When the movers got to our place, they only had two people to help move, yet I had ordered the 3 person move. They quickly informed me that with 2 people its a cheaper price and that we didnt have that much stuff to move. They were right in that they were very fast and efficient which saved us money. They were very communicative during the move, always asking questions. It was an overall very good experience. Thank you economy movers for a great move!

Due to a severely tight window to move, I needed 2 crews and trucks to make our exit from one home and entrance into another as quick as possible. Economy movers was able to get me the manpower and equipment needed to make the move happen, and at a very reasonable and realistic price. The two teams were both very professional, they took good care of all my material, and all around did a very good job. I was referred to economy movers from a family member and now I will refer them to others whenever possible.

It was total waste of my time trying to go with this company. They scheduled me with a survayer which they require before booking. When the survayer came out, those moving dates werent available anymore.

My husband is usually the one who makes moving arrangements, but because of health issues, he was unable to arrange for our queen-size bed and mattress and a hope chest to be moved out of our bedroom and into a local storage unit in order to make room for an adjustable hospital-type bed to accommodate my husbands health needs. Jose, Joey, and James not only CAREFULLY moved what had to be moved, but they also unboxed and assembled the new adjustable bed for me. What a GREAT company to do business with! And even the young ladies who I talked to on the phone were especially pleasant and kind!

Contracted with Economy Movers to move us (Wife and I) from Fresno, CA to Oxnard, CA. On the day of the move (July 11, 2018) they showed up exactly at 8:00 AM, the agreed upon time to start the process. There were a couple of minor hiccups early on regarding the paperwork and my understanding of the price...we worked that out pretty quick after a phone call to the main office. Also, the lead person / driver had to take the truck over to a weigh station and weigh the empty truck before loading? I would have thought this would have been done prior to showing up. Anyway, while the driver did this the (2) two additional helpers got things organized so, it probably worked out without too much time being wasted. My hats off to all the guys...it only got up to 106 degrees (typical hot summer day in Fresno). They all worked tirelessly (in the heat) and transferred everything from a second floor apartment with efficiency and no complaining. The following day...they were at the destination (on time again) and unloaded easily. The temperature in Oxnard was much better...probably in the high 60s to low 70s. Overall, my rating is (4) four stars...there was some minor damage on a leg of a dining room table. Economy Movers searched and found a furniture repair company and arranged for them to come to our home and take care of the damage. They took care of the cost and everything turned out fine. The company Economy Movers contracted with did a great job in repairing the damage. Minus the damage to the table leg and process to get it fixed...I would give Economy Movers a (5) five star rating.

I have used Economy movers twice and they were excellent both times. The movers they sent were considerate and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and listened to all of my concerns.

The charge for what the moved for an elderly friend was totally to much. A 15 minute drive from the town to the town He was moving to, they moved a Futon, 10 boxes ( different sizes), a cedar chest. This man 88 and a Veteran had made the arrangements not knowing this charge was WAY TO MUCH.

Very professional. I had to move the furniture from my mothers room at the care facility she had been in. The team was friendly and didnt seem to mind having to suit up and only have two in at a time.

Had to call multiple times to get my stuff looked at then again to get a $25000 bid to move a 3 bedroom home 350 miles. It was 40 miles into Mexico but there arent any fees after I get the permit so not sure why so much. Shop around but be careful because cheaper isnt better but the most expensive doesnt mean its the best either

Unfortunately, i did not have a positive experience. The men moved a 6 month old refrigerator/freezer and badly scratched it. The scratch plate on the front door had grey paint on it from the fridge (they did not remove fridge door and obviously forced it thru front door), and when they took fridge out of truck, there were no pads or anything on it to protect it. this was gross carelessness. we got a lousy $152.40 (60 cents/lb) for the damage. Had to buy two new front door replacement parts at a cost of about $550 and pay labor to install the doors. The damage was that bad. Make sure you purchase extra insurance if you are going to use these movers and they are moving expensive appliances..

Second time using this company. I only got positive things to say about the staff members. They were professional and attentive.

Contracted with this company to move a vintage (1890) semi-concert grand piano to a Fresno repair shop. While off loading it, the movers dropped it and caused over a $1,000 worth of damage. It has been repaired but the owner of Economy Movers is grasping at every straw he can to avoid paying for the damage. This will probably end up in Small Claims Court.
