The way storage should be done!!! Simply the cleanest storage facility Ive had the pleasure to store things. Yes I will say its off of the beaten path, however I will also say that it is simply clean and modern looking. I have one of the indoor units which audio makes for a nice packing and unpacking experience because it is climate controlled(heating and a/c are one of the perks of indoor storage). The staff is second to none, take it from someone who has been around several different storage places (since I started waking!) The staff here will help you find the right size unit, recommended moving/ packing places and arent pushy or rude. Do yourself a favor, go here, store your stuff and move on with your life, StorQuest is the only storage Id recommend.

Awesome all the way around for the first time in my storage history!!! I have managed to make new friends with the staff if this clean, hassle free and user friendly business for the first time in any storage situation! They actually ensured I was okay after I was involved In a motorcycle accident and are a large part I am still alive!! I will recommend them to friends and even family! Sandy and her son are awesome and so is the newer girl that works their, so if you dont want the hassle and like easy going, non invasive and most importantly, if you want a smile and a safe clean environment, then do go here to Storquest and ask for Sandy, it wont help you move however might let you know that there are still good places to be or store your stuff!

Great option for storage. The place was clean the staff was very friendly. Monica the assistant manager helped us out it was fast easy and a great price. The storage units are a good size too and they are tall so we were able to fit all of our stuff really easy. Best part is that we were able to get an indoor climate controlled unit which we were having trouble finding here in the valley.

Getting the unit was easy and I had a problem with my email. But, it was fixed right away. The process was fast and efficient. The employees and customer service were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

I needed both indoor storage and outdoor storage. Storquest had both! I rented the indoor, climate-controlled unit online. When I realized I needed another unit for items that do not need climate-control, I was able to easily reserve one online. I went in person to finish up the paperwork. Monica helped me. She showed me the unit, did all the paperwork, and even combined the second unit with the first so I have just one bill to pay. Monica was super helpful and super friendly. Chatting with her is like chatting with an old friend.

Sandy and Morgan in the front office were very very pleasant and nice to work with and very helpful!! They take every precaution for covid measures so everyone feels safe. The facilities are newer so very nice and very clean and very reasonably priced. They are off the beaten path which makes them less desirable for passers by to just wonder in... but easy access from the freeway.

Pricing is a little high .had the smallest one and was paying $57 which ended up going to$67 when at most other places was only in mid 30s to low 40s for same size or bigger. Otherwise friendly staff, great customer service, clean facility,no bugs, no rats or mice, accessible till 9pm, outdoor units and climate controlled units (which mine was) .over all 9⭐ out of 10⭐

Sandy was excellent! She has 14 years of experience in the storage industry and was highly knowledgeable. Sandy was very personable and pleasant. In regards to the facility itself, it is much nicer than previous units I have used. The units are insulated and the doors open easily. What sets this facility apart from others, is the level of security. I appreciate the fact that staff goes around and checks to make sure that the locks on individual storage units have not been tampered with, and they do this often. They will call you if you do not correctly lock your unit, as a courtesy to the customer. There are 24 hour security cameras on site. I feel that my belongings are safe here. I am very impressed so far!

The electricity was not working when we went to purchase a unit. The lady was very helpful in getting everything done regardless and everyone in and out. Wonderful job and clean grounds.

Met with and spoke to Monique about renting a 5x5 storage unit. The unit ended up being very far out into the complex which was a bit inconvenient given the current heat wave. I was offered a closer unit just off of the main building. This unit was so perfect for my needs and felt like an upgrade as it was right next to the front gates, near a door. Would definitely recommend this facility!
