit my needs better it definitely made the move 1000xs easier thank you so much for all your help Christian excellent customer service.

Definitely made moving 100x worse! I reserved a trailer with them in person two days before my move out date. Only to arrive and none were available. They sent me to another location with the guy guaranting me a trailer and also reserving it for me before me heading to that location to pick it up, Only to find out the only trailer they had was broken for some time and has not been used and no other trailer was available at the moment. They simply stated they were sorry and they couldnt do anything for me leaving me scrambling around town looking for another trailer. None of them ever seemed to want to help just brushed me off. They failed to meet my reservation not once but twice. Be sure to collect your $50 if they fail to meet your reservation! None of the people I talked to in person ever mentioned the $50 the company guarantees if a reservation is not met.-Your welcome 😉

I got to admit this was the best u-haul ever. Ill only come back to this location they give great service and a laugh to go alone with it. They have a worker name seven and hes is hands down very helpful! Their general manger JR is one of the best Ive seen! Got great service and great laughs. ‍🧔

Overall great service. I just bought a house, so needed to move in a hurry (drama with escrow). I dont remember the young gentleman helping me but he was kind in checking me in for my rental. Since I had to move in a hurry I underestimated my time. I talked to a lady over the phone to extend for a few hours which led me into having to pay another day. I didnt care because I just really needed the extra time. When I returned the truck in same condition, the same gentleman I had before checked me back out. He voided the extra day fee, seeing that it was only a few hours over. Again very kind, great service. Would definitely go to this U-Haul again. (If I ever move again lol)

Fast and courteous service.

Something I cannot explain happened. I rented a pickup truck today, all went well, when I closed the tailbed, it wouldnt close. My guess it was a system malfunction. When I drop it off & tell them, they noticed the rubber grommets were missing. They said theres no way it shouldve stayed closed when I left. Honestly, I have no idea what happened, but I am thankful the helpful gentleman offered me the insurance for $10, even though I have to pay $150 for something I have no way of understanding how it happened. Looked everywhere when I got bacl home, couldnt find the grommets, I think Id notice if they did fall off (they are usually connected sturdy). A lesson learned, check the bed door and compare to other trucks

Hands down by far THE Most Professional,Friendly and Accommodating Uhaul location Ive ever personally done business with!! I never usually leave a review unless the service is bad ..But in this case its the complete Polar Opposite..From the moment you walk in and are being assisted by either Andrew or Chris and their very knowledgeable and informative recommendations to being assisted by the Location Manager P.Gomez, having to move is never an enjoyable task,but all 3 Gentlemen here at this location absolutely helped reduce the stress and anguish of moving !! Came here for the propane refill. Was inside the shop. The employee saw me enter the shop but was busy with another customer. I was there standing for almost 20 mins while the employee ignored me and kept talking to the other customer. There was no ( sorry sir, ill be with you in a bit or sorry sir ill help you out after im done helping this customer. After 30 mins of waiting I left and went to sinclair to fill up my propane tank. (Sigh).

Worst closing counter guy ever. Really bad avoid at all costs.

Its okay. The store selection is pretty good but they could use a few more people on duty. When I arrived there was a line of people waiting and when I left there was a line of people waiting.

Horrible customer service. The store manager, Jr Gomez, was helping me. He is rude, unprofessional, and trying to scam you for extra money. He was trying to charge me for an unknown scratch on the 10 uhaul even though I bought insurance. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT UHAUL.OF KINGS CANYON.

We couldnt get a truck, but the employees were nice and helpful in explaining the fees and searching other locations for trucks.

ATTN: Customers!!!MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR FULL 24HRS!!!You never know what delays might come along when moving. Moving can be stressful and you already have alot on your mind. The last thing you need is having to worry about getting a truck back in time.
